After reading reviews I was slightly skeptical of my experience, so I may be slightly biased. I purchased a 30 Day Pass for $44 as my friends and I plan to visit often and use it as our "cardio" The staff was young but nothing less than professional. They quickly signed us in, handed us our socks and we were soon on our way to FLYYYY! My friends and I picked an opportune time to go as it was hardly anybody else in the facility. The staff was engaging our entire time there from playing games with us to making routine safety rounds. While they offered a host of activities, we wished they had longer trampolines to practice some flips for amateurs...lol. But what they did have were sanitation stations that were easily accessible. They also had proper signage that made everything very comprehensible and safe. Obviously I plan on going back but even if I didn't sign the dotted line I'd definitely give SkyZone another visit. Make sure to check them out and take flight !

Literally no one as ever at the counter. This is the concession area!

First time visiting this place and My Son and Nephew were so excited to visit. Of course kids don't notice what we do as parents so their experience VS mine as the adult was completely different. It's 25 dollars per kid (including socks) which isn't an issue at all but if I'm gonna pay 25 dollars for an hour and half for two kids I'd expect to have everything available to my kids that can make their experience (and mine the parent sitting on the side line) Enjoyable. The concession area also known as the FUEL ZONE was almost completely out of everything. The drink cooler was pretty empty and the Icee machine had 6 options but only two were available. The pizza was cold and asked to be refreshed but never was for our entire hour and a half that we were there. The staff was Missing in action (in the kitchen on their phones) I waited about 5 mins to place my order and every time i looked over there was a line waiting. I saw maybe 4 people come out of the back so they seemed pretty staffed but no one really being attentive to the customers. The seating area was a mess. No tables wiped and old cups and paper towels left everywhere. You would think that because of Covid they'd have the sanitation down but not here. I've been to other Jumping places and they always are pretty staffed where the kids are jumping. Here it was literally only one girl at the entrance:( I can go on and on about this experience but I'm sure this is enough to get the picture. Unfortunately I told the kids they will not be coming back to this place!

    Gladiator jousting foam pit!

This was our first time at this place and we were not only excited but impressed on how much there was to do here! To take advantage of the experience as a family of 3 we paid for 2 hrs. We were considering getting a membership so that we could bring our 5 yr old son here more often as he really likes the place but at the end we decided against it. This would have been a great experience if not for one of the employees who was a little too involved, and just did a little too much to what was a wet blanket to our entire experience. As I'm attempting to grab a picture of my son and my husband jumping and shooting hoops, I lose my footing on the trampoline and fall back on the mesh barrier. I quickly grabbed the picture and we finish. As we're walking and moving on to something else, she comes up to us to tell me not to lean on the mesh fencing cause it could collapse... I thought the mesh fencing was there to keep people from falling off and if I. Someone who weighs 115Ib's lightly falling back on it would cause it to collapse, this place is not as secure as it should be. We go to the foam pit and my son wants to joust with me. He climbs up to the middle and my husband hands him a joust. I grab one and as I'm waiting for him to ready up and I gently, playfully go to tap him behind his head except he turns his head and I get him on the cheek. The same employee made a big ordeal out of it as if I intentionally brutally swung it at my childs face. Around this time I'm already feeling uncomfortable and I'm no longer having fun with the family so much that I'm awkwardly just sitting or standing around by this point. Even my husband who was just jumping on the trampoline felt uncomfortable when he flopped and made a loud sound and she stormed his way... to remove a foam ball. The final straw was when WE WERE WATCHING my son who was on the floor stacking the foam blocks on top of the barrier wall of the foam pit so he could jump through it. There was a girl who was standing on the barrier and she smacked the blocks back into the pit. My son nudged her away telling her to stop it and she barely even moved. We're approached by the overly involved employee telling us that the girl said my son kicked her! The final straw was when this same employee grabbed my son and forced him to apologize to the girl. I'm still trying to process when this employee became a parent (specifically my childs parent) and what happened here... I hope your experience is better than ours because other than this one staff memeber, this place could be pretty cool.

So this is yet another JUMPITY JUMP JUMP house for the kiddos. Seems cool enough. I love the brightness of the facility; passing by on the street, one would never know the MAGNITUDE of brightness that one would encounter upon entering. Kids from toddlers on to young adults seem to like it here; this isn't a guess, but an official mini-survey I took while I visited. I opted not to jump, the look of sheer exhilaration in the eyes of the jumpers is enough for me to FEEL their pleasure. Hours of operation are vast enough to allow a visit for even the most time conscientious person. We checked online for a coupon/discount admission fee; FOUND IT; sweet!!!!! Only caveat, is they make you purchase their orange or pink (depending on shoe size) socks with the grip-strips on the bottom. But good thing is, you only need to purchase them once. There's a small cafe/eatery of sorts annnndddddd a party area. Lots of parking. Friendly staff. Watchful JP police are on the premises, so mind your manners. Lol.

