Had my first appointment with Sahar on Tuesday. She was right on time, super welcoming, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. We had a consultation about my skin in general and some of my concerns. Given that info, she shared what she thought would be best for my facial and explained every step and product. The entire process was so relaxing I could have fallen asleep! Afterwards, Sahar shared what she thought would be best for me going forward and we came up with a plan of scheduling a facial every 3-4 weeks and I purchased the skincare products she recommended for me. Immediately after my facial I saw so much less inflammation in my jawline/neck area and my skin felt and looked more lifted and hydrated! I immediately started the use of my new skincare line and threw out all my old products. The next day, my skin looked and felt more calm and there was so much less redness and inflammation. I got so many compliments on my skin this week and have felt so confident about it. I'm SO happy with my experience here and the service plus the products have been well worth my money. After falling off my self care routine during the pandemic, I was looking to get back on the self care wagon. I was able to book online easily and I received an express facial by Raylin. Raylin was great. The spa was clean and had a nice, airy vibe. I especially enjoyed the UV light treatment. I noticed an immediate difference in my skin. Raylin was both knowledgeable and personable. I found this business in the Press and made an easy online appointment the next day for a glacial facial. The facility is new and feels welcoming and clean. I had booked with Raylin who was super friendly. She walked me through each step of the facial which was 45 min long. We talked about my concerns and how I wanted a low maintenance, throw and go routine. I was sold on the monthly membership because 1) I can gift the monthly facial to a friend, family, or neighbor and 2) you can cancel anytime. The skin expert who worked on me was nice and explained the steps as we went on with the facial. The only thing I didn't like or expect was the skin peeling. It is now day 7 post-facial and my skin is still peeling, despite using moisturizer twice daily, sun block, and skin repair complex serum. The downfall is if I try to use foundation, the peeled skin will take up the foundation and it will look even more prominent. One major piece of advice: if you have a big event coming up, make sure to not have a facial beforehand as it may cause reddening or skin peeling afterwards. Overall, some products I purchased: sun block (highly recommend, it's light and tinted), toner (smells so good, like roses), and the night serum. I went here with high hopes. I thought oh wow finally and truly great place to be a part of for my aging concerns. Turns out this place has truly bad bookkeeping practices/skills and the inability to honor proper customer/service requests. I've also been using their products for a good month and I thought I would see more reduction of fine lines but I have not. I spent a lot of my hard earned money here and received very little. Be careful because this place will take money out of your account when they are not suppose to. I felt very violated these past 2 months in that regard. The location and the esthetician was nice. The establishment was clean. I got a facial using an introductory offer. When I left my skin looked like I had received a facial a few days ago not a few minutes prior. The products did not feel as good on my face as other products from a different esthetician. She has done such a great job I've been seeing her for months now. She is always open to skin concerns and throughly explains the treatments and products. I got a gifted a facial by a friend and was so happy I did. Everybody was so nice and welcoming. The woman who did my facial was gentle and gave me great advice without judging or shaming me for my current skin care routine. She understood not everybody is knowledgeable about skin care and took the time to teach me which was so helpful. I felt glowing, soft, nourished, and overall great. I loved the products they used and ended up purchasing a few of them at the end of my session. The products are definitely very expensive (even on a BOGO) compared to a lot of brands at Ulta/Sephora but they worked well for me and a few months so I can ALMOST justify the price. I got my first ever this past Saturday and it was awesome!  Upon walking in i noticed the environment was clean and a little busy. I was checked in within a few minutes and  called in by Raylin. Raylin gave me a little mini consultation and asked if I had any skin concerns. I appreciate that she asked me what MY concerns were instead of trying to tell me what i should try to fix which made me feel comfortable.She picked products to use on my  face based off of the concerns I had.  I really appreciate how she explained what each product was and what the benefits are as she applied them to my face. Btw- the bed was super comfortable and the room was also clean. Towards the end of my facial she went over the products again in case I wanted to buy any. I ended up buying one of the products and hoping to see some results ($80 for a serum) Happy to say  I already seen a difference in my skin right after, it's been 4 days and my skin still feels smooth and supple, Raylin did mention that it would last about a week and I could maintain it with certain products in between visits. I found this place on a fluke! looking up on instagram and this place came up so I gave them a shot and I do not regret it! I was seen by Kayla who is amazing she was so knowledgeable and so welcoming they are very high-tech they don't use that old-school method of skin care very innovated skin care technology here!!!! I will be a regular moving forward I felt so comfortable with Kayla's recommendations and pointers she left my skin feeling fresh and rejuvenated & we had a short session! I will be back for a longer session with her in 2 weeks hopefully they add derma-planning later on! It's a very clean fresh environment aesthetically pleasing when you walk in!
