I arrived around 7:30 am on a Thursday and was thoroughly impressed with the size of the space, cleanliness and the wide variety of teas, shakes, protein balls, etc. For March, the space had awesome decorations to match the season along with themed drinks such as Lucky Charms and Lucky Leprechaun. Like any other Herbalife club, there is always an emphasis on weight loss, coaching, etc. behind the scenes. I don't feed into it these days and also don't knock those who go after it. With all the naughty drinks shops with sugars, Nutrition Cafe has protein options meant to serve as meal replacements. I will definitely stop in again when I am in the area. Thank you!

There is limited and somewhat awkward seating space so something to watch out for if you eat there. Single file line system for ordering and paying which moves fairly fast. The food portions were fairly generous but for me the taste was ok. It did not have the oomph factor for me. The service is nice also and the folks behind the counter were patient and friendly.
