She did such a great job in cleaning, trimming and removing dead skin. She was gentle and thorough, very detail oriented. She made sure everything was even and did a great job shaping especially with my short toe nails, I know that can be tough. I liked how she checked for the proper length of my toenails by not only looking but also by feeling the top edge of the nail vs. the skin on the top of your toe to make sure it doesn't protrude too much. Then when it came time to paint, WOW. She was amazing at painting. Everything was even and she even got the hard to reach edges.

So we came to Infinite nails. John did my gel x and I was absolutely impressed by how meticuliusly detailed he was. John used extreme precision and did a lot of nail/cuticle care that I have not seen nail techs do in a long time! He said " I want to make your nails beautiful" AND HE DID! Not to mention, everything was so clean and I remember the previous nail lady from 7 years ago always using fresh tools. I got a very simple color French tip, but this was the best nail set I've had in a long time. My mom got a manicure and pedicure and was very well taken care of. She loved her nails and the experience and we absolutely needed this since my dad just passed away a couple of weeks ago. Thank you so so much! I'm glad your standards are still as high as when I last lived in Lynwood 7 years ago. I will absolutely drive 20 miles to get my nails done here again!

It happened twice where I called ahead of time to make an appointment and I get there 15 minutes early and my appointment wasn't honored. I can get past a few minutes past my appt time but both times they went past about an hour. Both times I had to walk out without being taken care of. During the time, I wasn't acknowledged or they didn't excuse themselves or point me to the direction of another stylist until I spoke up. I had been going there for 6+ years and never had a problem until new management. Since the start, It wasn't the same vibe and there was just something about the team and atmosphere.
