When I went in today, I asked to apply my facial to the membership at payment, thinking that I can do that based on conversation with Kyle as this is my first service there. Kyle said that wasn't possible because the membership would have had to be established before. This was never explained in his convoluted mumbo jumbo that made no sense at all. It's too bad. I'm not sure if this spa is trying to be shady or if it's just Kyle. Regardless, I don't like feeling that I'm on a slippery slope with billing like this. Won't be going back!
