Randy took the time to really evaluate the needs of my daughter, the rider. He explained various reasons why her foot shape may cause pain and worked to expand the boots in certain spots. They entertained every question I had without ever making me feel rushed, gave me honest advice on multiple aspects of my gear and setup, and didn't once try to upsell me even though there were multiple opportunities for them to do so. Moreover, they went so far as to give me a couple complementary bonuses. And in addition to having a fleet of excellent all-mountain skis, their mogul demos and bump skiing knowledge is sincerely unparalleled; I've never seen anything else that compares anywhere in the country. I genuinely couldn't be happier with my experiences with Forerunner and am ecstatic that they exist. I trust them completely and look for excuses to give them business.
