They came to my condo and said it was going to be ready in four hours, and they did. Excellent job guys! You truly give justice to the company's name! We found some stone that we loved, and Jorge and his folks carefully measured our kitchen, figured out how to handle some tricky spaces in the corner of our cabinets and behind the stove, cut the stone with beautiful bullnose edges, and then installed the stone so that the (kind of dramatic) veining matched in all the important places. Their work was meticulous and beautiful! Jorge communicated well. His team worked within our condominium's guidelines, arrived when they said they would, and finished on time. Jorge even saved some surplus stone to install in pantry cabinets we just ordered. I'd use Pyramid Granite again in a heartbeat. I recommend them without hesitation!

After having some issues with the countertop company our GC wanted to use, we decided to try finding our own and went to Richstone, just based on reviews. The first thing that I liked was that the rep in the store - ours was Tina - was actually helpful - helpful in suggesting colors, helpful in providing all kinds of information that no one had provided us with before. It took us months to decide on the stone for the countertop, and she was ever patient and responsive. When we finally chose one, it turned out to be really hard to get - and yet, Richstone managed to get it relatively quickly and way faster than the contractor we'd originally been with had told us it would take. Before the install, we got a proof showing exactly how it would look on the counter (and it did end up looking exactly like the proof). The measurement process was painless, quick, and accurate. Installation was way better than we had even hoped for - they were fast, neat, and the finished product was absolutely perfect. It is the one installation in the whole kitchen that actually went according to plan. So they came when they were supposed to, they did the job they were supposed to do, they did it right, and we love the countertops. Moreover, I felt like Richstone guided us through the process and Tina did a lot of hand-holding that I needed, because honestly all of this is pretty confusing and intimidating for a first-timer. Wish we'd found this company first - could have saved myself a lot of time and stress.

7/23/25 We were referred to Neka Granite by family and…read moreinitially excited to work with them. But our experience was a nightmare. We chose a rare Ijen Blue Quartzite slab--half light, half dark--and clearly communicated (in person, by text, and with a visit to their showroom) that we wanted the light portion at the front sink area and dark in the back. They agreed multiple times. Installation day came, and the layout was completely reversed. They had cut the slab incorrectly, and no one warned us. When we paused the install, we were blamed for not buying a $450 rendering. Yet no one told us this was required to ensure our layout was followed. When we voiced concern, the regional manager, BK, called and was shockingly unprofessional, telling me to calm down, saying our job was "just one slab," and implying our project was too small to matter. He refused to take responsibility and repeatedly said they "did nothing wrong." He also said that they would have cut it anyway they determined was right and it didn't matter if we did the rendering. Being gaslit, told my project was small, and changing the orientation of the beautiful quartzite was beyond the pale. The way they cut the stone did change how we had planned our kitchen to look. For a $10,000 job on a $2,800 slab, this was beyond disappointing. We allowed the install just to get them out of our home. I've worked with contractors nationwide, and this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had.

There were numerous decisions to make in doing a kitchen remodel and my husband and I have made some mistakes but selecting NEKA was not one of them. They were terrific and were there for us from the beginning to end. I don't know how many phone calls I've made to them but there were many and they were always available, patient and answered every single question. Thank you NEKA for a job well done! I was able to bring a cardboard template that they used, and they attached the sink so all I had to do was drop it onto the dresser and hook up the plumbing. I must've gone to a dozen different places that stated that they had remnants, only to find the selection to be minimal or non-existant. Fairfax Marble in Merrifield had the widest selection of marble, quartzite, and granite remnants I've ever seen! Enes was so helpful and patient, he knew what I was looking for, and was able to zero in on many pieces for me to consider-- out of what seemed like a thousand different slabs and pieces! I found the perfect remnant for a kitchen needing only 26 sq feet of stone. Then, Enes was able to schedule measuring and templating on only a day's notice! The installation followed almost immediately afterwards. Fairfax Marble will work with you-- or your contractor-- to find just the right stone, and they'll help you plan the edges, overhang, and any cut-outs or holes that need to be made for fixtures. I would highly recommend them for any size kitchen-- but especially for the smaller kitchen where you don't want or need to spend the extra money on a whole slab that you'll never use!

The sink was crooked to start with. For us, this was a huge investment and expense! Now, just a few years later, there is a leak between the sink and the quartz. I was told that this happens when the company used inferior adhesives to attach the sink to the countertop. When I called down to discuss this, the first guy that answered accused me of throwing heavy objects into the sink, meaning their defective work was my fault. The second guy kept telling me about his $70,000 car with peeling paint, and that I should accept their subpar workmanship! AVOID this company at any cost!

We walked in to see what they carried, it's been a while since i went appliance shopping and I almost walked out with a new washer/dryer set. Sami and his colleagues were all extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the appliances. I naturally gravitated towards the newer ones with all the bells and whistles. They sell a washer/dryer in one...I knew these existed, but it was nice seeing it up front. They are having a grand opening sales and gift card rebates until the ~25th of August. One thing to note is that they do charge for the accessories, which is essentially covered by the gift card rebates and instant sales. Anyone in the market for new appliances should definitely check out this store and take advantage of the sales and gift cards. There is plenty of parking available in front of the store, also shared by neighboring stores.

Absolute Negligence, Property Damage, and Zero Accountability!!! I am not one to post negative…read morereviews ever and always try to resolve any issues with the business directly. This experience has honestly been the worst experience I have had with a business so I feel I need to share with other consumers. We purchased all new kitchen appliances from Bray & Scarff and spent approximately $8,500. From the very beginning, this experience has been a nightmare. Nearly every appliance delivered was damaged, forcing us to reject multiple deliveries and wait for replacements. This alone caused weeks of disruption and frustration. The worst issue, however, was the complete incompetence of their installer. When installing our new refrigerator, the installer failed to properly connect the water line, causing an active leak that went unnoticed for 2-3 weeks. By the time we discovered it, significant damage had already occurred to our home. Bray & Scarff sent someone to inspect the damage and acknowledged the issue, stating they would submit a claim to their insurance carrier, Travelers. That is where the accountability ended. Travelers has been unresponsive, dismissive, and obstructive. Phone calls go unanswered, and we are repeatedly told to file a claim with our own homeowners insurance instead -- despite this damage being caused by Bray & Scarff's installer. This would unfairly raise our insurance premiums and shift responsibility away from the party that caused the damage. The combination of damaged products, negligent installation, property damage, and insurance runaround is unacceptable. We trusted Bray & Scarff with a major home purchase and were met with carelessness and refusal to take responsibility when it mattered most. If you value your home, your time, or your peace of mind, do not use Bray & Scarff. We are now exploring formal complaints and legal options.
