The specialist also kept leaving the room and coming back during which was distracting. I have been a customer for many years at the Arboretum European wax Center. I came out of the restroom at 2:37 and was told I'd have to reschedule my appointment because I was seven minutes late. She was very friendly and seemed to know what she was doing. I had full facial waxing. I knew something was not quite right when I felt stings on the corner of my eyes and the right side of my cheek. When I got home and looked closely in the mirror I saw that I had several red abrasion. Not sure if it was because the wax was too hot and burned my skin or if my skin was ripped. So I had a bit of scabbing on my face for a few days which reduced my enthusiasm for returning for future waxing here. I'm not sure what went wrong and this is not my first facial waxing. It's really too bad because I like the location and the staff.
