Restoring a 1960 Chevy pickup. I had purchased a new front windshield (curved glass and pretty expensive!) Since the truck is under resto and not yet driveable I thought I would have to trailer it to have the windshield & back window installed. I had a long crack on my windshield. I initially Spoke with Matt on the phone and he was very professional and courteous; the scheduling for an appointment was easy to make. They told me they'd arrive between 1pm-3pm at my home the next day. They arrived 2pm. They did the job in less than 25mins on my 2013 Toyota Sienna. Very friendly staff. Alberto, one of the repairmen, was professional and friendly too when he serviced my van. The total cost for my new windshield was only $254 after parts and labor (and disposal of old windshield). These folks sent a guy to replace my windshield, which he did. Unfortunately, he took my parking permit with the old windshield, causing me to not only get a ticket, but also having to buy a new permit. When I called to inform them of the situation I was dubiously told they weren't "legally allowed" to reimburse for things like that because it's the responsibility of the customer to remove all the things they need to keep. That might make sense and I would have done just that if I was ever told that by either the receptionist or the installer, but I wasn't. Not to mention the fact that he managed to save and transfer the oil change sticker to the new windshield. He also had no problem saving my rear view mirror and the items hanging from it. The receptionist then told me she would check to see if there was anything they could do to help me out and would call me back. Surprise, she never called me back. So much for customer service. Hopefully, I won't have to replace my windshield again, but if I do, they won't be getting my business. read more

I would love to say that Sky Blue Mobile was able to help me restore my headlight but they weren't. What they DID do is tell me the honest truth that purchasing and installing brand new headlights is not in their wheelhouse and that I would end up paying way more than I should. Some businesses would have just taken my money and done the job but instead they were looking out for me as their customer and advised me that my business would be best placed elsewhere.
