They're gonna ask if you want other services. It's as simple as learning to say "no, thank you". My lashes were also clearly unevenly curled which was unfortunate. I feel like Kay was not taking care of me, assisting other people while it was seconds from removing product from my lashes. I was never in a private room like the other clients, but sat in the main room where people entered and left the building. I'm not sure If I'll be coming back, but I'm desperately looking for a reliable place in Columbus still.