Our 1st time my 2 year got a fracture tibia less than 20 mins.

One of the employees was very rude and slow. She kept going into another room, finally the assistant manager came.

The little baby area was cool for my baby to crawl around and play but it was hard to just let her go since there were bigger kids coming in the area as well. It was cute but I used my whole thing of wipes just trying to wipe down stuff baby girl would be touching. While I know germs are inevitable in places like this, this place would be so much better if it wasn't visibly dirty. I don't even feel like this going to some of the trampoline parks. And maybe if they monitor the area for big kids where the babies are playing that would ease a few minds as well. The baby had fun, I guess that's all that matters.

It does not include any foods. Kid's want treats. Just too expensive to spend the whole day here. 3 kids & 2 adults would have to leave to get foods worth the money. The staff are friendly. It's good to have indoors to play with this extreme heat. I think this would be a great place if the kids would get a small lunch/treat with the price, I.e., burger/hotdog, chips & drink. More people would go. Mgmt. needs to rethink the with food or no food option for prices. $75.00 is just too high to purchase foods/drinks & play prices.

Ventured in on a Saturday morning after not having visited for a few years. The staff was friendly…read moreand welcoming, but unfortunately that was where the positives began to taper off. Almost immediately after walking in, there was a noticeable musky odor that lingered for the entire hour we were there. This wasn't a "you get used to it" situation--it never went away. We arrived roughly 15 minutes after opening, so this wasn't the result of a long, high-traffic day. The carpet throughout the facility looked heavily worn, with visible debris scattered around, which only amplified the overall unkempt feel. While the trampolines themselves appeared to be in decent condition, there is a sponge pit on site, and given the state of the rest of the building, I can only assume it wasn't particularly clean. Birthday parties began rolling in around 11 a.m., so the place was clearly gearing up for a busy day. The connected arcade and bowling area had updated games, which was nice, but unfortunately shared the same issues: dirty carpet, debris, and that persistent musky smell. Overall, the experience was disappointing. I wouldn't return unless the facility showed clear improvements in cleanliness and upkeep. A little maintenance would go a long way here.

Bad for business, here's the story !!…read more On February 5th, I booked my son's party. After booking and paying the deposit, I only received the deposit confirmation email. No one ever contacted me after, nor did I receive anymore emails. This past week, I called three days in a row to make sure everything was in order (pizza toppings, extra food trays, drinks, decorations, etc.) I get there early to setup and pay. The young man at the counter told me that I am to pay after the party is over. The party time was 4:30-6:30. The kids jump for an hour and get called to the room at 5:30 to eat. Initially, the hostess only bought the pizzas. I inquired about the chicken nugget tray and sandwich tray to which she informed me that no one ever added the trays to my party itinerary. I told her that I spoke to someone on three multiple occasions. And she stated that she would go and make the trays. Once the kids were done eating, they attempted to return to jumping and were told they could not jump anymore. I went to the front desk and the employee got his "manager". The "manager" Josh, said that jump time is only for 1 hour and that if I wanted additional time, I'd have to pay $10 per kid (an extra $150). I told him no, and that no one ever informed me that jump time was for 1 hour for birthday parties. He was very condescending. I tell the kids to go back to the party room so we could finish eating (the trays finally arrived). The hostess then tells me the "manager" Josh was trying to backlog the calls to see who I spoke to. I told her that he didn't have to do anything because the matter of the fact is that no one properly communicated anything to me! I told Hannah, the hostess, that I wasn't mad at her nor yelling at her as none of this was her fault. She then informed me that Josh was in fact not the manager, but the supervisor. She stated someone named JJ is the manager. So I told her to tell Josh to give me the real manager's information. Fast forward about 15 minutes later, I met with Josh, another male and a female. The female starts to talk and says that made Hannah cry. I told her I could care less about the hostess crying as she had no real reason to be crying. I stated that my son and his friends were upset as they could not jump anymore. The female begins to talk and start to snap her neck. That is when I told her "I'm gonna stop you right there. You're not about to sit up here and snap your neck at me. that's what we're not gonna do! I'm going to go in here, and get ready for cake and ice cream. And I don't want y'all to say anything else to me" They then leave. We really had no hostess the majority of the time. We even cleaned up. As we got ready to leave, I asked my friend to stand at the counter so they could know I was going to come back in to pay as I wanted to move my car closer to the door for loading purposes. I was met at the door by two D'Iberville police officers who informed me that they received a complaint for a verbal altercation as I verbally assaulted them. Per the cops, the employees also told them that I did not pay my bill and wouldn't leave the premises . The employees said they didn't want me back at the business and if I come back, they would press charges for trespassing. In addition, they could charge me petit larceny. Moreover, the employees were standing on the other side talking mess. I told they'd better shutup. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CHILDREN TO MULLET HOP AGAIN!!! Unorganized and Unprofessional!!
