Not one visible improvement. It feels like I threw my money away. At the 3‑month check‑in, when I said I wasn't seeing any changes, they tried to show me "under the skin" results on a photo. That was never what they sold me. They promised visible results in the mirror, not invisible ones on a screen. It felt like a complete bait‑and‑switch. They also make it very clear they don't offer refunds, but they claim they'll "make every effort to make it right." That is absolutely not true. After the 6‑month mark, I called and spoke to the manager and was told I would get a call within 2 days. No one ever did. I called again the following week and got no answer at all. Zero follow‑through, zero accountability. This entire experience has been a waste of money and a huge disappointment. I feel misled, ignored, and taken advantage of. I would not recommend Blue Divine to anyone.
