He also took full responsibility and refunded my evacuation/recharge cost. He apologized and spoke to all involved to change how they handled my situation. I will give them another chance as they took accountability and made it right. Grayson Tire & Auto - so disappointed in their service and support. I had this shop repair my AC in September 2025 and experienced a strange issue where the AC would not turn on when the car was parked on hot days. I garage park my car so I rarely experienced the issue. With this hot weather recently the issue regularly appeared. I took it in as I had a two year warranty. After having the car for half a day they insisted nothing was wrong. They begrudgingly agreed to test again. After a few hours of the car parked in the hot sun, they saw the problem. They subsequently told me the Freon and PAC oil was way out of specs and I needed an evac and recharge. The problem is they were the only people to touch the AC and last to evac/recharge. When I explained this, they stated it was my fault as I must have had someone else work on it. I told them no one else but them worked on it. They said that is impossible. I pointed out how it could happen and they said even if they did make a mistake the Freon is not covered under warranty. When they originally fixed my AC they had issues and had to install a second compressor. Yet they stated they don't make mistakes. Customers vote with their wallet and they lost this customer of several years who has spent thousands on various services. Shame on you Grayson Tire & Automotive, do better. I will no longer recommend them on this platform.

They do not pressure you to get anything done but they explain in detail what needs to be done. Robert is an employee that is very personable and goes in depth letting you know what is wrong or what could go wrong if something isn't taken care of soon. I was able to chat with several people, including one of the few seasoned fiberglass experts in the area, and was given a general ballpark. Once serious and decided, I returned to hand over the car and get a more tuned quote and timeline. During the next 12 weeks, the car's awful fiberglass body was given much needed TLC. Mike was in constant contact over phone and text message, providing status updates, pictures, and timeline updates. I'm very very pleased with the results and the price. It was not cheap (between $5k and $10k), but other shops were quoting $15k+. The difference might be that the other shops were only wanting to do a perfect, concourse-level job, and I was able to inform Sentry that this was unnecessary for my use case. I highly recommend Sentry to anyone with a car they truly care about, be it classic or modern. You won't pay an exorbitant price and will get very good results. I'm sure you can get better results if you ask and are willing to pay for the extra time.
