My son has a neck issue that limits his ability to do things like trampolines and bouncy houses. So whenever we visit such places, usually for a birthday party, I'm always looking at how safety is handled. Sky Zone does this well. It has several different areas that are segregated, each with a set of rules posted and with staff monitoring like lifeguards. In general, kids are kept from bouncing on the same area - the most dangerous part of trampolines - though it's not explicitly disallowed, and the staff don't interfere if they don't need to. Kids get a sticker shown the time they're on, which keeps it from getting too crowded. After watching all of it, the only place my son and I decided he should not go was the dodgeball area, as he's not allowed to play any form of that game, anyway. I'm generally impressed by how it's run. While the long waiver is intimidating, it's really easy to do, with multiple computer kiosks. I can't speak to the cost of sessions or parties, as I did not pay for it, but the party had its own concierge and a clean room locked with a code. read more

They didn't want to hire me for no reason. I thought I had a great interview. I had to take the bus. My phone was dead. I had no clue what time it was. I just wanted to get to the interview on time. I was really excited. Once I left after about maybe two hours I received a message saying that they don't think that this was the right job for me. How would this not be the right job for me? All your doing is watching all of the kids and the park and handling birthday parties how hard could that be. I am pretty sure a 14 year old could manage that. I mean it doesn't take rocket science to run a trampoline park. I already have lot's of people skills. I also have very good communication skills. I just don't understand why I couldn't get the job. Brought my friend's son today. Not happy. Overcrowded with too many children for 5-6 areas. Unsupervised child was drinking a slushy in one area and staff said nothing. did not dare to order food as I thought it was extremly filthy inside. My friends son came to us complaining that the foam pit he was playing in smelled of urine. Staff were friendly so no complaint there. Suggestion would be EXPAND and Limit capacity. Toddler time at Sky Zone Madison is great for a cold, snowy day. They host it early morning. (because your kids are wide awake!) The place was pretty much empty because it was for young kids only. We went on a special occasion when they had Paw Patrol characters present for photos and interactions. Sky Zone is a TON of fun. For children and adults alike, you're guaranteed to have a good time here. There is a plethora of fun activities to choose from so everyone is bound to find something they like. It's a great expenditure of energy for kiddos and offers a pretty good workout, so that's a nice bonus. A few things I am not so keen on are the attentiveness of staff and lack of rule enforcement. Minor, overall, but apparent enough to note that it's something management should address. I get it that most of the kids working here are, as stated, kids (high school aged) and they probably have "wayyy better things to be doing," but when you're paid for a job you need to be doing it. I will absolutely continue to come here, but with the new trampoline in town, they may need to step up the game to stay in it. Prices are decent. I have recently been attending their sky fit class and I must say, I love it! Their one hour workout classes are intense and just what I need after a long day at work or to start off my Saturday at 9am. I have found it really hard to find a workout that keeps me entertained and coming back, until now. The instructors each have their own style of teaching the class, for example one is more boot camp style and the other is more Pilates. I have enjoyed both teaching styles because they equally kick my butt. Emily at the front desk is great and super informative. However, there are other workers who aren't very knowledgeable about their events. For example, I wanted to know more about the ladies night that was listed on the calendar, but both young ladies at the front desk stated they've worked there for two months and are "only home for the holidays" and aren't sure what any of the events on the calendar are. The floors also seem to not be cleaned so often, as I found a sticker I had dropped two days prior still stuck on the mat when I went back. We took a group of 11 year old boys for a birthday. The place was packed and there was limited oversight. On the ninja activity a rope was caught around his neck and chocked him leaving a huge mark. I thought this would be a fun activity for my 4 year old granddaughter however I was wrong!!! There is not a designated area for littles and the staff was inattentive to what was going on in their own areas. Big kids playing tag and basically running over the littles with no supervision is not a safe way to play. I realize that there is "special" times for littles but those times didn't work with our schedule so we decided to go during open jump expecting separation for ages but nothing of the sort. We have been to a sky zone before and it was nothing like the Madison location. Kids had a blast. On a cold winter day in Mad City, getting the kids off their devices and moving around is a really good thing. On the downside, the prices. After buying tickets, fees, mandatory Skyzone socks, taxes, etc., I was out $25/child. That wouldn't be too bad if it was for all day, or even half a day, but for 90 minutes that price seems a little steep. And keep in mind, your kids will need 15 minutes to get changed, then they need the potty, and after about 30 minutes of running around they want a drink from the cafe. So it's really more like $25 per kid for an hour. Which leaves them tired and bored for the rest of the day. All in all, I'm not sure it's worth it. read more

