TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I've been dealing with this store for years now, and until today never had problems. Bought a brand new Warhead motor from them, was defective out of the box. Won't work in any airsoft guns I have. Was working a schedule that didn't allow me to make it to the store sooner. Drove an hour today to return it ir have it replaced and they wouldn't do ANYTHING to make it right. Told me I was out of luck, and that they couldn't do ANYTHING in regards to selling me a defective product because it was outside of their "20 day return policy". I brought my AEG here to have some parts installed and they didn't seem to test it our once they installed the pieces because there were multiple issues. Parts jamming, trigger sticking, bolt catch spring broke and screws stripped. Was told it was really fussy now and the bolt catch was only cosmetic so they didn't do anything to fix it. $140 in labor for what? Isn't Airsoft a lot about cosmetics? They are friendly people and have a good stock in parts etc but I would NOT recommend tech service it this location. Went in there with my pellet gun that had a jammed magazine in it. I was calling it an Airsoft gun. I am using it for target practice since I can't shoot my real gun in my backyard. I quickly learned the difference between a pellet and Airsoft gun. Although they do not sell pellet, the man very kindly helped unjam the magazine and answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable and welcoming staff. Store is filled with lots of inventory. Customers were coming and going during my 10 minute experience, fairly busy. read more

Like any other store, sometimes things can go wrong; these things just happen. The people at xFire paintball store were very understanding with fixing a problem that arose. Store is incredibly cramped and smells a little funny. Everything is overpriced and the staff doesn't seem to want to be there. It's great having a shop in the area but this place definitely has room to improve. What a waste of time this place was. I'm gearing up for some paintball games with friends, and after looking through my equpiment I see my hopper elbow to the gun has been cracked and needs to be replaced. No big deal right? Most paintball stores carry this part. So I look online and see XFire (cross fire) Paintball in Nashua. I work in Lowell, so I figure I can knock out lunch and make my purchase all in one trip. I check online and find out they open at 12 noon (on Friday). So I delay my lunch a bit, and arrive at the store at 12:40, ready to make a purchase. Doors are locked, lights are off. The sign on the door only says their office hours (again, I confirm noon open). No "special" date message or anything. The idot who runs the place apparently can't afford a watch. What a way to run a buisness. It should say "Opens when owner has nothing better to do." I wasted my time, my gas, and most of my lunch break. Didn't look like a great selection through the window, but now I don't need to worry about spending my money here. Don't waste your time unless you don't have a choice. Someone who can't run a buisness as a professional, doesn't deserve your buisness. read more

X-Fire is a great local business for paintball and airsoft enthusiasts! They stock a wide variety of the latest gear and supplies, and if they don't have it, they can usually get it. They have knowledgeable, friendly staff. Steve, Zave & Eric are great guys, and they know their stuff. They perform quality service and repairs. I have purchased multiple paintball markers from them, and they always stand behind their products. It's nice having someone I can talk to face-to-face, if I need help, as opposed to dealing with an online retailer. I buy dozens of cases of paint from them every year, and it's always good. Lots of guns to choose from and they are very nice and helpful when asking questions and looking for guns ( even if not planning to buy at the time) great selection of gun parts and accessories. Normally I would want to support local businesses but this one doesn't deserve anyone's patronage. Purchased a marker and a lot of gear from them for years but when I tried to get them to make repairs (one of the services they offer and one I was obviously willing to pay for) they lied to me and strung me along for 2.5 weeks before finally telling me that since I wasn't a recent customer (again, have purchased hundreds of dollars worth of gear from them over the years) that they wouldn't offer me repair services as they were prioritizing new purchases only now. If they had been honest and told me a few weeks ago I could have gone elsewhere. Now I can't use my own gear for a competition this weekend and will need to rent. Please go out of business so that nobody else wastes their time with your b.s. read more

You can buy markers at this store. That is all I can say about this store. What enticement me was their claim that they can repair your markers. They don't seem to be able to perform, tune ups, upgrades and/or "repairs", which is what your marker will need if you bring your markers into them. Of the two markers I bought from them, when I brought them back for tuneups and upgrades, they broke both markers and then failed to repair them. I had to bring 1 marker back to the store 4 times, of which they said it was fixed every time. I had to demonstrate to them how to even test it was not working. I had to send these markers back to the Manufacturers. Warning: 1) When you walked into a store and they have repair Tagged Markers Stacked up 4 high on top of each other, to the point where they are falling on the concrete floor, just walk away. Time is money, and I'm speeding time to issue this warning to save you both money and time. read more

