Despite that, she charged the full amount plus the tip and never applied the discount. Wendy only refunded me after I posted this review--and even then, she called and texted my husband asking that I remove it multiple times, continuing to harass us even after I told her I would take the review down. I do believe this was stealing. Wendy is the manager and should know how to correctly process a new client discount. Instead, she knowingly charged my card more than authorized, including a 20% fee I never signed paperwork for or agreed to. I wasn't even present at the time, so the only authorization she had from me was for the $169 new client rate. Being pressured for two days straight to delete a review after money was wrongly taken from my account is unprofessional, unethical, and unacceptable.
