Honestly read the reviews... DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!!!! The e-mail i sent ----Rickie. not only did you do the most incomplete job, you were extreemly rude and combative, using inapproiate language. I didn't appreciate being called names. I never cussed at you. Also many many times I asked to speak to the owner and was told he can't talk or call me back. I left my car in your care and when i picked it up not only did it not run but it was flooded with rain water when you put it outside. I specifically asked you to cover the (CONVERTABLE) up with a tarp for ONE day so i could travel to pick it up. When I came to pick it up the car was flooded, full of water. We had to scoop the water out with cups and buckets before they would put it on the tow truck. The fact that I paid $9,000.00 to you and had to tow it out of your shop after you couldnt get it running again and told me you didn't want to work on it anymore is unacceptibe. I had to pay to tow it out of your shop for a 2 hour trip to Richmond. (wasn't cheep) . After 2,800.00 at another shop to fix what your shop said they did. i can give you my mechanics name, information, phone number and more. He will answer any questions you have. and you are free to contact them. I have their testimony, photographs, and repair bilI. I regret hole heartedly bring my car to you. I also made the mistake of telling you "i know nothing about cars." You used that information to take advantage of me. The one thing. The only thing.. THE ONLY thing i asked for was to be able to drive it back to Richmond and i was promissed guaranteed an assured I will be able to but was left on the side of the road 40 miles outside of Lynchburg. -I'm not a happy customer

Upon leaving he found he suddenly had to push the brake pedal all the way to the floor to get the brakes to engage. Did they forget to bleed the brake lines? Also, it looks like they didn't even install the new shocks, even though they charged him for them on the invoice!

I could see the manager was busy, but he worked all customers as if they were the only one....very rare for a Tire place. I noticed nobody tried to upsell me but gave me exactly what I was looking for, even recommending something perhaps a little less expensive. I told the rep that I was in a hurry and needed to be in and out of there in 45 minutes, he had me out of there precisely on time. I left this place a delighted customer. I was so impressed by their service that I called the manager, Matt, later in the day to thank him for his store's excellent service personally. In a competitive market, pricing and service are essential, and these folks are delivered in both departments. Based on my personal experience, I hope to be back again for future auto needs! I highly recommend this place!

There is to be one crew chief and they run the bay. They scanned my door twice, asked me to pop the hood three times when it was popped the first time. They asked me to keep the engine running so they could check the trans fluid then they asked me to turn it off without checking. Get your stuff together and talk to each other, listen and follow directions. On my avoid at all cost list.

In addition to that mess, he had to remove the battery cover to test the battery( in my car the battery is close to the windshield) he put the cover above the battery but did not out it back on... I noticed it sticking out of my hood below the windshield wipers as I was driving down the highway. That could have caused a major problem if it had come loose and ended up caught up in a belt somewhere in my engine. The service team for this job was CSR: John TOPSIDE: Ryan BOTTOMSIDE: TJ Needless to say, I will be probably be going elsewhere from here on out, to spend 88 dollars as have sloppy work done... wish I could have included the pictures.
