The service is not worth the price with "so called" discount. Front desk is manned by some people with attitudes regardless of how much monies you just spent. I also emailed someone with concerns and never received a response. I was hoping to avoid this. They just don't care once they get your funds. The ladies at the front desk are so accommodating. I got a package during Black Friday, they also through in a facial. Denise is an amazing tech! Made my experience close to pain free! I asked for a one maintenance under arm laser because I've had it done in the past and was in need of a touch up - although they don't typically do this without a package they extended a courtesy for me to be able to purchase one session for 75$. Originally discovered this gem via Groupon --gotta love those deals lol. So I've been coming here for about the last 3-4 months now and I have not one bad thing to say about this place. Always pleasant and I'm always happy with not only my treatments but also with the results. The office is nice and clean and they offer a large variety of treatments ranging from laser hair removal to facials or skin tightening.. the list goes on a On. It's in a great location and they always have water/coffee or snacks for clients available in the waiting room. My girl Jen is a doll and I love coming to see her every week-- sad that my treatments are over lol. I've done zerona, cavi and vela with her and she is always consistent and friendly. The girls at the front desk always remember me and greet me. They always help with future appointments as well as call me to remind me of my appointments. Came here after finding a deal on Groupon. I just wanted to find something a little extra to help with my weight loss. I did some research and decided to just go for it. I came in for a consultation and I am even more interested to see if this is what can help. For Zerona to work I will need to come in every other day but since I work in the City this will be a bit of a challenge. So today was the free consultation and I will start tomorrow. Hopefully this helps. It can get a bit pricey after the Groupon ends so I will need to commit fully. I gave it 3 stars because I am not sure as of yet but I am hoping for the best. They continuously have specials running year long whether it's an anniversary, spa week or just a week day! For $99 you can get an hour facial and massage or body wrap any week day as I know. It's quality, modern equipment, knowledgable staff, and relaxing atmosphere. In October they have spa week but usually run that special prior n after the "official" seven days. I also am glad they are computerized so they can save your pre-purchases and who you have seen --- for those of us who "misplace" our receipts or cards and forget the name of who treated us. Bellmore location is the 2nd location and larger but I prefer my local Bellmore spot where I can grab some of my favorite sushi or a salad and make a spa day with the girls. If I could give a negative star, I would. These people are terrible and only want to steal your money. They took advantage of my insecurities for their own pecuniary gain. Before the laser procedure to reduce my belly fat, they took "before" pictures. I was told I would get my money back if I didn't see results. I didn't see results. I asked them to compare my current appearance with my "before" pictures, but these pictures were conveniently lost. I reached out multiple times to talk about my lack of results to no avail. I even got a lawyer involved to help me speak to anyone at Laser Spa who could help me. They ignored my lawyer and me. I decided not to sue because I'm a full time pharmacist and a full time mom. Honestly the ice was more uncomfortable than the laser....I was and am blown away by the entire process. My only regret is not finding them sooner. I've had a few treatments here and they have all been good. Jenn did velashape, and I definitely saw improvement in my thighs. The massage by Hyun (?) was soooo relaxing, and he didn't talk the entire time, which I appreciated since I just wanted to relax. Got facials here today with my fiancé. The esthetician that worked on my facial suggested the hydra facial instead of the deep pore facial that I had booked for the two of us. I am happy that we decided to go with that suggestion, as the results are a visible improvement. I am most pleased with the results of my fiancé's facial, as his pores are completely clean and his esthetician, Anna, seemed very knowledgeable. She also included a brief neck and shoulder massage. The esthetician who worked on my facial gave helpful advice on the type of facial and skincare products I should use, however, the facial felt a bit rushed and she barely touched me with her own hands. After I had my son, I wanted a little help in getting my body back in shape, and had one of their many laser treatments. First of all, Tara is incredible. Very gentle and friendly, never rushed. It is a bit loud, though when I got a facial there, I didn't notice that over the ambient music that played. It was heaven. They are a bit less expensive than other spas with the same services.
