My insurance company paid to have hail damage repaired on my car. My car came back filthy (covered inside and out with shop dust). The power seats and heated seats did not work. Months later my car carpet was growing mold, as the tail lights weee not properly installed and were leaking when it rained. I contacted them and they said they would fix it and replace the carpeting but complained that "this would cost them money". I had to drive around in a moldy wet car for months, the front passenger carpet has still not been replaced over a year later. I just noticed after all the latest rain storms that the carpet and truck are completely wet again. I contacted them and have not even received a response. They obviously do not care about the quality of their work or their customers. read more

My vehicle was stuck by a deer , when I contacted my insurance company, they advised me that Sky Collision in Monroe Ga. Was one of their preferred repair shops. I was glad to hear that because I've used this shop before. When I received out to Sky Collision, I was able to drop my vehicle off the same day of the accident. 2 days later, I received a text that they had started the work. Every day , I received a text update and was told a day of completion. The work was completed ahead of schedule and the work was outstanding!! I can't say enough about the the great folks at Sky Collision in Monroe Ga. The customer service was outstanding and so was the work. I unfortunately had to bring my 2020 370z to this location after getting into in accident with a deer in Dec 2021. And from the beginning I should've known this place was horrible. Josh Omen the manager handled my case and failed to keep me updated with any of my cars progress. And whenever I would call or show up to see what was going on he'd say "Oh I was just about to call you".. I would always have to leave work or even miss work to check up on their "work". My car was still in the shop up until Feb 18 of 2022 after pressuring Josh to finish because I wanted my car back. Sad to say I had to return the following week to get the remaining of the work he didn't do, done. Fast forward to May of 2022, The radiator that they replaced blew on me forcing me to go back and get replaced for the second time. Upon Arriving to pick up my car My insurance was told they would replace the radiator and give it a nice Detail. But unfortunately I didn't get my car detailed and you could see cat paws all around my car??? and to top it off After leaving the lot I noticed I had some new issues with the car. My throttle and Transmission were giving out on me so I went right back to tell Josh and he denied and service to those Areas. I left and got in contact with my insurance and while driving home my throttle completely gave out and forced me to swerve into a ditch to avoid getting rear ended. And as if that wasn't enough issues, As soon as I got home the "new" Radiator I got replaced started leaking in my driveway. I've been trying to get in contact with Joshua Gray who is the GM for this location but he has yet to call me. Absolutely do not recommend this collision center. read more

Took my truck to Sky Collision in Winder to ask about buffing out a small scratch in my freshly painted truck. Even though Sky Collision did not do the paint job on my truck, Ryan was awesome in offering to see what they could do to make it look better and he had his painter look at it immediately.. They did a great job of making that scratch almost disappear. Couldn't remove it completely because it was too deep but it looked fantastic. I was happy. During the process of bringing my truck back around, there was an accident where the passenger mirror was damaged but it was an honest mistake and Ryan informed me immediately of what happened and assured me they would take care of it. I left the truck with them and a few days later, Ryan let me know it was ready and it looked amazing. Couldn't tell anything happened. I had to have my vehicle repaired after hitting a deer. Sky Collision assessed the damage quickly, and gave me a quote within just a few minutes. They worked with my insurance company, and they repaired the damaged area (looks like new) in a reasonable amount of time. This is a great place to get your work done. They have done everything they said they would. I even had a paint job done then brought it back to have half repainted after I did some damage putting it back together . Part of the repaint didn't quite match. And after a year I brought it back and told them I wanted them to do what they needed to do to make it right. And without hesitation they did, without any additional cost. If I ever restore another car , they will be the first i call to do the paint!!!! I have once again went back to sky collision. And they have again 100% satisfied my expectations! I don't know about this location but the sky collision in winder are a bunch of crooks. They quoted me 280 dollars to paint a tailgate for my truck which was reasonable, so I when I mentioned I would have a little money left over from my insurance claim to get other parts I need the quote changed. The guy asked about my insurance claim wanted to know how much it was for, so when I told him the amount his tune changed the 280 he quoted me then went to over a 1000 dollars.
