I booked my appt easily online and saw my injector, Yvette for a consult and treatment for my frown lines. I've been following Yvette on IG for some time now so I went into my appt with confidence and trust. Beautiful decor and atmosphere, collaborative treatment plan- as I was able to easily ask questions, we discussed potential side effects (I had none!), and scheduled a 2 wk follow up appt since it was my first time. All seamless and easy! The tox treatment felt like tiny little pin pricks, I rate them 1/10 on the pain scale, it was not a big deal. I started to see notable results within 5 days, by 10-12 days my problematic static line across my nasal bridge disappeared and my angry lines (11's) were gone! I do like how easy it is to book an appointment, the staffs were kind and welcoming. What i had a bad experience with was my botox treatment. I initially went in for a lip flip and it was my first time getting it. I do have a gummy smile and was going to attend a wedding as bridesmaid so I wanted to try to lessen my gummy smile for the pictures. The injector injectedonly at one site on each side of my upper lip near the corners of my mouth. I went home and was already worried how would the middle of my top lip flip if the they only injected near the corner of my mouth, but i decided to trust the process. A week later i could see some flipping effect, but as I predicted, only near the corners of my mouth. I immediately booked another appointment hoping to add more units because I did not want to look like this for the wedding. I was freaking out my smile was looking so weird. I went in for my second appointment and while the injector was very nice about it, she dismissed my concern, saying they don't normally inject near the cupids bow, injecting near the middle top lip doesn't mean It would flip the middle, that she advice me not get more unit and wait it out. So I left because what else could I have done? Forcing her to give me more units against her advice?? I have seen numerous lip flip videos by other experienced injectors/doctors, they usually inject on multiple sites on the upper lip, sometimes up to four sites, also near the middle towards the cupids bow. I didn't know what to feel but I thought to trust SkinSpirit injectors because they are the professionals and they charge more than other places around town so they should know what they are doing right? Anyway, I waited it out and looked so hideous when smiling for the whole time at the wedding I didn't even want to smile. I wished I never went there and kept the gummy smile it would have been less weird. Never going back! read more

She did my lips, chin, cheeks, and Botox 2 months ago and I have never felt prettier! I was so scared to do my lips after a previous bad experience (somewhere else), but I am so happy I listened to Sabrina's recommendation because the results are perfect!! TL;DR The pros: SkinSpirit is a beautiful facility and all the staff is very nice and helpful. The cons: I felt like I was scammed into a treatment that made my skin worse and cost me thousands of dollars. FULL STORY I came to SkinSpirit to deal with acne scarring and fine lines. I've done microneedling in the past at a dermatologists office, and in just one session I saw some minor improvements. At SkinSpirit, after sharing my goals and treatment past, I was immediately upsold to the Morpheus8 treatment, being promised extraordinary results. The technician I originally spoke with at UVillage seemed very knowledgeable and very confident that my scarring could be greatly improved with the treatment. With a promotional discount I received a slight deal, and ended up going for the 3 session package for ~$2500. It's recommended you do at least 3 sessions to "see full results." I switched over to Greenlake simply due to scheduling. I worked with Sarah, who was fantastic. She was very kind and always talked through what was going to happen. My first treatment was in mid April. And ouch!!! This treatment is SO painful! I cried! And I consider myself to have a high pain tolerance. After the first treatment, I broke out terribly and did everything I could to not touch the acne for fear of creating new scars. I was not given much guidance on this except "oh, this can happen and it will clear up." Otherwise, it seems like my reaction and recovery time was normal (which, by the way, is not nothing which is essentially what is advertised.) My next two treatments occurred in mid May and mid June, and were so incredibly painful too. Even with the numbing cream. I can't believe how painful this is. After each of these I broke out even more on my skin. Ultimately, after going through 3 treatments, and waiting for 6-8 weeks after the final treatment to give the benefit of the doubt, my skin doesn't look ANY different. My scars are still just as visible and now I have MORE scars due to all of the acne the treatment created. I shared my disappointment with Sarah and she did offer a complimentary facial treatment. I was newly pregnant and the treatment she offered is not recommended for pregnant people, so I will have to wait to receive that though at that point I'm not sure they will honor the complimentary part. I'm SO disappointed in this. I spent so much money, time, recovery time, etc on this treatment with no to negative results. Yikes! read more

Excellent experience from start to finish! Check-in was easy (fill out the forms ahead of time, trust me!) and the waiting area was clean, soothing, and inviting. After waiting a few minutes, my provider, Yvette greeted me in the waiting area and took me to a treatment room. She was so easy to talk to and I felt like she really listened to me and my concerns before developing a treatment plan. They told me to save my "first time visit discount for the second" and then when I wasn't interested in going back to that person I lost out. I told them and they never contacted me or fixed it.
