I have been going to Motion on Mainstreet for close to 3 years now. The instructors are amazingly…read moreinsightful and capable of giving detailed, individual attention to each person in the class. Over the years, I have seen marked improvement in the way my body functions. I am more stable, more strong, more balanced, with better posture and less pain. I attribute this success to the Pilates classes at Motion on Mainstreet and the physical therapy exercises given through the Colorado Center for Physical Therapy associated with this studio. For the last 2 years, my high school aged daughter has joined me in Pilates classes. Since her schedule changes frequently (as her school classes and extra-curricular activities change), we frequently have to adjust our times for our Pilates classes. Motion on Mainstreet has accommodated our needs every single time with cheerful attitudes. Motion on Mainstreet has surpassed my expectations for customer service. They provide quality classes, consistently and reliably. Five stars for them!

I have been a regular ever since! Every instructor is knowledgeable not only in the exercise but in the specific muscles being used. They all are supportive, encouraging, will give many different options for the same exercise. They all are fun, kind and each show a real interest in you as a client. Many friendships are made there too. The owner, Helen, also creates fun incentives to get you to push yourself a little more than you might! Today on Halloween, one of the costume days this week, many of us dressed up in simple Halloween costumes and still worked out! I look forward to each time I go to Ballet Physique! The instructors all have a background in dance and help every single person with form and function. I e never had something change my body so quickly. I have also tried other facilities that focus on barre, they do a great job as well. I deeply prefer The Ballet Physique. People of all sizes and ages go. There is a rich sense of community. The level of support and camaraderie alone would get me to go. The much loved bonus is the positive changes to our bodies. Even when I ache, I go to barre and then I feel so much better. If you're looking for a top notch pilates studio this is the place for you. It is an elegant, spotless, friendly studio with supportive, highly skilled instructors dedicated to helping you strengthen, lengthen and tone. All of the group classes at Pilates Plus are very challenging, but in a good way because you leave the studio feeling amazing and accomplished. All the instructors are fabulous- very attentive and extremely knowledgable. Class size is small, which is wonderful because you really receive that extra attention so you can perfect your form. I feel very fortunate to be a student at Pilates Plus. They will push you hard, but the results are great. When I am out of town for school, I try to find nearby pilates/barre studios. Sometimes I get an amazing workout, but most of the time I don't feel like I do. Be careful with your packages, too. I tried to downgrade mine and was charged anyway, and no one has gotten back to me about it. They also seem to have trouble keeping instructors--classes and schedules are constantly changing. Overall, it's an inconsistent experience that's expensive for what you get, and the customer service has been disappointing
