The hood sat flush before it was worked on and now is raised up/bent on the driver side. Almost looks like the hood was shut with a tool underneath it. Have photos of it undamaged prior to the service but Aaron (Manager) denied the claim claiming the Tech had photos of the damage at time of service before working on it. Sent some awful picture that doesn't show or prove that - nor does it show a date/time stamp. Would love to see a side view pic that shows the damage before service and I'd be happy to revise this review. The Technician's Pre and Post Inspections show NO DAMAGE to hood. I'm honestly not surprised that Safelite refuses to take accountability but it's a really sad and pathetic way to do business. In closing, DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you do opt to use Safelite, TAKE PHOTOS OF YOUR VEHICLE BEFOREHAND and make sure it is in the exact same condition after service before the Technician leaves.

Next there is a plastic piece that covers the wires for the windshield mirror that was broke and when driving away on there street conveniently fell off. The mobile tech said he present the issue to the manager, 6 weeks later no follow up. So for convenience I'd say 4 stars. Service and follow up negative 3 stars. Total review, 1 star.....
