This is based on an event I went to Sky High for the first time last night for Ladies' Night and it was so fun!! I ended up SMACKED (the good kind lol) by the end of the event can't even lie When I came in I was greeted by a few friendly faces and was shown to a table where I waiting for my friends. For this event, there were tables and other areas for a minimum as well as free options for those tho don't want the pressure to spend or maybe were alone. The DJ (I forgot her name) is a millenial's dream!! She even played a Big Time Rush mashup that was FIRE. There are games available as well as deals for ladies. BOGO promo dabs as well as canna cocktails and I had one of each. The host Toy (never to the played with lol...I'll never forget that!) was amazing and was keeping the crowd engaged but we were all a little too high I think. I'll be back for this and will be a little more strategic about how lifted I get because it's really a great event and a super great deal for ladies. And yes all are welcome even though it's Ladies' Night. You just won't get the deals or the pre roll I think. So pull up! read more

I'm not sure if we just went on an off night or what but I brought my niece for her 21st birthday and first experience of a dispensary and lounge and we were really unimpressed. The food truck was mid, the lounge was equivalent to some plastic folding chairs with a few end tables here and there scattered throughout, a couple booths, and couple actual tables. The concept is a really good idea and has potential to be a great time the execution leaves much to be desired. We went for the comedy show and left during the second comedian, ran into someone I know and they left during the first one, the couple seated behind us apparently weren't impressed either as they weren't too far behind us when we exited the building. The dispensary has an outdoor area that's a pretty cool chill spot with good music but it was too cold for all that. read more

I attended the Lounge Monday night with a friend. We were visiting and curious, unsure of what to do in the Lounge. We were approached by the bartender Angelica. She was very helpful in informing us how the Lounge worked package deals or if we just wanted to get a dab she was very well knowledged on the products and made a great recommendation for us. I ordered the blue cocktail and it was amazing. We will be planning on visiting again soon. read more

We came out for the comedy show several months ago, and this review has sat in my drafts ever since *face palm*. Definitely a fun, stoner date night experience, though I don't know how frequently we would do it. First off, the parking is a bit wonky and a long, sometimes unpaved, walk from the venue. Inside it's open seating and I would recommend buying/ bringing your own smoking materials. These are definitely touristy prices. We opted for one the low end pre rolls on special and I had the Nuwu Sunset cannacocktail. I really liked the cocktail and the edible high definitely carried my smoking high nicely. We also ordered some food from the food truck outside to sate our munchies while waiting for the show. As for the comedy show itself, it may have just not been the best night. Some of the comedians were moderately funny, but it didn't compare to Gabe Lopez's other production at SouthPoint. Service here is good and friendly and of course fast since mostly every thing is pre-packaged. read more

This is my first marijuana lounge and I am not disappointed. We got to try out this experience at Nuwu medical dispensary and it was amazing. Everyone was welcoming and extremely helpful, there is also a dab bar where they take care of everything for you. You can order product off a menu or purchase downstairs from one of there amazing budtenders and then come upstairs and consume it. They also sell infused drinks which taste great and are very reasonably priced. Overall I highly recommend this spot whether you are new or have been consuming for a while. read more

