Everything was handled during the consultation, but the stylist I initially spoke with didn't have availability, so I was booked with the only stylist who was available, Eleanor, which I was completely fine with. Unfortunately, when I arrived, Eleanor didn't seem to know what I was looking to have done. She repeatedly spoke to the stylists next to her asking them what she should do. I came back because I was under the impression that I had an appointment and that we were going to figure out a solution for my hair.
