Our experience was top notch, stayed at the main house employees were excellent, they provided a cart w chairs, umbrellas a lock, towels, bikes, free kayaking, water,ice free breakfast along with other locations you can use. Room was small but it's we just used it to sleep and shower. BTW shower was awsome. Spent time in the main courtyard with our friends, employees were attentive. I can also see an issue staying at the off site locations being loud. Looking forward coming back next year.

There was more than enough room for them and their friends to be comfortable. Also, we had friends come meet us and they rented the studio right next door. It was perfect! If you have a large group, you may want to consider renting many of Greg's Villas. It was nice to be next to each other and share a deck, but it was also nice that we all had our own space. The Villas were as clean as a beach house could be. It was clear to us that Greg takes a lot of pride in his rentals and who he rents to, and we appreciated that. It's great that Greg lives right there and can answer any questions you have. Rent from Greg, you will NOT be sorry! When we checked in showed the receptionist the service animal card and everything was fine. Around 4am my fiance and I had went to smoke a cigarette in the truck. When I walked out of the room I saw the woman staring at us in the window I had a feeling that something was gonna happen and for sure she just takes it upon herself to go in our room. Which my dog was still there and scared her. After that she was trying to get us to leave with only 50 dollars saying we never notified anyone about the dog. Or pay an extra 50 dollars for dog. She also tried to trick me to leave room so she can deactivate key card but luckily because the air conditioner was not working i left window open and was able to get in. Rm 102.We called the police and they agreed she either needs to give us full refund or let us finish out stay. She was not happy about it because she thought she was right. But I had all legal documentation for my dog. All in all you have no right to go in someones room or deny anyone for service animal unless they are be destructive or disturbing someone. She is crazy and stay away to avoid any drama if you want to have a nice night with your man or woman. She really had nothing better to do than to mess with us. Even saying I was not military becasue my cat card was expired but I had my va vard right next to it which she wouldnt even look at just kept saying I was not military.

The bed was very nicely made up with lovely white sheets, and windows were nicely tinted and with ah sensational shade ta keep the heat out. Plus a vase of exotic flowers was present, ta add more dimension and beauty to the bedroom. The bathroom was nicely sanitized, deodorized and with another bouquet of flowers in ah vase. Ah love tha flooring in the bathroom. Absolutely impeccable!!! Ah walked on it without ah slipper, because of tha smooth and comfortable feel ta it Each day, we were given clean crispy towels in three various sizes. Smelt so crispy and splendid plus new soap and sundries. Tha inn provided us with a clean and spacious refrigerator, large microwave, ah neat spot ta store and hang clothing, plus satisfying and beautiful drawers far clothing storage and in one, was my favourite book, the Holy Bible discovered The parking lot is smooth, clean and nicely drawn in designated parking spots. Lots of flower baskets are suspended on the front of each inn rooms Looks so impeccable too!! The pricing was so reasonable and affordable, especially far tha exceptional quality provided. Finally, we were extremely impressed with the staff and customer service, far tha immaculate hospitality, courtesieness and mannerism, when on two occasions, we need their assistance. They're also very friendly and extremely professional in their outlook and made us felt so cared On the last day, of our long week, being there, ah remembered one of the staff, bringing ah sensational red rose far me gurlfriend, ta thank us far patronizing and appreciating us far our stay Ah thought that was absolutely awesome and touching, ta say tha least. The inn is located in the charming town of Bellport. Our room, Captain's Quarter's was large, clean, with a comfy bed and fireplace and a nice en-suite bathroom. The house is adorable with many seating areas and a beautiful kitchen. Coffee, water and snacks are included. Parking is in the front of the inn. I hope to return in the spring or summer.
