During that call, I stated that I was willing to provide medical documentation regarding the pink eye diagnosis, and that offer was not welcomed at the time. So it's confusing to now see that documentation is being requested publicly. The photo attached to my original review was taken immediately after the service. In that image, you can see that some lashes were not properly isolated and several were not lifted upward evenly. Additionally, the rods were in place for the duration of the 1.5-hour appointment while the facial, dermaplaning, and extractions were being performed. I understand policies exist, but the experience itself, both during the service and in the follow-up communication, is why I felt compelled to leave my review. Clients deserve to feel heard and taken seriously, especially when a medical issue follows a treatment. Ultimately, based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this business.

Then one day I tried to speak up about a bad service received, and I get treated so badly by their worker and management. The situation was handled very unprofessionally. It might have been a blessing in disguise. I will take my customer paying services elsewhere.

I've been coming to this salon consistently since May and have received the same service each time…read more Unfortunately, today's experience made me decide not to return. At checkout, I noticed I had been charged an additional $7 fee that I had never been charged during any of my previous appointments. The fee was also never mentioned to me before or during my service. When I questioned the charge, I was told that the fee is on their menu and that they had simply "forgotten" to charge me for it on all of my previous visits. As a regular customer receiving the same service, I found that explanation frustrating. If I had supposedly been charged incorrectly for months, I would expect that to be communicated to me before performing the service and adding a new charge at checkout. It's not about $7. It's about transparency and consistency. Customers should know what they are going to be charged before a service is performed, particularly when they are regular clients receiving the same service they've received many times before. I had been happy enough with this salon to continue returning since May, but the way this was handled left me disappointed and uncomfortable, and I won't be returning. The vibe is just not good .

They have so many new fresh colors and polish options. Shelly was my tech- she was so great and professional. She was very detailed in her work. She was very patient, did not rush me and tried different colors on my hands when I was indecisive. I loved how transparent they were with pricing. They did not include random add-ons like some other salons have been doing lately. 10/10 recommend!

I went to Garden Nails for a pedicure, and unfortunately, I left feeling pretty disappointed…read more They currently have three pedicure price options: $35, $45, and $55. If you want acrylic polish, there is an additional $20 charge. I don't remember it being like in other places - and honestly, I feel the different price levels should already include the type of polish being used. The extra $20 feels excessive. I chose the $35 pedicure with regular polish. Unfortunately, the pedicure itself was not done very well. My cuticles were barely pushed back or cleaned, my toes still looked dry, and very little was done overall. When she scrubbed the bottoms of my feet, it literally lasted only about two seconds per foot. She spent much more time massaging my legs than actually doing the pedicure. I also decided not to pay an additional $20 for acrylic polish, especially considering the quality of the pedicure itself. Even though I was disappointed, I still tipped her $10 because I always try to be kind and appreciate people's work. I do come here to get my nails done, and I have to say that Tammy does a really, really good job. I have absolutely no complaints when it comes to the nail services. However, I do think the pedicure services need improvement, regardless of whether someone chooses the $35, $45, or $55 option. Paying $35 should still mean receiving a thorough and properly done pedicure. I shouldn't have to pay $45 or $55 just to expect better attention to detail! I hope management takes this feedback into consideration because I would love to continue coming here, but I would like to see the pedicure service improve.
