This location gives zero communication to their guests! After waiting for 2 hours past my friend's child party booking , they finally gave us our party room then told us we have 30 minutes before some glow in the dark event went on (we were basically being kicked out). We wasn't offered any solutions , refund, or apologies for their inconvenience of unpreparedness! FAST FORWARD.....While waiting on our group's ride outside the building after being kicked out , the staff called the police on us in fear ... WHY? WE HAVE NO CLUE! I do not have a membership with any company. I suspect the front desk staff receives rewards for signing people up for memberships. Be cautious, as they have taken nearly $ 1,000 from my account. Additionally, I have two sons, yet the membership is intended for three individuals. Please be wary of this company. Small, but does the job! While visiting New Orleans, we saw this local jump park and decided to make the 20 mins drive from the French Quarter. This location, while oddly placed, is perfect for kids to have fun and JUMP. The location layout is nice, allows you to basically see your kids from anywhere you are seated or standing. If you have younger kids, definitely watch them. The older kids can be a bit bullish at times. Overall, we will return. read more

After reading reviews I was slightly skeptical of my experience, so I may be slightly biased. I purchased a 30 Day Pass for $44 as my friends and I plan to visit often and use it as our "cardio" The staff was young but nothing less than professional. They quickly signed us in, handed us our socks and we were soon on our way to FLYYYY! My friends and I picked an opportune time to go as it was hardly anybody else in the facility. The staff was engaging our entire time there from playing games with us to making routine safety rounds. While they offered a host of activities, we wished they had longer trampolines to practice some flips for amateurs...lol. But what they did have were sanitation stations that were easily accessible. They also had proper signage that made everything very comprehensible and safe. Obviously I plan on going back but even if I didn't sign the dotted line I'd definitely give SkyZone another visit. First time visiting this place and My Son and Nephew were so excited to visit. Of course kids don't notice what we do as parents so their experience VS mine as the adult was completely different. It's 25 dollars per kid (including socks) which isn't an issue at all but if I'm gonna pay 25 dollars for an hour and half for two kids I'd expect to have everything available to my kids that can make their experience (and mine the parent sitting on the side line) Enjoyable. The concession area also known as the FUEL ZONE was almost completely out of everything. The drink cooler was pretty empty and the Icee machine had 6 options but only two were available. The pizza was cold and asked to be refreshed but never was for our entire hour and a half that we were there. The staff was Missing in action (in the kitchen on their phones) I waited about 5 mins to place my order and every time i looked over there was a line waiting. I saw maybe 4 people come out of the back so they seemed pretty staffed but no one really being attentive to the customers. The seating area was a mess. No tables wiped and old cups and paper towels left everywhere. You would think that because of Covid they'd have the sanitation down but not here. I've been to other Jumping places and they always are pretty staffed where the kids are jumping. This was our first time at this place and we were not only excited but impressed on how much there was to do here! To take advantage of the experience as a family of 3 we paid for 2 hrs. We were considering getting a membership so that we could bring our 5 yr old son here more often as he really likes the place but at the end we decided against it. This would have been a great experience if not for one of the employees who was a little too involved, and just did a little too much to what was a wet blanket to our entire experience. As I'm attempting to grab a picture of my son and my husband jumping and shooting hoops, I lose my footing on the trampoline and fall back on the mesh barrier. I quickly grabbed the picture and we finish. As we're walking and moving on to something else, she comes up to us to tell me not to lean on the mesh fencing cause it could collapse... I thought the mesh fencing was there to keep people from falling off and if I. Someone who weighs 115Ib's lightly falling back on it would cause it to collapse, this place is not as secure as it should be. We go to the foam pit and my son wants to joust with me. He climbs up to the middle and my husband hands him a joust. I grab one and as I'm waiting for him to ready up and I gently, playfully go to tap him behind his head except he turns his head and I get him on the cheek. The same employee made a big ordeal out of it as if I intentionally brutally swung it at my childs face. Around this time I'm already feeling uncomfortable and I'm no longer having fun with the family so much that I'm awkwardly just sitting or standing around by this point. Even my husband who was just jumping on the trampoline felt uncomfortable when he flopped and made a loud sound and she stormed his way... to remove a foam ball. The final straw was when WE WERE WATCHING my son who was on the floor stacking the foam blocks on top of the barrier wall of the foam pit so he could jump through it. There was a girl who was standing on the barrier and she smacked the blocks back into the pit. My son nudged her away telling her to stop it and she barely even moved. We're approached by the overly involved employee telling us that the girl said my son kicked her! The final straw was when this same employee grabbed my son and forced him to apologize to the girl. I'm still trying to process when this employee became a parent (specifically my childs parent) and what happened here... I hope your experience is better than ours because other than this one staff memeber, this place could be pretty cool. read more

