I figured I would give Skinjectables a try since my regular place did not have any available "right, then and there." First off, I did not call, I simply went to their website that was fully functional on a smart phone and computer. I pursued through their site and finally decided to schedule. Yup! You guessed it, no phone call either- I just registered online and was able to make a same day appointment later that afternoon. This definitely earned them the third star. I received a text alert about an hour before my actual appointment as a reminder as well as who my appointment was scheduled with (I got Alisa...on-line you can select whoever you want), which was definitely a great perk! I walked in about 15 minutes prior to my appointment time and was greeted by two females who were on the other side of the "bar." It was a beautiful place that totally made you feel as though you live the luxe life. I let them know who I was and what I was there for. They provided me with a clipboard, pen and a few papers (no more that 2 pages, I think). After quickly reviewing my paperwork, Alisa took me back to a beautiful little "cove" using a large wall-sized mirror as a divider to what I can assume was another beautifully decorated "cove." Anyhow, she asked me what I wanted and I told her: "my glabella and above each of my brows for a bit of a lift." She analyzed me as I scrunched my face and recommended 65 units. I have a history only receiving 40 unit, so that is what we settled on. I was pleased that she did not try to pressure me into getting more. We spoke briefly about lip injections and the cost...I'm too scared to get those done. I also inquired about obtaining Latisse (eye lash growth serum) and I decided on that. Anyway, she proceeded with my Dysport injections and after a few minutes it was all over and done with. My forehead was really sore and so were the tops of my eyebrows. I have never been that sore before. The soreness lasted for about 72 hours. At around this 72 hour mark, I also saw the results (see my pic). Reasoning for the 3 stars was because I was expecting a different type of encounter based on their website: "Our clinical experts take great care to ensure your comfort. Dysport is delivered by way of tiny micro injections so that discomfort is minimal, especially when utilizing our custom soft-filled ice packs. When requested, we are please to provide our patients a topical numbing agent to reduce pain at the site of injection although without it most patients tell us they felt only minor discomfort, if any, during the procedure." 1) No soft-filled ice packs were offered or even observed. At my regular place, they provide a soft-filled ice pack at the beginning and end of the short procedure. 2) Topical numbing agent may have been nice, especially in the glabella area, had I known it could it was an option- perhaps signage would be help. Overall, I can't say I won't be back because that would be a lie. I will be back at least one more time to see if my experience is different. Second chances matter and this place is uber convenient to schedule! read more

Yes, injected solution absolutely can drip down the inside of your leg, and if your medical staff was so INFORMED, they would have been able to answer my questions and would definitely have NOT risked hitting my sciatica nerve when there are much SAFER ways to give injections. Your PA also told me to expect results of that vitamin shot the next day!! So maybe you should get with it and make contact with your staff so you can all be on the same page. Your office was DIRTY. There is no way what was on those chairs was not DIRT from not being cleaned. It was incredibly obvious that it was dirt, there is no way a blue chair is going to be turning BLACK because it was cleaned too much. It's that color because it is covered in DIRT. Clean it up! There is no chance at all that I would recommend you to anyone. Kathleen, I have no reason to lie about your business. I think it's bizarre that you are implying that I made this up or something. I do not recommend this company. I had lip filler done and Botox and they did not give me any aftercare information or instructions. For my lips, they didn't give me an ice pack or tell me to ice for a few days after. My lips were very swollen and lumpy. They only told me to not drink out of a straw. I had an appointment and not a walk in. For my Botox, they didn't tell me to stay upright for four hours later and I had so much swelling on my face. I barely notice a difference with the Botox and I had 34 units total. My lip filler is very minimal. I called them three times to tell them what happened and the owner never returned my call. As a mom, I wanted to feel good and do something for myself and this company doesn't care about you as a person and they only care to get you in and out and make money. These are medical procedures that should be taken very serious. This is my face! Please give your business to a company that cares and will take care of you. read more

skinjectables client for a few years have seen different injectors come and go. - 1st appt, was the most effective & long lasting. I rcved abt 20 units (forehead& 11s)of Botox from Katie. Whom was upset over a bad review and was complaining to me about this client , who had a complaint about over injecting her lips. I thought it was unprofessional and mean-spirited. Botox lasted 6months. -2nd appt- 1yr later, 20 units of Botox (forehead & 11s). Happy hour at $8/unit. Did nothing. Still had full movement. Went back for a touch up, and needed another 20 units, happy hour price not honored for additional units required. Lasted 3 months. -3rd appt. During COVID. 40units (forehead & 11s). Again full movement. Went back for a touch up. 10 more units needed. Lasted 3 months, 50 total units. At this point I decided to try another spa. Required 38 units and lasted 6 months. Last & final appt, I got sucked in by the BIRTHDAY BASH Pricing and this time added lip filler. It's been ONLY 2.5 months and it has ONCE AGAIN all worn away. Once again, full movement &. Lips back to original size. :( $900 GRRRRRR Bombshell: at one of my appts, from an injector no longer there with them, Person was disgruntled and upset abt work, I came to understand 1) Botox is Premixed thus losing its potency 2 ) they mix at a higher ratio of saline to Botox , so it's less effective and you require more units & have to come back more often. Which is why people think it's "watered-down". Because it is! Each time I tried to bring it up Botox is not as effective, I always received some excuse. My skin, age, skin loosing elasticity or try fillers instead. Then reading most of the responses to negative reviews, they just really demonstrate customer concern or centricity is very low on priorities. There is no effort to make it right. My appointment was at 10:45 and I ended up walking out at 11:15. I was sitting inside and the 3 people who came in after me were all called in while I sat there for 30 minutes. I also overheard the girls behind the counter say that they were to "pass along the message to customers on the phone that they are busy and pretty booked." I guess this was to give the illusion to customers that Covid was not affecting business. Covid is affecting all businesses, this is not new.