Was my first time here. Had been looking forward to this for a very long time. What was drastically and dramatically underwhelmed. This is more like a weird cafeteria than it is a cannabis lounge. I don't know how you could get it so wrong actually everything from the music to the crowd to the servers who were pretty rude, even after getting very large tips, and as I sat here for about two hours, observing no one was tipping except me. It wasn't a tipping crowd. I felt like I was in a bingo hall and a cafeteria combined where it just so happened that you could smoke a joint. We'll have to give them another try but Thursday night here the ladies night couldn't have got it more wrong. And then to make it even worse I tipped the DJ $10 to play a song. I came here for a friend's birthday. It was my first time ever coming to Sky High LV at NuWu. Upon entering the building, you are greeted by front desk and need to check in with your ID (must be 21+ to enter). Front desk was very nice. I guess when you enter the building, the bottom level is the dispensary. We went up to the second level and that is where the Sky Lounge is. Upon entering the lounge, we were not greeted nor were we acknowledged. My friend had already done a reservation so we met her at the table. The reservation was for 8pm and it took about 40 mins for anyone to even come and take our drink order and set up or package. Cami was supposed to be the original person helping us but she basically went MIA after telling us that she will be helping us. No one came after her to check on us. My friend had to go to the dab bar and request for someone to help. If it wasn't for the guy that helped us (I don't remember his name, he has long hair and was tall and skinny), we would have been forgotten about. He did finally set us up and got our drink orders. It was a fun experience besides us having to wait so long for our package and for our drinks. The music they played was good up until later in the night. They started playing heart broken songs lol. We had to ask for them to change the music because it was making us feel a little too mellow. The weed we got with our package was from Polaris called Amnesia. It tasted so good but it was really dry. We also got $5 pre-rolls with a drink order. I don't remember the company or strain but it was really good & it tasted good too. The experience was a good time because of the people I was there with. The one thing that kind of sucked was that we were not able to see the comedy show that they have downstairs. We thought that it would be played on the tvs in the lounge but that did not happen. It was also hot in the lounge, felt like there was no air circulation. I give this lounge 3/5 stars. The only good customer service we got was from the front desk at check in & the guy that was helping us at our table. Nevada did a great job getting its cannabis program going, making sure every bit of weed sold to the public is safe and tested for harmful impurities. But there was one glaring omission - where do our 42 million visitors go to enjoy it? They're free to purchase cannabis (and pay a tax to support the state) but they can't consume it anywhere? Seems like we didn't quite think that through. Luckily NuWu Dispensary and Tasting Room is located on a small piece of Paiute tribal land and thus able to avoid some state regulations. That loophole paved the way for a cannabis consumption lounge inside their dispensary, currently the only legal place in Nevada other than a private residence - it's against state law to enjoy weed inside hotel rooms, vehicles, or even the great outdoors. The Vegas Tasting Room is open Wednesday through Sunday for the time being, 1:30-10 p.m., a perfect hangout for those who don't want to break laws or get evicted by their hotel. You'll pay a bit for the convenience, but you won't be looking over your shoulder. A walk-up w/o reservations will cost $50 for up to 90 minutes and with it comes a pre-roll, an infused cocktail, a menu of other products to try, and a relaxing venue with comfortable seating in which to consume. An additional gram of flower (enough for a healthy sized joint) costs $20 in the lounge and every strain they offer tests at over 20% THC. Bongs and pipes are sanitized after each use. If you can befriend a local resident, bring him or her with you, and the $50 entry fee is waived so you simply pay for what's on the menu. The casino industry has long opposed cannabis but eventually these lounges will proliferate, just like bars do. Progress cannot be stopped but as of 2022, if you're from out of town, The Tasting Room is the only place in Las Vegas for a visitor to consume legally. Look at it this way - the $50 entry fee is far more enjoyable than your $50 hotel resort fee...at least you'll be putting this one to use! I do feel obligated to point out a misleading claim on their website that visitors to our city might consider disregarding. It is NOT a mere 'two blocks from downtown Fremont Street' to NuWu, as they say. They make it sound close, but it's actually 1.2 miles away (a good 25-30 minute walk) and it's right next to the state's largest concentration of homeless people. So be advised, especially at night, and maybe think about a $10-12 rideshare instead. Overall though, props to NuWu for being an industry leader and providing a safe haven for our guests to consume cannabis. On your way out of The Tasting Room, you may as well stock up with the large selection of goods that the dispensary offers. read more

