The store always runs specials, too. Sometimes it's BOGO, other times it's a freebie added to your order. They also have a phone number rewards system, so you are getting perks as you shop. In the store was the owner and I guess his son. I was on the phone talking to my family. I asked the older gentlemen if he had Opps. He answered no. As I went to the register (which was about 10 mins or so later) I asked the younger son if he had opps. Very disrespectfully he replied "you already asked him and he told you no. So the answer is no! I asked who are you talking to? And he replied you! So I turned to the older gentleman and said is this how you talk to your customers. By this time I am getting angry. He then says to me, "you're just angry". That's when I lost it. I reminded them both that African Americans spend their money in the store the most. Black and brown ppl. Being as stupid as he is he says "oh pls" then begins to argue back . He then says you are irrelevant. Now I'm really angry! We are really arguing now. I'm going off. The owner says I'm gonna talk to him and I said no your not. So I told the owner, I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE EVER AGAIN! Then I walked out. She was super gentle and incredibly friendly. The entire process took about an hour, including a quick consultation to discuss the style I wanted. Pricing is pretty standard, but what really stood out to me were the comfy recliner chairs, seriously the most comfortable setup I've experienced at a lash studio. The space itself is bright, clean, and adorably styled. Since it was my first visit, I think I chose a lash style that's a bit more dramatic than I usually go for, but the set still turned out beautiful. I couldn't pass this baby up so purchased NARS and Fenty Beauty lip colors. I couldn't leave empty-handed. I mean...how could I? Service was nice- especially when the salesperson gave me a thorough product description of each. I like this new Sephora addition inside Kohl's. For me, it super convenient when I'm in this area.
