LINDA S IS PHENOMENOL! I was really nervous for my first CoolSculpting session, but Linda made me feel right at ease. She thoroughly described all the expected sensations, the minimal risks, and the time and order of steps for the whole procedure. Update: Four appointments in a row now either rescheduled at the last minute (March and April 2022) or straight-up cancelled (May and November 2022). Yes they offered to reschedule, but that isn't helpful if it's with an unknown provider and weeks or months from when you had planned it (months in advance) to fit in with travel schedule. I'd like to add that when they offered to reschedule me, I named the provider I'd want to see and they didn't bother to mention that the service I had booked with Amaris (now sadly departed) is not one offered by that provider or at that location. And when I called back to ask for the reschedule, they told me I'd have to call that specific location myself (which I then did to discover it's a no-go). After 7+ years of supporting this business I received a call for a third time that came in under 24 hours prior to service suddenly rescheduling my appointment over to see another provider who I had never seen before. First two times i was told this was due to the providers leaving. providers who I had seen consistently over 7+years. First was libby 5+ years and Ameris for 2+ years. Though this reschedule offer came because as I was told I made their service provider Lindsey "feel uncomfortable". I found this info to be Shocking & Disheartening as I would never want to make anyone feel uncomfortable. Tho I could understand her discomfort as I had only seen her three times prior and yet I was not happy with my last Two services with her due to the fact that I had to return both times because the $600+ Botox service I received didn't seem to be working as I was having movement with my eyebrows & was also starting to experience random spastic muscle spasms. Both of which had me concerned as to whether or not the product was not injected correctly and or perhaps was no longer working to begin with, IDK ? Though when I inquired with Lindsay as to why that might be happening she brought in their district supervisor "Doctor" who tried to gaslight me into thinking that there was no movement happening and suggested that my muscle spasms were " just due to stress". She Then diverted the conversation towards upselling my service into a different service by pointing out other flaws in my face such as my "Crows feet" & smile lines.. Need I mention how uncomfortable it was for me to be pressed back into a medical chair with two women hovering over me discussing all the flaws in my face and trying to convince me that what I know to be happening & true isn't necessarily correct. Needless to say this is the second time they pulled that move on me after I had expressed dissatisfaction & Concern. Given I'm not a medical Expert but having received Fillers with Botox and Dysport for 7+ years I think I know when there's movement going on the areas it shouldn't be and that I'm suddenly having random eye spasms That I had only experienced once before due to having received Botox at a random Botox party. So Out of discomfort I bluntly responded that I was not in for a consultation about what else I could treat and would rather not be upsold a service in response to my having expressed disappointment about having just spent at least $1200+ over my last Two services in a row with a new provider that did not seem to be working out as well as it had in the past with my previous provider Ameris. Though as if to add insult to injury their manager Carmin Insinuated that Apparently Both Libby & Lindsey had felt "uncomfortable" while working with me. Again I find this to be shocking and disheartening but also ironic as this feedback comes only after I had expressed dissatisfaction with both providers having questioned whether or not the product and or Their service was actually working for me ? And I question if what the manager said is true Then why on Earth would they ever want to hold on to my patronage to begin with ?!? It was only after I gave notice that I would not be returning to their business again that Their manager literally said "are you sure you want to do that?" " We're happy to take care of you and provide your service" & "if you ever need us we'll be here for you". Fact is their providers could not handle receiving challenging feedback & Never mind how uncomfortable I might have felt having to be moved around multiple times last minute to multiple different providers and or Be upsold Services I never once inquired about or asked for much less to be told that I have made someone feel uncomfortable but yet Still they are more than happy to reschedule me to a different provider within their business Thus continuing to take my money... Personally I'd rather support a business that actually values their clientele rather than one that has absolutely no concern for the client experience whatsoever & dismisses what the client is experiencing while they continually rearrange Cancel and reschedule appointments last minute with no respect for the client as they would only charge a client if a client were to do the same to them. Just know that Botox is a multi-million dollar industry, one of which there are plenty of providers out there willing to offer Respectful quality customer service in return for our patronage. read more
