I would not recommend this nail salon. I've been here twice, and unfortunately both experiences were disappointing. While they do greet customers when they arrive, the staff doesn't come across as particularly friendly or welcoming. During my second visit for a pedicure, the technician had to repaint my big toe twice, which made me question the quality of the service. I also got a full set with two designs, and instead of hand-painting the artwork as expected, stickers were used. To make matters worse, after only about a week and a half, four of my nails started lifting from the cuticle area. I'm not sure what products or glue were used, but I've had full sets last much longer without this issue. What bothered me most was that while I was getting my nails done, another employee loudly commented that I needed my eyebrows done. It felt unnecessary, unprofessional, and embarrassing to hear that in front of other customers. For a pedicure and full set with two designs, I paid $180, which felt overpriced for the quality of service I received. They also only accept cash tips, which is inconvenient since customers cannot add a tip when paying by card. The Wi-Fi was poor as well. Overall, the customer service, professionalism, and quality did not match the price. Based on my experiences, I won't be returning. read more

Currently I have the HIGHEST HOPES and will give another chance. But my first experience was not good. My pedicure and dip nails took a a total of 3 hours which would have been fine, IF I got good quality nails. But my dip nails were some of the worst I had done, my skin was spotted with paint and cuticles were so damaged. Plus 2 chipped day one and day 2 one cracked. I'm hoping I see names of nail techs with good dip experience to try again as I will be moving next to this salon! read more

I have been here four times in total. The last time was six months ago and I told myself I'll give it another shot... When I got a pedicure six months ago the bottom level of the dryer was broken and I said something then and then I went back tonight and it was still broken... The owner tried to gaslight me and told me it was working... Just because the motor is running does NOT mean any air is coming out lol thanks for telling me I can feel air on my feet when I couldn't! If the dryer was fixed then air would have been coming out and I wouldn't have had to sit under the dryer for 20 minutes and STILL smudge my nail lol the proof is literally in my wet nail polish don't gaslight me!!!... This is the best salon I have been to in years. The shop is clean and friendly. The equipment they use for pedicures is clean and they use disposable liners to ensure that their is not contamination. Nothing beats a strong massage. I love my nails and always walk out pleased. I almost always ask for designer nail designs and come with pictures- they do a great job giving me what I want. Being reasonable is key, perfect replication is not the goal- the pictures are inspiration. read more

trash. I liked that there was no wait however, when I asked for French on my toes, the lady said I should just get color. That should've been my first red flag. I got white but it's super bumpy. My nails are terrible, I had almond when I came in but I realized that I probably should just get square. He messed it up. looks like I let a 4yr give me person nails from the dollar store. The place is nice and clean, wasn't busy when I went on Friday afternoon. I didn't have time to check the price of anything before being rushed to a chair where someone would do my SNS. I picked a color and ended up hating it and they reluctantly took it off. Not to mention they don't soak the SNS off, they just drill your nails down until you grimace. The guy doing my nails was rightfully annoyed, but I am particular about my nails and wanted them done right. I opted for an acrylic overlay to get the color I wanted. My nails look a mess at the cuticle. I can tell he got lazy at the end. The pedicure was spot on and while I opted for a deluxe the time it took to just paint and get the gel off I just got a regular. The regular does come with warm towels and stones. So that was a plus. I don't know if I will go back and have the same guy do my nails, but an option if your normal places are packed or you can't get in anywhere. read more

I set an appointment for 11 am with Jenny. Shes was great. Ive never wanted to make someone a permanent nail technician before now. She made conversation and was very gentle on my hands. Check your bill before paying. I was charged an extra $10 to have my polish removed even though I did a full manicure. I paid and then questioned it afterwards because the price was different than what their menu showed. This was my first visit to this salon, I'm happy with my manicure, but I've never paid extra at any other salon just to have the polish removed. read more

This place is nice; it is clean and the staff is friendly. However, I opted for the deluxe spa pedicure, which advertises the following: "Enjoy an additional 25- minute relaxing massage with hot stone, paraffin wax, and collagen socks.". They spent less than 10 minutes on this part and I never got the collagen socks. I have been to a lot of places and rarely do they spend that much time on those, especially when they are busy. But, if you aren't going to do it, please don't advertise it. So, my advice would be to save your money and just get the spa pedicure if you want the hot stones or basic if you are ok without them. read more

I really wanted to love this place. The service was very great, they were so kind to me and I had my daughter with me and they made it a positive experience for her as well. They were quick, and it seemed to have gone perfectly. I came in to get a fill, and I was out in less than an hour. However, about an hour to two hours after leaving, I noticed that my fingers were clumping. It was only some of the nails, but it was very obvious. I went in the next day to get them fixed and they basically told me that it didn't dry all the way. I was confused because they were the ones who told me when to take my hands out of the UV light. She fixed it no problem, no charge and I was very happy with that and figured that the first situation was just a fluke. However, about another hour after leaving it happened again and within a couple of days, the polish started to chip on some of the nails. I have never had this happen in the many years that I have been doing acrylics and I will not be returning. read more

The spa pedicure felt like a rush job and the cuticle care is rough (now twice) the massage for the spa pedicure was non existent with just an application type of movement when administering the exfoliation and the application of the lotion post color... no 10 minute massage... the first time I went I went to the next level ($10 more) and it was actually like a spa pedicure appointment but you won't get it with the $49 option. So I say maybe I'd recommend because it has some nice features clean new and nice goes a long way but your money won't. read more
