I RARELY ever write reviews but Andrew seriously changed my skin! I've suffered from hormonal cystic acne around my jawline for the past few years and have tried everything. Before quarantine, I was getting a facial about once every 6 weeks with BR products and had purchased a few key items to use in my daily skincare routine but ultimately the acne kept coming back monthly. Once quarantine hit I had a massive breakout along my entire cheek (an area that rarely broke out for me previously) so I decided to set up my first virtual consultation with Andrew. He not only was so in-depth about how/when to CORRECTLY use the current products I already owned but recommended other regimes that I could incorporate into my routine (fish oil pills, LED light, ice roller) -- I truly feel like he cares about his clients vs. just pushing products on them since most of the things he recommended he does not even sell! Andrew is kind, super knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. I've had a virtual skincare consultation with him during lockdown where he gave recommendations of what I should be using on my face and he was quick to tell me about a number of products (which he later emailed with pictures and descriptions.) I really enjoy working with him because he doesn't try to "sell" the product in an inauthentic way. You can tell how much he cares about what he does and believes in what he uses.
