Today, I was told the wait would be about 10 minutes, but I ended up waiting for an entire hour. When the staff member finally came to get me, the waxing room was locked, and she laughed, saying 'maybe tomorrow.' I found this extremely unprofessional and very disappointing. While the specialist provides excellent eyebrow waxing, it's not worth it if every visit ends with my time wasted.

I think having Sue as my tech made the experience that much better too. She was so attentive and caring to my needs and had great attention to detail.
