I'm not a "self-care" kind of woman. I dislike and avoid (in no particular order): Massage, manicures, pedicures, and sugaring (which in my opinion should only be referred to if you're baking cookies). So when I tell you that I actually look forward to treatments with Melissa and Jenny, you know they must be awesome. And they are. Three sessions of microneedling with Melissa (who manages to be simultaneously adorable, efficient, gentle, and staggeringly beautiful) and my face is glowing and at least a decade younger. Even my sweet husband noticed, and trust me, this is not the kind of thing he notices. Jenny's skill with all manner of facial treatments is mythic. She is, quite simply, a genius. The best thing about this place is that they will NEVER allow you to mangle your face until you look like Courtney Cox circa 2020. "If my mouth doesn't say it, my face definitely will" days are over - thanks to my new friend Botox... and Jenny! I met Jenny through a mutual friend and was invited to her new studio. Since I had always been interested in trying Botox, I decided to jump on the opportunity. I've always hated my forehead lines. Jenny gave me a "recipe" recommendation to achieve what I was looking to accomplish with the injections. I trusted her opinions & her recommendations and let her work her magic. The procedure was not what I expected. Surprisingly enough, it is not painful. The pain is nothing more than a slight pinch. After the first injection I actually asked, "was that it?!" Unfortunately, my anxiety set in about 3/4 of the way through the injections - and it came on strong. I took a rest, and Jenny gave me a VitaWater and an ice pack to cool me down. After a few minutes, we were able to continue; which was only about 3 injections left! (My forehead took around 40 units). The Botox typically takes 48 hours - up to a week for full results. I started seeing the results within a day, and I was stoked! Jenny sent me a text about 6 days after my appointment to see how my results were coming along, and how I was feeling with the look. That is top notch service! Definitely something I look for in a provider! I love the follow up! Jenny is great! I am officially a fan of Botox! It is true what they say, once you try it- you'll never want to quit. True story! Unfortunately it is an expensive habit... but we all deserve self care and confidence! A lot of people tell me they'd never noticed my forehead lines before, but after I show them pics they're amazed with the difference! I recently have had the pleasure of meeting some wonderful women at this spa. One in particular Cherish. Not only having beautiful skin she is fabulous at what she does. Jenny is a phenomenal practitioner. I respect and appreciate her need for perfection. Since I turned 40 this year, I wanted to turn back time. I consulted with Jenny to get rid of upper face wrinkles (forehead, crows feet and glabellar lines). I wanted to make sure my look stayed natural with only slightly diminished expressions. This review is long overdue. I had an appointment with Jenny before the quarantine began for Botox and filler. From the start of the appointment to the end, I was reassured by Jenny's professionalism as well as her attention to detail and my individual needs and preferences. And though I would've loved to have my forehead relaxed enough to get rid of the lines, she recognized it was not the best treatment for me. With the filler, it was important that I still looked natural and like "me"... just refreshed.
