Well, we've never actually got to see her because after buying a Living Social deal for my guy, we have left about 5 messages and she has not once answered the phone or called us back. I had to email LS to return our money because any business owner who cannot return a call for more business doesn't deserve my business. NO SHOW FOR APPOINTMENT The woman never showed up for my appointment. I called her cell number that she text me with when I first made the appointment and got vm. I left a message and also sent a text. No reply. Also, there is no receptionist at this odd place, so there was no one to ask about where she was. My schedule is very busy and I don't have a lot of free time on the weekdays to schedule appointments like this, so I was VERY disappointed! 4 hours later she text me back and claimed she had me down for an earlier appointment and just left when I didn't arrive. Meanwhile, she had my cell number but didn't bother to check to see if I was coming. Great experience with Judie! I bought a Groupon for the Inferred body wrap with a basic facial and added on the microdermabrasion at her suggestion. I had never done either treatments before but I was very satisfied with with results. Judie was pleasant and professional. Her background is in nursing so she explained the various options in detail that was easy to understand. WARNING: Your face will be flaky for a few days after the microdermabrasion but this is normal, just be aware it doesn't look so great right after but it will feel soft and cleared of the dead skin layer. The establishment has a cool, French decor with a salon as well. Overall, I recommend trying out SkinDulgence! read more

THE BEST FACIAL & MOST AMAZING PERSON EVER! Judie is seriously incredible. Her knowledge and passion for skin care is so evident. When I 1st arrived, she went through my current skin care products, makeup, and my daily routine. I have never learned so much in 20 minutes! I loved the fact that she educates you before your session and communicates what each step of the facial process is doing to your skin. I felt so relaxed and most of all confident! Holy smokes did Judie do a fantastic job. This really was the best and most productive facial I've ever gotten. I've gotten quite a few facials all of which were lovely and relaxing but this is the first one where I really feel like I got something out of it. Judie really took the time to tailor the facial and methods to my skin. She also sat down with me after and talked about recommendations she had to keep my skin feeling great. Amazingly, this did not involve her trying to sell me some overpriced product. They were genuine extremely helpful recommendations that I have implemented and have helped my skin tremendously. Beware! I made an appointment 3 weeks out for my groupon. The DAY OF my appt, she calls to cancel. Rude! Then, when we reschedule and I go in, great. We then make a follow up appointment, and she proceeded to text me 2 hours before my appointment to CANCEL AGAIN!! Are you kidding me??! Do NOT buy this groupon!! It was impossible to set up an appointment with her. She acted like she was doing me a favor by ever returning a call or text. I left work early, after not hearing back about changing my appointment time, and she wasn't even there at the time of my scheduled appointment! She told me she'd look for another one and never got back to me. This has been going on for a month now. Even in the very beginning, she was just impossible to get ahold of. I was also told shed figure out if I needed a peel or microdermabrasion, I just wanted a facial! This is honestly the worst groupon and general appointment experience I've ever had. Scheduled an appointment with Judie several days in advance. During our conversation she indicated that someone would send me specific instructions on where to park and enter the building. I thought that was very nice, she also asked me to bring all of my skincare products so she could evauate my needs. Again, nice touch..I'm excited! On the day of the appointment I received a text to confirm (4 hours prior to my arrival time). No instructions on where to park or anything. I wasn't able to check my phone during that time and did not respond, but received another text two hours later (at 2pm) cancelling my appointment. They had booked another patron at my scheduled time. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this business to anyone who values professionalism or their time. No wonder they have to advertise on Groupon...lesson learned. read more

Beware...this woman is a sociopath. I bought a Groupon, and the afternoon of my appointment, she called to cancel claiming that her plumbing broke down. We rescheduled for a different date, and she again called to say she was running 45 minutes behind. She then, didn't show for my appointment stating she misunderstood my return text "ok, " to mean I wouldn't be there at all. Then she said (via text) that it's no wonder I misunderstood and that the appointment was messed up, because I am filipino and married multiple times! Wow. I love going to see Judie. She's always friendly and makes you feel comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and explains what the process is that you are going to go through, gives reasonable expectation of results and answers all your questions. I have been having regular skin smoothing and tightening treatments for about 2 1/2 months and my skin is better than ever! so smooth and soft and tight! Horrible. This woman is so unorganized and a flake. I purchased an hour facial from Living Social. I texted her requesting an appt and because I received no response followed up with a phone call. She told me to arrive at 3:15 to complete paperwork and that my facial would be from 3:30-4:30. I arrived at 3:05 at the location on El Camino Real, which is the address stated in the Living Social site and also on the internet. The door was locked. I then remembered she told me she was in Carlsbad Village. So I started heading that way and called her from the car to tell her I was on my way and to also to get the correct address from her. I arrived at 3:30 and she told me she "wasn't feeling comfortable" and refused to give me my treatment. Like seriously, I just rushed on I-5, never received her text confirmation with the correct address, and she refused to try to make it a pleasurable experience for me by foregoing her stupid procedure of needing to talk about your face for 15 minutes. Her excuses are everyone else's fault. The automatic text I never received with the correct address (but everybody else supposedly does), her inability to be flexible and continue to demand that 15 minutes of paperwork be completed before the treatment, the address being incorrect on both Living Social and on the Internet, none of it was her fault. What a horrible way to treat a customer. When she noticed she never received a confirmation of appt from me via text she should have followed up, not the other way around as she stated to me I was supposed to follow up with her. There are plenty of places to get a facial where people actually make an effort. Don't waste your time or money with this one. read more
