I bought four tickets to urban air today and when checking in an employee told us that we were not able to make a return on the socks I accidentally bought. after asking two employees because it was an accident and rudely being told no with no other remedies to our issue we demanded the manager. The employee proceeded to make little side comments to another employee that was standing with her, that were extremely rude and offensive, and my husband told her that she needed to learn how to properly do her f job when we were walking away. He did say the F word in all of that because he was upset at the horrible customer service we were receiving. I have been to urban air plenty of times and never had a horrible customer service until this experience. As a trainer of new employees I would beyond disappointed to find out employees were rude to customers and fueling a fire that already had to get the manage involved. I don't care how old an employee is, business are expected to have great customer service and solve customs issues. Not continue to rile up already upset customer. We simply were asking for solutions when they wanted to be rude and say there was nothing they could do but didn't even try to suggest the manager . We asked for a manager. He was not out of line for asking for the manager at this point in time the manager came helped us right away with our issue super friendly, understanding that it was a mistake made. there were further problems until the two employees standing behind the counter we're talking about us so my husband told them to learn how to do their fucking job and then all of a sudden securities following us around and start bullying my husband and not even wanting to hear our side of the story or understand that we had a legitimate reason we were upset. tried explaining to the manager and the security guard that It's escalating because they're not trying to listen to us, the security guard called me a liar and then later on said that I was actually right about what I was saying I wasn't a liar, but of course at that point no one's listening to what we have to say anyways but I just wanted it known that if they were properly trained on how to handle situations and didn't try to talk bad about customers when the customer asked for a manager when they're not able to help then none of this would happen so unfortunately, while this did spiral out of control it's spiraled out of control because the employees were super inappropriate super disrespectful, and clearly didn't know how to do their job properly. They started out already, not warm and welcoming when I was asking them questions about our tickets and then we had issues with the socks. obviously they weren't looking to offer a refund and the security guards felt it appropriate to follow us out to our vehicle and place their hand on the vehicle. just trying to be extra when the whole thing could have already been defused if they didn't want to continue to try and keep the situation escalated. just sad because it is something my family and I have always had a great time. Hopefully this can be a learning opportunity for the entire staff.

Seems like a health and safety hazard to be open in 90+ degree heat, no AC, and two measly fans. If you can't install AC at least add more fans! Please do better!

Madtown hosts open gyms several times throughout the week, they last for under 2 hours but cost more than the other open gyms available in the area. So, it's worth it for the classes, but the open gym is a bit of a rip-off.

Hostile Staff, High Prices, Poor Customer Service…read more Holy cow! The audacity of this place!! I called to inquire about enrollment, but I said I'd have to think about it because the price is very high. Apparently, the receptionist enrolled us anyway. I received a message that my card was declined (it was on file from 2020 so of course it's expired). I called back to ask why I was charged and the person who answered was hostile! I explained the situation and she simply said "well you weren't charged, it was declined".. yes, because you charged a card that you have on file from 2020 without my authorization. I was still thinking about enrollment because the cost is significant. We decided to go somewhere else. Then she said "best of luck at another place" then hung up before I could say anything else. She hung up so aggressively that the person next to me heard the click. I haven't been treated this badly in some time, especially with regard to activities for my children!! The unfortunate thing is, we likely would have come this way in the future if my kids ended up liking the trial at the other place. Not anymore!

It's a safe and clean environment. Staff are constantly cleaning. They have a great recreational and team program. I tried having my kids try gymnastics locally at several gyms and I wasn't impressed. I noticed they would go up to 16 kids in a class or had instructors that didn't look like they had much training at all. The class sizes are much smaller at Madison Turners . The staff all seem to be very knowledgeable and my children are getting more attention and learning so much more. It's worth the hour drive one way for the quality instruction that my children are receiving!

So immediately the smell of feet and sweat permeate throughout the place. There are chairs upstairs to observe and cubbies to store your belongings. Everything is dated here, the paint needs work, the chairs are stained and a shade or two darker than their original color, the restroom facilities is a joke. The toilet tank lid isn't even the original, and is cut to modify for the fit. There are only 3 stalls and the stalls are tiny with faulty doors. There is a changing area in the bathroom that doubles as storage. I can't imagine anyone renting this place out for a banquet, it's not pretty. That being said, the courts are pretty decent for volleyball with regulation height nets.

It is a bit pricier than I was expecting, but it's been years since I've been to one as a playing guest and I suppose you can blame it on inflation. If you download the app or search for coupons before you head in, the prices can be manageable for two kids. I suggest paying by time to get a better deal, but know that you cannot split that time between two game cards. If you have more than one kid sharing, it will be a pain to have to run around and swipe for each kid's game unless they are playing the exact same game, or one that is nearby. It may be worth it to get two separate reusable game cards if your kids are far apart in ages, if they just play different games, or if you intend on returning to Chuck E Cheese frequently. You can also pause the time on the cards to eat food or something, but you can only do that one time for each card. They got rid of the climbing gym and ball pit (probably for the best) and there are decent options for the 2 year old - preteen age kids. If your kid is any older, Dave and Busters might be a better location. We try to go when times aren't super busy and we've never had a problem. The place seems clean and well kept, but there were 1 or 2 games each time we went that had problems. Perhaps they need to do more routine maintenance on the machines. Staff is friendly and patient when answering questions (just don't be confrontational as that never ends well with any customer service). We will definitely be returning here in the future. We just held a birthday party at Jump Around Gymnastics and it was fabulous! The new gym is amazing…read morewith such a variety of equipment, including several unique items like the high ledge to jump into the foam pit and the 'trapeze' bar. Coach Johnny led the kids through 30 minutes of organized play and obstacle courses, followed by 30 minutes of open play time. They all finished tired and sweaty but with huge smiles. The gym also offers two party rooms (one with a single long table and one with two long tables) that they reserve based on the size of your expected group. The rooms have counters with a sink and mini fridge to use and there are lots of coat hooks and a shoe cubby. We thought this was a great option for a kid's birthday party that worked for a variety of ages. We will be back for open gym and probably another birthday party!
