I've known Loraine for over 15 years but have never gotten a facial from her and now I regret waiting so long. Loraine's "pro-aging" procedure was absolutely incredible. She took a considerable amount of time scrapping the dead skin off of my face and neck (I'll get back to my neck later). The amount of "facial lint" that Loraine removed was 50 times the amount that my Dermaflash could ever remove. This was followed with an oxygen mist gently blown into my open pores and a deep cleanse. I literally glowed. What I wasn't expecting was the removal of the crepe-like skin on my neck! Although I believe Loraine is knowledgeable and professional, I would definitely inform her, several times, if you are going in for brow wax and you take acne medication which dries your skin. We had the unfortunate experience of the skin being removed from brows and no discount for that either... in fact, we paid full price, plus tip and were told to buy an antiseptic at that! read more

I went to Loraine for an eyebrow wax, eyebrow and eyelash tint, and a facial. I read the reviews on yelp before choosing Loraine and there was only one review that was negative. But, in my experience with acne--waxes aren't recommended and antiseptic is usually necessary. Despite that one review, I decided to check it out and it was amazing!
