I originally went to Jasmine for a Korean lash lift and decided to get a facial too. I have really sensitive skin that reacts to just about everything so after the facial my skin had a slight reaction, which is honestly pretty normal for me. I told Jasmine not to worry cause this always seems to happen whenever my skin is exposed to something new, and I've never been able to figure out why. Jasmine didn't just leave it at that. She took the time to research what might be causing it and sent me so much helpful information, and she genuinely helped me better understand what might be going on. That level of care meant so much to me. Once my skin calmed down it looked so refreshed! Jasmine also did my Korean lash lift, and as someone with very stubborn Asian lashes, I really appreciated how patient and thorough she was. She took her time, explained everything, and made sure I was happy with the results. My lashes turned out so beautiful! Jasmine is so kind, extremely knowledgeable, and patient, and you can tell she truly cares about her clients. It's rare to find someone who puts that much care into what they do. Thank you for everything, Jasmine! I'm so glad I found you, and I'll definitely be back. I highly recommend Jasmine to anyone looking for an esthetician who genuinely cares and does amazing work!

(She was ALWAYS pushing her products that she claimed to make in a lab, and for years would berate me and other clients for not buying her "amazing products")...the only positive here: I was forced to find someone knowledgeable who could actually help me. And thank God I found Metropolis Dermatology who helped me immediately (their facials are covered by insurance AND I don't look beat up / scabbed all over for the next few days!!) This much is my fault: I really should've left this place years ago, but *every once in a while* I would have pretty decent skin so I was afraid to venture in search of something else in the event it might make things even worse. I also really thought my skin would never get better than it was because of how manipulative and slick talking Mady is. There are some older women I know who go here and enjoy the hydrating elements of this kind of treatment on dryer/wrinkly skin. But if you have acne or have already been going to shady (my phone autocorrected from Jady so I'm going to leave it ha) aesthetics, and wonder why your skin isn't getting better, I pray this helps you feel seen and heard, and gives you real hope that you will love the skin you're in someday very soon. My skin has been so happy and consistently so for months now.