I recently went to Sky Zone for the first time and was excited to check it out. I was with my Little (from Big Brother Big Sister) and it was my understanding we received a discount through that program. When we got to the front of the time I asked the about the discount and was told no. I then asked the employee if that was right and she said yes. I then had to ask her to ask a manager which she did but seemed pretty put out by the request. A manager informed her that we did indeed get the discount but one never came out nor did she apologize. I have taken my family here for years and this time the staff was pretty bad. My son was waiting to play basketball for 20mins while the staff played amongst themselves. This facility is clean and well maintained. My kids and I all loved the different equipment, the warp wall and the ninja warrior course are fun and challenging for different levels (would love to see that change periodically). The facilities for the party rooms and storage and restrooms are all clean and clearly marked. The rock wall was just OK, not much variety of holds, so you couldn't really try to do an easier or harder course. all sort of medium difficulty. :) Jumping down into the foam was fine for me, a little scary for my smaller kids. Overall, a great trampoline park! Check-in and payment lines could be expedited somehow, and the employees often seem like they are bothered by things that are 100% their job, so some customer service training could increase enjoyment for employees and guests. The employees on the floor could be a little more helpful by enforcing some of the policies for the different areas, especially "one person per square" in the open trampolines. read more

I took my niece here recently and was pleasantly surprised by how great this place is. This was my first trampoline park experience, and I'll admit I was picturing something dingy and sketchy. But this locale is clean, bright and seems really well maintained. Most noteworthy is how friendly and supportive the staff were. We did luck out a bit in that it wasn't too busy while we were there. There was at least one staff member at each station and they actually watched the kids in their area. When it was possible some gave advice and words of support to my niece on more difficult sections. The downside of course is that it's a fairly expensive afternoon activity. So a fun thing to do - occasionally. But we'll definitely be back! read more

This is such a fun establishment! It has way MORE to offer than trampolines too! The ninja warrior course is unlike anything I have seen anywhere; they have a rock wall you can FREE climb and fall into foam, and trampoline hoops to dunk on (My personal favorite and I'm a girl with no bball experience) Oh and for workout junkies as myself, they offer workout classes! Staff is exceptionally pleasant, genuinely look engaged, and happy to help with any questions. If I had kids I would be here all the time to get their energy out! Over all I had a good time, but sustained two injuries that could have been avoided. (Don't wear your glasses in the dodgeball area, so matter how much you think you won't get hit in the face.) I banged my knee of the underside of a ledge in the obstacle course while going up a ladder. There really should've been padding there. Generally everything was really fun. I loved getting to jump around so much! It was excellent! My largest frustration was the obstacle course. I was really excited to try it out, but the design is biased against adults. It's great for kids, but why should kids have all the fun? As an adult (and a thin one I should add) the physics of some of the obstacles is stacked against you. It would all be fine if I had been allowed to wear shoes, but a full-sized adult can't support their body weight on the sole of a socked foot when standing on a bar or gymnastics ring. It hurts. A lot. I would've had so much more fun without the pain. Unless they change the course, or allow shoes, I would recommend that you stick to the trampolines. read more

We have a great time! Staff is mostly fantastic. Most are enthusiastic to help out, but like every place, there are a few who just don't really want to be there. Literally the only improvement I would strongly recommend is to get better hand dryers in the bathroom, save the trees! Prices are reasonable for the experience, but can add up really fast, especially if you have more than a couple kids. So if you enjoy it, it is worth it to take advantage of their 90 minutes for 90 days deals, etc. Birthday parties are a total hit too, great experience for both boys and girls! read more

Absolutely terrible! We paid full price and several of the exhibits broken or closed. They refused to open the ones that did work due to low staff. I understand the staffing issue but you can't charge $26.99 and have very little to offer! The place was filthy and staff was unfriendly! Go here if you're okay with a grown man yelling at your toddler. My nieces and nephews frequent this place because it used to be a great place to run around and get your energy out. However last week my great nephew was there and he was attempting to go down a slide which he had gone down many times in the recent past. His mom was approached by the manager Seville who told her he couldn't go down and when she asked him why and tried to show the video that he had gone down the slide many times, he actually yelled at her. And then when my three year old nephew asked him if he could please go down the slide, like any three year old might, Seville yelled at my three year old nephew! Who does that? This man has absolutely no business being a manager or assistant manager at a place where kids go to have a good time. To this day my little nephew asks why the man yelled at him and was so mean to his mommy. And to top it off as my niece was literally leaving the place she was met by the police who told her the manager called the police on her. Do better Sky Zone owner. There were 3 young workers, 1 girl was very rude believe her name stared with an A, anyways she kept yelling at one person in our group to wear his mask, (which he was but it broke twice) but every other person wasn't wearing a mask at all, she never even yelled at them or told them to put their mask on and he Even said," go yell at everybody else sense no one else is wearing mask" and her response was just, "okay yup thank you" let me remind you, these are people who are teens & even adults. I understand the kids 5 and under don't need one but you can't just target one person when there are 10+ people who are walking around with their mask off. she also kept on giving us bad looks and when we had ordered a drink she was very rude about the service. read more

We had 90 minute passes, but since we did not get checked in until about 6:10 - they gave us extra time. Nice touch. Faculty was well used, but clean and safe. There was plenty to do for kids of all ages. We did not visit the snack bar, but it looked decent. Restrooms were clean. The pricing was reasonable and we had fun laughing at people trying the jacob's ladder and obstacle course. The gladiator posts were kind of difficult to get onto, and the inflatables at the bottom of jump areas were a bit deflated, making it tough to climb out of some areas. We had a great time, the check-in process was surprisingly smooth (do make sure to have guests arrive 30 minutes before the jump, this place gets packed on the weekend and you'll need the time!) and the gentleman who was assigned to our room was attentive to our needs.