My son who is 11 wants to get into Airsoft, so we have come here together a few times. It's always the same person behind the counter and he is great. I see the older reviews here, and have to think that someone else was running this shop then. Dude knows all about paintball and airsoft. His knowledge seems encyclopedic, and I've watched him do a number of diagnostics, technical repairs, etc. from memory. He is obviously an enthusiast and very good at customer relations. For sure, you can get various items cheaper online. However, you're not going to find this level of knowledge, advice (if you ask for it), or customer service elsewhere. read more

I recently bought a Sodastream carbonated beverage maker, which my family loves. We went thru the first CO2 tank in about 3 1/2 weeks. Sodastream charges $15 to fill their 14.5 oz. CO2 tank. So instead I bought an adaptor available online from multiple places (got ours from CO2Doctor), then bought a 24 oz. paintball tank from X Fire for just over $30. Refills are $7 with the 10th one free. So CO2 is 97 cents/oz from Sodastream or 29 cents/oz from X Fire. Can't lose. And we're not the only customers doing this. read more

I found that for New Hampshire, the paintball parks and supply stores in the general neighborhood are very limited for a consumers market. Either they have limited hours of operation, don't have a large inventory, nor have a high level of knowledge of the equipment in the market (not just limited to what they have in store). Looking for better options, I found this small shop tucked away in the large arena of Nashua department stores. I was impressed by the selection of stock in the store, the variety items per category was more than what I expected. The first time I went there, I believe is the owner, helped me pick out neck protectors for my brother and I. The second time I went, I asked for a custom up grated of washers and hardware for my Spider MP2. I was impressed by the associate made a kit for me without using a data sheet or some form of reference material. When I used the kit to update the marker, everything fit. I seen the associates repair markers, and fill up CO2 and Air tanks so this place seems great for a one stop shopping. read more

Amazing store. Went in with a glock mag that needed to be fixed, usually these mags cost a lot of money to fix, so I went in there expecting to pay $20 for it to be fixed, the guy there fixed it for FREE thanks to them my glock shoots perfectly fine. On another occasion I went in for green gas, usually that stuff costs $20 per bottle. Then I see that they are selling nuprol green gas, for only $21, that stuff is twice the power, and twice the amount of gas . Great place. read more

Went to the shop during normal business hours, and tried to open the door. It was locked. There was a sticky note on the door that said "be back in 10 minutes". I waited for 20 minutes, and nobody showed up. Based on the review before mine, I'm starting to wonder if anybody actually works here. Don't go unless you want to waste your time. read more

Well at least I'm not the only one to experience this... Guess I should have learned the first time when this happened a week ago. As Mike G. said in a previous post.. Needed a part to fill my HPA Tank. Checked the store hours online, Jumped in my jeep and headed down. When I pulled up to the store I couldn't believe I was about to have a repeat of my experience the week before. DOOR LOCKED, LIGHTS OUT, NOBODY HOME!!! No sign on the door expressing a change in the normal store hours or anything. When it happened the week prior I waited for an hour before leaving, and returned later in the day to find them open. (FROM MERRIMACK MIND YOU...) I didn't give the girl any grief at that time as I figured maybe just a fluke and I'd let it go. But here we are a week later... DEJA VU... WTF???? This is totally unprofessional and I will find someplace else to spend my money in the future!! I understand there is a Paintball Shop down in Tewksbury MA. Nice little store. Surprisingly good selection of quality airsoft guns that are actually in stock considering the place is a hole in the wall. The guy behind the counter knew his stuff (airsoft anyway. I can't speak to paintball but I assume he knows that pretty well too). Their price on a KWA M4 SR10 was the same as Evike which pretty good considering I was able to walk out of the store with it instead of waiting on a delivery. He had everything in stock I needed to set my son up for a weekend of running around the woods blasting his friends including solid safety advice. Check the store hours before heading down. They're only open Thurs-Sun afternoon. read more
