It is located in an office building compound in Reston. There are two treatment rooms and a waiting area + checkout counter. Bathroom is outside the door but is maintained well and clean whenever I am there. They also have some skincare products for sale. The owner Venera is always patient to answer all my questions and concerns I have. Their extractions are top notch and I always leave the clinic with clean pores and glowy skin. I religiously take care of my skin at home so this is a monthly treat. I normally ask for microdermabrasion along with hydrafacial. Price is reasonable if you buy package deal. The only thing I wish they do differently is to cleanse the face with makeup remover gel/lotion of some sort before going straight for hydrafacial device. It seems a lot of people go there for laser hair removal too. I plan to try that one day.

The day of, she observed what I was getting lasered, circled the hair with a white colored pencil, and quoted me. I was quoted much higher than what I paid in CA but was okay with it and decided to move forward. The technician, I believe her name was Ana, did an amazing job. What usually takes 15 minutes in CA took her ~30 but her work was great! The owner told me they will check the amount of hair I have before every visit and quote me based on that. (Note: I got lasered in CA in between my first and second visit.) Fast forward to my second visit in March- the owner handed the technician a paper with the body parts I got done the first time. I assumed I would be paying the same amount as the first time since I was not given a quote. To my surprise I was charged about THREE TIMES the amount when it was time to pay. Based on this experience, I think this is a dishonest facility that is misleading and inconsistent with their pricing. I will make sure to obtain a quote prior to getting anything lasered if I decide to return.

When she asked for my budget, I mentioned around $150, expecting that to be a per-treatment cost. She informed me that applicators are $550 each, bringing the total to $2,200. When I explained that $2,200 was way out of my budget and that I was no longer interested, her tone immediately shifted and became defensive. She repeatedly pressured me, aggressively asking why the price was "turning me off so much" and arguing that financing made it less than $150 a month. I kept reiterating that I simply wasn't willing to spend $2,000 on a cosmetic procedure, but she continued to argue. The conversation ended with her snapping, "Have a great day, and next time do some research before you ask for a consultation," before I hung up. While I acknowledge I should have researched prices beforehand, a client's lack of familiarity is no excuse for outright hostility. While I understand sales commission pressure, belittling a potential customer for sticking to a budget is completely unacceptable. A year later, I came here and realized THIS is how things should be done. Any question we had, our technician answered professionally and also showed compassion in regards of the pain level and discomfort. This is why I waited so long to leave my other review at the other establishment because again, the service was NIGHT & DAY in comparison. Night and day meaning this place is a 5 star and the other is at most a 2 star. No, Yelp did not pay me to write this review haha it's outrageous someone would assume this or even try to message with a law suit. I scheduled an appointment for two services well in advance -- only for the team at LaserAway to reschedule me THREE times, the last one being on the day of the appointment. Despite the constant back-and-forth, I still showed up expecting professional service. What I got was anything but. Upon arrival, I was told -- with no prior notice -- that they didn't have time to complete both services. That's right: after moving my schedule around multiple times for their changes, they then told me in person that they wouldn't actually be able to fulfill the appointment I booked. I was understandably frustrated and left without receiving any services. But it gets worse -- I later found out that I was charged anyway for services I never received. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a blatant disregard for customers' time, money, and trust. I've reached out to customer support for a full refund, but the fact that I even have to go through this step is frustrating enough. LaserAway: Your Reston location needs serious attention. This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is not what people pay premium prices for.

I was getting prefilled syringes with some pink liquid with no vials from verified pharmacy- no content or lot number! after gaining 6Lb in 2 weeks I have reached out to Irina and even she agreed that it was strange! they continued supplying me with the higher doses and after not seeing the results I have questioned the medication and found out that it was NOT an FDA approved GLP but rather a compoud that I could have gotten online for a 5 times less amount $$$, also I was made to pay$3500 upfront which I am fighting now to get a refund! i will continue posting my journey so stay tuned! p.S do not go to this office for a weight loss - but if you do g do your homework in advance so that you don't repeat my mistake!!