Very rude front desk employee that charged me $17 more than she should have even though I had pulled go be ticket prices online to prove she was wrong. She was rude and we left without getting to jump. The manager was also rude and their ticket prices DO NOT match the online ticket sales. Park employees were very rude. Gary in particular who is supposed to be the manager, was very rude. After standing in line for 20 mins, Gary decided to return from his stroll to the rouses. He immediately allowed people to skip the line and when i made him aware that we had already been standing in line for 15 mins her proceeded to let me know that he's going to take people in the order that he wants to. I was at the front of the line and i was confused as to why certain people who had just walked through were able to skip the line and after i voiced my concerns he told me that he would allow more people to skip in front of me because i had an "attitude" in his opinion, after i voiced my opinion in a calm respectful manner. After allowing more than five people to skip me I asked for a corporate number or contact information. He told me it was on the website, unfortunately I did not see the information so I asked to speak to supervisor. He told me he was going to give me a number to report, my experience and to "find it online". So this is yet another JUMPITY JUMP JUMP house for the kiddos. Seems cool enough. I love the brightness of the facility; passing by on the street, one would never know the MAGNITUDE of brightness that one would encounter upon entering. Kids from toddlers on to young adults seem to like it here; this isn't a guess, but an official mini-survey I took while I visited. I opted not to jump, the look of sheer exhilaration in the eyes of the jumpers is enough for me to FEEL their pleasure. Hours of operation are vast enough to allow a visit for even the most time conscientious person. We checked online for a coupon/discount admission fee; FOUND IT; sweet!!!!! Only caveat, is they make you purchase their orange or pink (depending on shoe size) socks with the grip-strips on the bottom. But good thing is, you only need to purchase them once. There's a small cafe/eatery of sorts annnndddddd a party area. Lots of parking. Friendly staff. Watchful JP police are on the premises, so mind your manners. Lol. read more

Not the best spot for a Birthday party. Yes the kids had "fun" and I even jumped with them. However, there's not a lot of space for adults or non jumpers to hangout while everyone else jumps. No access to party room until the hour after your hour of jump time. Be careful of the slide as well. Idk if the landing pad needed to be re-aired but 3/5 of us that did the slide all had gashes in our elbows. It was hard to say exactly when it happens because it happens so fast. While it was a fun ride I felt my elbow hit really hard and then realized it had basically hit bottom on the landing pad.... A lot of the little squashy squares they have in the play areas are old and dirty and torn up. Also fee like there should be a little kid kid areas as places that are not really possible for kids under 5 to really utilize are trying to run around all the bigger kids and it kind of hinders them from doing anything. For the price no I wouldn't do it again sorry. Maybe other locations have more things to do but this location is pretty basic and taped together. Literally. read more

DO NOT GO HERE if you are a Parent, Grandparents, or Loving Friends or Relatives if you have a mobility injury! The sidewalks on either sides of the building have a distinct tilt of at least 35° and are more of a hazard for those on crutches, wheelchairs and/canes. Accessibility through the front doors are narrow, uneven, tilted out to the street @ 35° with no clearance of the doorways and little to no lighting on both sides of the building at night. read more

My grandson's birthday party was planned there. It looked really cool! We were happy until we found out his "party room" was on the second floor and I was told there's no elevator up there. My husband and I have "oldpeopleknees" disease and can't do steps that steep. So we left. He did have a blast. We were just upset because we couldn't be there to see it. I get short staffed, but do not advertise "dedicated party host" parents of the party guest served the pizza and poured drinks In the middle of eating our party was stopped because another person from another party put their shoes in our bucket so we were asked by the staff to stop 18 kids while eating to get their shoes out the bucket and put them on. "Manager(s)" on duty are trained to apologize and apologize fake with no sincerity or sense of being genuine. They can not make decisions other than offer 1 hour coupons for the inconveniences. They protect the real manager very well because the "managers" had to text the manager. BILLING We only had 18 jumpers and they tried to charge us for 20-- so check your bill. last month we were visiting New Orleans and came upon your incredible Sky Zone at Metairie. Right away my sister in law purchased two month passes for my daughters to enjoy, after hearing about all the wonderful things my daughters said about Sky Zone, I went with my son and bought him a month pass too, needless to say, I did not get a receipt.  We went back a couple of times without any problem until one day I was notified that I had to pay $20 for each of my kids because they were not in the system. No names, no waiver, no records, nothing.The manager said that all of the previous visits, my daughter had been signed under someone else with the same name. At the time , three other employees were standing behind her laughing at me and one of them said, "you are dumb". Not once, but four times, I told her to repeat it so I could record her with my phone and she did. Then the manager took her away through a back door. By this time, my daughter was afraid and started crying and begged me to leave, but I could not and will not be intimidated. I told the manager how could she let her employees be so rude? She walked away as I was talking to her and I said, "you are the manager, how can you be so disrespectful?" I was told I had to pay again for the monthly passes, even though I showed the manager the credit card statement where it showed the payments I had done weeks before. We continued visiting the location for the rest of the month  (with my husband, because my children were afraid we would see the same women of the staff).  One of the days I asked to speak to a manager, she was a different person to the one I had spoken to, she listened to me as I explained what had happened, I told her and showed her the video and explained I am a journalist, a tourist and I know my rights. She said she was sorry and that was it. Needless to say a couple of days later I saw exactly the same staff that had been so rude to me. As a tourist I feel so disappointed of such a fun, family-friendly establishment  I saw at the beggining of what could have been a wonderful vacation Bottom line: Worst Sky Zone ever!!! I was called "dumb" by one of the employees ( with three more watching and laughing, including the manager) No respect at all, i have everything on video because she repeatedly called me dumb until they took her away to a back office. What a great indoor place for the kids! The employees at Sky Zone were friendly and always watching out for everyone's safety. Each activity was well monitored. We got there when it opened and it want crowded at all. As we were leaving, 3 summer camps were coming in, and then it was very crowded. My only recommendation would be for there to be a requirement and max on ages. There were children barely walking ages and then also adults on the same activities. Great change of pace for a night out. I love that it's in Metairie. Their obstacle course was challenging. The joust arena is also must. I was personally impressed with the multiple basketball hoops since that's the thing that gets crowded in other places easily. It is smaller than mlst trampoline parks, but there's still a lot to do.
