For our last birthday party, the manager came and spent 20 minutes with us, making sure our visit was perfect, chatting about life and what-not, and generally making us feel less like customers and more like friends. We signed up for the membership on our last visit (Platinum, baby!), and the young lady setting us up was simply amazing. Friendly, enthusiastic, and just a wonderful person! The little girl was rude n acted like she couldn't be bothered. Rude Rude Rude!!!! I was so frustrated we ended up going to Urban and had a much better experience. They were very helpful n appreciated our business. I don't understand why a waiver has to expire and put your customers through so much trouble. It was easier to use waiver system at Urban.

The little baby area was cool for my baby to crawl around and play but it was hard to just let her go since there were bigger kids coming in the area as well. It was cute but I used my whole thing of wipes just trying to wipe down stuff baby girl would be touching. While I know germs are inevitable in places like this, this place would be so much better if it wasn't visibly dirty. I don't even feel like this going to some of the trampoline parks. And maybe if they monitor the area for big kids where the babies are playing that would ease a few minds as well. The baby had fun, I guess that's all that matters.

Take note that most of their promotions aren't valid on Saturday and Sunday. It's also important to note that they don't have lockers for rent so you store your items in the cubbies at your own risk. They have sections for birthday parties and several tables. There were quite a few parties taking place during our visit. The obstacle course is fun but when you're older, it's a lot harder to get out of the foam pit then it looks lol! The trapeze was a lot of fun and provides a soft landing.
