Horrible company. We will never park at The Parking Spot again. We returned from vacation and our license plate holder and license plate was off of our vehicle. We had a huge 3 foot long electric yellow color scuff mark on our front bumper. The color obviously matches their bright yellow and black shuttles. Contacted anyone we could reach at The Parking Spot to advise them that one of their shuttles damaged our vehicle. We were originally told they have cameras in the parking areas, but when we requested reimbursement, they denied having any cameras. We also noticed that their shuttle drivers are horrendous. They speed through the parking lot and are extremely careless. Many other choices for parking at Sky Harbor Airport, do not pick The Parking Spot unless you want damage to your vehicle and you want to experience reckless driving. read more

Cell Phone Lot is such a smart idea. Rather than circling the terminal, waiting for who you are picking up, park and wait. Let the person who you are picking up know to call once they are about to exit the terminal. Drives, then head over and pick up. It is that simple. There is no fee for parking in the lot. Near the front their is a board with flight updates. Drivers must stay in their cars. Drivers may briefly exit to use the portable restrooms. Drives may also leave their vehicles to take a pet to relieve themselves. In the hotter months, it does get extremely hot. There is no idling, so that means no running the air conditioning. It would be nice if there was shade. That being said, the lot does eliminate a good deal of traffic. Make sure to bring plenty of water. read more

I call this place the Sky Harbor's VIFree Lot and would recommend to anyone in the area even if you don't have to go the the airport. Picking up someone from the airport makes me anxious. Maybe it's because I don't trust anyone on the road lol. Driving to the airport, trying to navigate around the sometimes confusing signs to where you are supposed to meet while dodging the already crazy and frantic drivers, especially during rush hour argh! I'm glad that there are cell phone lots to make it a little easier to wait for your person's flight to arrive, and 3 of them too! I meant to go to the closest lot from 24th Street but I accidentally made a wrong turn when the road forked so I ended up at the more centrally located one which was alright in the end. There were plenty of spots and the screens showing the flight times is a nice little perk. Getting out of the lot was easy and while it was still a bit stressful getting to the right gate, with enough careful driving and some accompanying occasional but rapid cursing my passenger was picked up safe and sound, we were on our way out of Sky Harbor and onto better and brighter things! read more

This lot is genius! When I receive the text "landed," that means it is time to start the drive down, but depending on traffic and the route I take, my time will vary. More importantly is the time that the landed party will take getting off the plane, walking to baggage claim, and eventually standing at the curb. This lot is perfect for a quick stop until the text "at curb" arrives. Pull in for just a few minutes or a longer stay, just don't get out of your car! read more

The invention of the cell phone lot was brilliant! The one detractor (and why I only gave this lot four stars) is the left turn onto the road to terminal two. The road you have to cross is quite busy and much of the traffic is moving at 30 mph or more. Thus, speed and acceleration is definitely a plus when going to pick up your significant other/boss/family/bff from this lot. If you are going to terminals three or four this is not an issue. Love this place, Since I moved the the valley about six years ago. I have become a frequent visitor to this cell lot. There is always enough room, you can actually see the update board from any location in the lot. There are bathrooms, even though it's an outhouse. It's better then nothing. They also have the airlines "800" numbers posted for your convenience. Just come in, find a parking spot, recline your seat, turn up the radio and take a nap! read more

I've been in and out of many airports over the years and this is one of my favorites for sure. I mean don't get me wrong, an airport is still in the airport... Busy, highly secured, and packed with our favorite people the TSA agents. The reason I like Phoenix Sky Harbor is because it's usually pretty well organized to where it's not a complete disaster if you don't get here hours and hours ahead of time. They have all of the standard stores, shops and restaurants that you would associate with an airport. One of the cool things that I have noticed here at Sky Harbor is the "cell" parking lot - this is where you can go, park for free and wait for someone to arrive. Once they have landed and gathered their baggage, they can call or text to let you know they're ready to be met by the curb. CIRCLING THE AIRPORT IS NOT NECESSARY!! read more

For a cell phone lot, it's a cell phone lot. Not far from the terminals (thankfully) and easy in/out. Didn't have any trouble.

This is a great place to come to wait ,when you are waiting for a flight to come in. You do not have to drive around the Airport wasting gas and getting in anyones way. You simply pull in here, wait for your cell phone call and relax. When your party arrives, they call you and they go to get their luggage. You leave the lot and go to Passenger pick up. It works like a charm. There is one on each side of the Airport as well. So weather you are coming from the East or the West you can use one. Plus it is free. You do not have to pay as you would have to if you parked. read more

Oh my god, talk about a NIGHTMARE! My husband was flying into Sky Harbor to meet me in Phoenix and when I read about a cell phone lot I was initially excited. I left my hotel early to get a spot in the lot. Everything was fine when I arrived and secured a spot. The lot was very crowded and I took one of two parking spots left. The cell phone lot is difficult to get to but is very close to the pick-up terminal. This is where the issue is -- it's steps away from the pick-up area but that means there are HUGE bottlenecks of traffic coming both from inside the cell phone lot and on the exterior roads. This means when everybody arrives at the same time, there is a huge backup of cars. Even though I was parked close by, it took me over THIRTY MINUTES to get OUT of the cell phone lot to pick up my husband! I was trapped! You can't back out of your spot or even MOVE in the traffic. I was in tears. NEVER again. It's better to circle than to park here. Trust me! read more

It is located just slightly east of terminal 4, has a digital arrival board, (just like the bigger, more crowded, west cell phone parking lot). Best of all it has a GREAT view of incoming airplanes,! read more

As far as I'm concerned, it's very basic. During the summers they're concrete heat collectors and believe me you feel it. Your A/C will work harder especially since you're stationary. How about covered solar parking lots as in schools. It works for the energy needs as well as cars in wait. Porta potties need to be kept clean, especially in the heat of summer. I always use the cell phone lot when I am picking people up from PHX. There are always parking spots near the flight board and Terminal 4 is super close. It's free to park and provides a place to chill until your party has landed. read more

The positive fact that cell phone lot east is 10 times Bigger then the old is good. However there should be multiple sign boards. The closet one is on west of lot. However all cars tend to park there and fight for space 2 more boards woukd be nice also they need a turn right sign larger. All and all happy read more
