Highest praise for the mechanics at this place. I brought my road bike in with a creak that I assumed was originating in the crank. I was shocked to learn the source was a crack in the carbon handlebars. They found the crack underneath both the bar tape and another layer of tape holding the hydraulic brake cable just inboard from the hood. Had this gone undetected much longer, the result could have been catastrophic. Much respect to these guys. They exceeded all expectations. read more

If the dishonest person that sold me the bike replies as he has on other platforms it will be the same canned response accepting no responsibility for the words that came out of his mouth! NOT impressed at all! 25 years of riding the same bike and not a single injury and Bob tells me this Farley 7 is far better than the bike I have and I now have a back injury! All i wanna do is sell this piece of junk and get at least most of what I paid back! I will NEVER EVER go back here again! Rip off city! Rather than putting me in the long queue for a fix that took less than 10 min, they just fixed it for me on the spot. These guys are great. I walked in today, 6-3 during the summer season bike rush with a flat tire and a rear wheel cassette which was malfunctioning. I expected to drop the bike off and not see it for another week, much to my satisfaction I was wrong. The guy at the counter says do you want me to look at it now or come back for it and of course I waited for the bike. Fixed it in 15 minutes, my cables were set incorrectly and the were adjusted, cleaned the chain, new tube, perfect customer satisfaction and attention to detail. Everyone in there seemed really friendly. Ill stop wasting my time at an unnamed bike shop closer to home. They sell Trek and Giant also, Im a big fan. read more

I'm actually reviewing the Manchester location, because that's the one we went to. However, I didn't see that one on Yelp. This store is utterly amazing. Okay, it really may not look like much. I drove by it all the time and didn't even realize it was there. But on the hunt for a new mountain bike and not wanting to pay other stores prices of $1000 or more, I went to check out Cycles Etc. They had quite a few in our price range. They weren't pushy, they had a very laid back attitude about them, and I really admired that. In the end, found a fabulous bike for $400 and am super pleased to have found a new store to frequent for both new stuff and tune ups. Thanks for all your help! :) read more

They asked what kind of riding I do, and didn't try to upsell me the most expensive tires, and when my bike needed some repairs they did a great job - had it riding as good as the day I got it! I have brought my bikes into Cycles Etc a few times for service and overhauls. They have always been quite good at repairing my rides, even fixing a flat on the spot at closing time. I didn't buy my bike from them (they don't carry the brand) but they haven't held that against me. I will keep bringing my bikes to them and I recommend you give them a shot. read more
