Tanning beds are high quality and their prices are very fair for packages. They also have courtesy towels, mints & sticker/sun tattoos which is a nice touch! Been coming here for a couple of years now. I've always liked the location. Close to my home, very clean, good selection of lotions but the beds were always out of bulbs. One or two is okay but sometimes it was 5 or more. NOW THERE'S A NEW OWNER AND WHAT A TURN AROUND!!!! Beds are never out of bulbs. Shes even added a few extra touches that I've noticed like hair ties and little toiletries in the bathroom and nice package specials. Definitely go here and if you have been here in the past but left due to the bulb situation, come back because it's a completely different place!! read more

I have been going to sky tan since they originally opened and I am happy to see they are back in business. I love the place and everything is very clean. They have a great selection of beds and assortment of packages. The place has been pretty crowded so I would suggest making an appointment to make sure you can get exactly the bed you want. I bought a top tier package here. The highest one they offer and I purchased 2 of them. So far every bed I have ever used is missing at least 5 bulbs. I expressed my concern to the staff but they're all young girls. One of them told me "The owner owns all the businesses in this shopping center so he's very busy and doesn't have time to get the bulbs." Really?!! it's been 3 months now and no change. The place is clean and the beds they offer are decent beds they're all just missing bulbs!! Another answer I've gotten is "Well on that bed the bulbs missing are around the bottom half of your legs and feet but that's all." Okay so I should have tan thighs and white from the knees down?!! Listen once or twice a bulb goes out no biggie.. All the beds in your establishment are missing 3 to 7 bulbs at a time. All the time! That's a problem. I didn't give you part of my money. I shouldn't get only part of my tan. Please straighten up! read more

I've been going to sky tan for at least 5 years so I can say I've used all the beds and even the stand up. My tan comes out great (not orange like other tanning places) has my skin glowing & lasts a while! The girls that work there are very informative & would help me decide which bed to go in, in order to build a tan, but now I'm experienced so I don't have to ask I've read other comments about the owner and I must say yes the *original* owner (from a year ago) did slack but I didn't really notice until the new owner took over 6 months ago.. the new owner, always has the place clean & spotless. I noticed a lot of new lotions & there's always new deals going on that I find super cheap. Give sky tan a shot and I'm sure you'll love it read more

I had very bad experience from the moment i walked in. The staff were very, very rude. Attitude out of this world. Not helpful at all and didn't seem to care about any questions i had. So i WILL NOT be coming back. I mean come on it's tanning. If i can't get a couple of questions answered that's pretty bad. read more

Great place, I've been there a handful of times since they reopened. They offered a great new customer deal that you can't beat. Even their regular package are a deal you really can't beat. They have newer beds that are strong. The salon is clean and had that typic tanning salon club feel, loud music and flashing lights. The staff is ok. There are a few girls that could use some training in customer service. But for the price I don't mind since they have great beds. I will decently keep coming back for their great value. read more

Love this place so far. The front desk is SO nice and the place is clean. This girl knows her stuff and keeps her place nice. I like when I walk in and feel like the front desk girl is my friend and doesn't intimidate me or make me feel like I know nothing about tanning. The prices for new customers and continuing customers are really decent. About a third of beach bums prices. It's very close to my house, she didn't try to up seller force any lotions down my throat. I'm a fan and will be making the most of my unlimited month for $50! read more

Amazing customer service absolutely cleanest salon and the nicest staff you can ever meet...

This tanning salon has more of a "club" feel than a professional workplace feel. The place is both too dark and too loud. Additionally, Sky Tan is currently offering FREE tans until Christmas. This is what first interested me in giving the place a try. Upon booking an appointment (and a very rude and brief telephone interaction with an employee), I went to Sky Tan to check it out. The girls working there look as if they do not care about their work or their customers. They act agitated and frustrated with their customers meanwhile THEY are the ones offering free tans! Of course the place is going to be packed! But don't take it out on the customers.... They also did not have any lotion for me to buy.... HELLO? No lotion at a tanning salon? If you're going to offer free tans, at least be prepared for the increase in products that you may have to stock. Ironically, the girl at the counter was standing in front of a sign stressing "the importance of tanning with lotion" while she told me she had none to offer. Needless to say, I am taking advantage of the free tans offer until Christmas but I will not be returning thereafter. read more

I tan naturally so I don't usually use tanning salons but due to my job I haven't been able to get out in the sun so much this year and I was in need of some color. My friend from work told me about there first time customer deal. Unlimited tans in any bed for 1 month for $35. I thought that was a great deal so I went. I loved the place, the beds were all so nice, the staff was also very nice. The beds were always clean and a clean towel and jolly ranchers were in the bed whenever I went in to use one:) only thing I will say is don't completely rely on the employees to tell you how long you should be in for. You know your skin and what your limit is. Other then that I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good tanning salon! read more

Trying a new tanning salon is always a risk. But im glad my friend told me about this place. Sky tan is great. I wouldn't say it was a luxury place. It did have a disco ball in the lobby but for the price it was great. I got the new member deal one month for $35. What a deal! Unlimited tanning on any bed . The beds were NEW and HUGE. And it felt like every week something new was going in. I never did the standup but my friend warned it was very strong. At first I was a little annoyed with the staff because sometime I went in they were a little chatting to each other when I just wanted them to clean the beds and get on with it. Also at first I would advise knowing how much time your skin can do because I trusted the staff my first time and burnt like crazy. Now that my month is over I can say the staff was very friendly and helpful once I got a good base. One of the girls was so nice and even remembered my name when I came in. Overall the place is great if you want to try tanning for the first time and not have to pay a huge fee. I would recommend it.. in fact I have already. read more

Ive never gone tanning before ive always been so skeptical towards it but after my first expiernce, with Sky Tan i don't think i would ever venture out anywhere else. Off the bat they had a great promotion when they reopened- as well as one on one costumer service, i left feeling as if they knew what i wanted to walk out of there looking like and i felt great! ive reccommened this place to numerous people, there pricing isnt bad at all - it's not like your typical tanning salon, with there own very set of lights and new beds with a great playlist you feel like your out on the town, regardless overall i found there service to be very well and i couldnt see myself venturing out to other tanning salons! read more
