A lot of the trees were small, had large bare spot and just didn't have what you want for an $80 price tag. The process is easy and would be alot of fun if there were a lot of trees to choose from. Was really disappointed after settling for what we could find and getting it cut that all the best looking trees were precut and located where you go to pay for your cut tree. The amount of money paid makes me feel like I won't be doing this again. Trees at Lowe's looked better and were $35 cheaper. Wish it would have been worth it, Merry Christmas.

It doesn't get any…read morefresher than this This is a very cool place that unfortunately very few people will bother to visit. That's because it's on Prudence Island, another very cool place that few people bother to visit. Rossi Farm is located on Neck Farm Road, a dirt road that basically goes nowhere. Just up to the north part of the island and then stops. It's actually a great bike ride that has great views of the bay from all directions. Even in the summer you pretty much have the whole place to yourself. The farm has cows, chickens and goats and stinks like hell in the hot weather. Not really bad but like a farm is suppose to smell in hot weather I suppose. The farm has a stand on the west side of the road and every time we have been there nobody was around. Plenty of farm creatures checking us out but no people. The stand has different things according to the time of year and supply. Great corn, eggplant, squash, tomatoes and cukes are usually found and occasionally muffins and home made bread. A great treat to enjoy when on the island. Unfortunately no water or liquid so you better bring your own. The stand is strictly self serve and has a little box to place the money. The people living on the island take advantage of the fresh veggies and bread but few visitors know about it. So the next time or probably first time you visit Prudence Island, make sure you look for Rossi's Farm if you want some fresh produce. Just watch out for the cow and goat poop and the chickens trying to peck you on the legs and you will discover a very cool farm on a very cool and uncrowded island.

Add a real nice bright happiness to anyroom..they should be the funeral flower, not the calla-lilly. Support your local farmer where & when you can.

Escobar's Corn Maze is the place for you…read more My friends and I made the trek to the East Bay to partake on a picture perfect, blue sky day (the maze is generally closed when it's raining). Lots of available parking in a nearby field so I wouldn't recommend bringing your low rider here. There's a small shed where you can buy your entry tickets for the maze. The line was somewhat lengthy and they only accept cash on-site, so we opted to purchase our tickets online. That allowed us to quickly check in, grab a map, and find our way to the entrance. The maze itself was divided into two phases, so presumably, after finishing Phase 1, you could decide if you had it in you to traverse Phase 2. We passed many a tense moment among lost families arguing about which way to go so I imagine breaking this 8.5 acre maze into two helps keep people civil. The maze itself was well maintained. Couple narrow spots but for the most part, we could pass by others easily going every which direction. Numbered signs are posted throughout so if you do get lost, you have an idea if you're progressing. The maps are true maps so if you follow them closely, you can find your way to the exit easily. You could ditch the map too and truly lose yourself. We did get turned around at one point but what fun would it have been if we didn't get at least a little bit lost. At $10 per person, I thought it was a fair value for our time spent there. No kids in the group but there were some other available activities including leisurely hay rides, a cow train (that was bombing through the fields at breakneck speed), and a pumpkin patch. There were some snacks available at the ticket booth but nothing fall-themed (ex. bags of chips, cookies, etc). Reminded me of snacks available at a little league game. Port-a-potties available on site which was a welcome convenience.

I have now been on two goat walks here, and I would say it it is probably different every time. I feel like most people are only there to hang out with some goats and if that is your goal, you might get bored of all of the informative talking that occurs on the trip.

It is not super sweet like the yogurt you buy in the supermarket. In fact it's extremely Tangy which is just how I like it! It reminds me a lot of European yogurt which is made very differently than the mass produced yogurts here. I cannot believe the price of the milk it is so reasonable and so is the price of the drinkable yogurt. If you live in the area and you want to try some fresh milk give this place a try I think that you'll be quite pleased.
