Absolute safety hazard for modern vehicles. Do not trust this shop if your car has a Head-Up Display (HUD) or forward-facing driver-assist cameras. I brought my vehicle here for a windshield replacement. They installed a cheap, non-compliant aftermarket windshield (VITRO brand, DOT 287) that severely distorted and slanted my factory HUD projection, rendering it a blurry visual hazard. Worse, the installation instantly triggered a permanent electronic safety lockout on my dashboard, entirely disabling my vehicle's automated emergency braking and forward-collision safety systems. When I returned to the shop to report these critical defects, the staff was dismissive, completely refused to allow me to speak to management, and gaslit me by denying the issue existed. Because they refused to assist or honor their work, I had to take the car to Safelite Auto Glass for a certified technical inspection. Safelite's master technicians issued a formal corporate letter confirming that the glass installed by this shop was physically warped and out of specification. Crucially, Safelite discovered and documented that this shop failed to properly install the forward-facing safety camera inside its mounting bracket, leaving a critical safety component unattached. Safelite's computers pulled active Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC): Code 0x800AC8 (Front camera calibration fault), which couldn't be cleared due to the bad glass tolerances. I had to pay out of pocket for a full OEM replacement at Safelite just to make my car safe to drive. This shop is technically incompetent with modern vehicles, negligent with critical safety equipment, and possesses zero customer service accountability. Stay far away. read more

Finished my lovely three day weekend with a cracked windshield on my way back from Angel's Camp *tears* That windshield didn't stand a chance in this heat, it started expanding right away. After calling around a few local spots, I got a quote for $300 for my 2018 Jeep Compass from Low Price Auto Glass (everywhere else was over $350). I originally requested a quote online but I got impatient so I just called. I spoke with the manager, he asked some basic questions, make and model of the vehicle, asked about sensors, mileage, etc. To my luck they had the glass in stock and that I could come in at any time that same day. I asked if it would be an issue to come in around 4:30 PM considering they close at 5:30 PM and he said it was no problem! This conversation was very quick/rushed, so I was a little worried. I arrived right at 4:30 PM and let the receptionist know about the conversation I had with the manager. Not gonna lie, she seemed a little dumbfounded but didn't stop that from getting the work order started right away. They started working on my car around 4:45 PM and I was out of there in under an hour. The lady on the intercom kept announcing like: "30 more minutes guys, let's get to work!" or like "Let's go, let's go...15 more minutes!" a little concerning lol I guess that could be seen as motivation but when my car is the last on the lot, I definitely don't want to feel like the work is being rushed. I had gotten a chip in my windshield from driving on the freeway mainly from the semi trucks on the road. I called this location and they said to bring it right in. When I arrived they greeted me and asked me how my day was. They took a look at the chip and said since I came in right away it can be repaired, The technician mentioned that the best thing you can do is to bring it in as soon as it happens to prevent the chip from spreading into a crack because if it does that would require the windshield to be replaced. They said they will take care of the repair and I'll be on my way shortly. They end up repairing my chip very quickly and I can't even notice where it is anymore. I've had my car 11 years and I decided to get the windows retinted. Really glad I did it! When I showed them my windows they pointed out that the existing tint is old and turned purple. They removed all the old tint for $120 which is because of the chemical that they use the remove the tint. They scheduled an appointment and retinted my windows for $200. After an 18 wheeler threw up a large rock during last weekend's rain storm, I was mad and didn't know where to go to fix it. So many places, so many prices. If you want quality work with a 1 year chip repair plus lifetime leaking warranty, this place has the best prices. My Nissan windshield was fixed for less than $175. The guy who put the actual glass in was very nice. The manager in the office treated me ok, sorta like he was in a hurry to get me out of there. I didn't appreciate that but the important thing was that my windshield no longer had a large crack in the middle. Waiting room was grungy, dirty and felt yucky overall. Driving to Yosemite on Highway 99 when a truck traveling the opposite direction flung a rock into my windshield. The impact took a small divot out of the glass. After pulling over and examining the damage I thought it would be OK but then as I resumed the trip it seemed like the nick was growing so I consult Siri about nearby glass repair shops. I called Low Price Auto Glass and they told me I could bring it in and they would do the repair in less than 30 minutes. But when I drove over and they inspected the damage they told me not to worry, that it was one of those cases where it did not need to be repaired.