The girls at NuWu hooked me up with a rental bong and set me up with some meds. The girls where nice, however I felt weird being their alone eventually, esp. after the strong "Ting Motivator" I smoked. Thankfully a random dude working there kept checking on me and that made me feel nice and less like a freak. It would be great if they had some magazines or something laying around - I was looking to chill - not load and leave like many, but it takes a minute or two to work through the dabs and things you buy. All in all absolutely a must-do Vegas experience, be mindful when choosing the strong stuff if Sativia messes you up. I know mostly people travel in packs in Vegas so your mileage will vary but as a lone travel I say bring a book. There is not much entertainment for when you are too stoned in there to leave. Fantastic dab bar!!! Once in a lifetime experience. A must do!! The ladies up front were very nice and directed us to the elevator to head upstairs to the dab bar... The waitress suggested the Orange Bang for my dab so I went with her suggestion. Just $6! Kind of like a high end craft cocktail but better. My dabtender was great, she had the dab rig spotless and filled with fresh bottled water. She showed me the dab and started heating the bowl for me. She asked if I was ready, then dropped the dab in the bowl and capped it with a carb. I took a slow pull on the rig and enjoyed the smooth vapor hit. I got 2 hits off my dab and returned to my seat to see what happened. WOAH! A kind of warm body flash, that almost left me sweating and then a nice happy feeling washed over me. Not overpowering, but definitely strong! I wouldn't rec this for a first timer or new smoker! The buzz was a nice head high, no couch lock or down feeling. Headed out to the Pinball Museum and had a great time. Most impressive is that buzz lasted for like 3 or 4 hours!!! You have to try the dab bar! Grabbed a supposedly indica preroll on the way out that was pretty underwhelming and had a 'run' or banana ash. But still a nice place to go and they're expanding and adding on. Whoever is doing the advertisement and promotion for the website needs to find a new job.. I will break it down to you the way that they're not. The packages that they offer you are ridiculous. they want you to pay $99 to smoke in their lounge basically. This is your options for $99. You tell me if this is a deal. I will break it down like they did not on the website. $99 get you 3.5 of some garbage weed all of the selection. For pre-roll joints for the $99. Or you can get some concentrates for $99 that is not worth the $99. Packets to $199 you get to keep a bong. That's not even worth 40 bucks. Because it's the bong that they use for the Reynolds to give you in the $199 deal. Also, with this deal, you receive two 5mm infused drinks lol you don't even wanna know about the $499 or the $999 deal they're just ridiculous. Like I said, in the beginning, went there for my birthday worst birthday ever. My reservation was for 6 PM. There was absolutely no one there other than me and another couple. The server who sent me down was very polite. She explained the Pagis deal to me and I told her absolutely not. I will be getting the $99 deal. Let me say it was not worth it, but it was my birthday, so I thought I would treat myself. The server told me that I would receive everything on the table. Except the three brass bowls and the bomb and the ashtray. she assured me that the rolling tray the rolling papers and the grinder was mine. I'll get back to that in a minute. So I ordered a drink from the African-American girl that was working.. Now let me just say this I am African-American male. Back to the review. She took my order I pay for the drink right then and there. She went to the bar and completely forgot about me. 20 to 25 minutes had passed when I decided to get up and go say something to her.. she apologize with this unapologetic apology. The least you can do is bring me my drink, I reached out to a female manager working at that location. She absolutely did nothing at all to rectify the problem. this place was great back when it was just the tasting room, now it's overpriced, and very pushy for table packages. between 5 people we were charged $15 for WATER??? why the hell are we paying for water at a weed lounge???? they didn't bring the al carte menu with prices kept pushing their table packages which is WAY too expensive. $115 for 4 prerolls or a 3.5 ? this place isn't what it used to be. servers were disappearing constantly once we didn't do the table packages , kept having to flag people down to order anything. I love this lounge. I'm not a drinker so this is my absolute go to spot. Love that you can buy a dab at the bar while sipping some thc/cbd drink then go relax in a recliner with a preroll and watch whatever game is on TV. The bud tenders are all super friendly, never rush you, really good staff. Overall my favorite place, the prices are good, not free but not crazy overpriced ($5-10 1/2g dabs, $10-20 pre rolls, $5-10 drinks). read more

Main reason would be that the main guy there that would check on us after we were seated was making fun of the people I was with for coughing & calling them rookies, probably not the best way to speak to your patients.
