I showed up for my 10am massage at 9:45am and no one was there. I knocked on the door, because it was locked, no answer. I got back in my car and drove around the building to see if I was the only one there, and sure enough I was. So I parked in the front and waited until 10am. The receptionist pulled into the parking lot after the massage therapist did at 10:00. I waited in my car a few minutes when they both finally got out. It was now 10:05. When I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist and took to the back to change and put my things in a locker. By the time I met the massage therapist and my massage began it was 10:20. Remind you my appointment was sit for 10! The massage was not the best I have had and it was definitely not an hour long that I was charged for. I was done and out of the spa by 11:05. I will not be giving Lindsey's my business ever again (also I was supposed to have a free massage on file because the last time I booked the massage therapist canceled that morning) and will be sure to let others know to go elsewhere for any spa needs.
