I took a vehicle there for a state inspection, but to first look at a wheel that had an intermittent squeak. Without even removing the wheel the diagnosis was a dragging caliper, an excessive repair charge (not paid) and a fail sticker for the inspection. After the taking the vehicle to a different repair shop the only issue was an imbalance in the pads and still with specs. Don't trust this shop for any reason.

Had the need to get some tires since I was riding on baldies and after finding Larry's online, I popped in to see what I could get for my ride. We arrived at a set of tires that would work for my car and we proceeded to get them all installed: balanced, mounted and I even had them do my alignment as it was off. While the guys in the shop were busy working, I spent a nice half hour chatting with Larry. Clean waiting room and fresh popcorn to munch while killing some time plus great prices, great service and super friendly folks - what more could you possibly ask for? Definitely will be back.

When I attempted to pick the invoice up off the table he snatched it out of my hand saying "this is not yours" I told him I wanted the number to corporate and he said that his bills were paid so basically he didnt care about my complaint. The issue with my vehicle was not handled and the manager was overly obnoxious. I see why the mechanic was rude the behavior starts at the top. I paid for a service I didn't get (Front end alignment). My vehicle was still performing the same when I left as it was when I arrived. I filed a complaint with corporate and the better business bureau. I would not go there again if it was the only car care center in Lynchburg. Note: this incident happened at the Old Forest Rd location
