The experience at this Sky Zone location was extremely disappointing. My daughter and I were a guest at a party, and this was our experience: Facility & Comfort The entire facility, especially the upstairs party room we were in was unbearably hot, with no circulating air and what felt like non-functioning air conditioning. At one point we had to chase a group of teenage girls out of the party 'room' because the wandered upstairs thinking it was a viewing area where they could hang out and be on their phones. We had to tell them its a party area. When we were leaving, another group of people started to come upstairs thinking it was time for their party, I guess. One of the kids said he was really confused. In our party area, drinks were warm due to ice melting so fast, and the cake was sweating/melting in the heat. Guests were visibly uncomfortable and sweating. There was no relief anywhere. Staff & Safety The facility seems to be run by teenagers, so supervision was almost nonexistent. Teen court monitors avoided correcting other teens, even when unsafe behavior was happening. A group of teenagers took over the dodgeball area, hitting younger kids, and someone could be heard over a staff radio scolding staff for not removing them -- yet nothing changed. Party Host Issues The assigned party host provided almost no assistance. She didn't help with serving/handing out drinks or snacks - I don't know if she was supposed to, but isn't that why they are in the party room? I don't think party guests are supposed to fend for themselves if you're paying for a hostess. She brought the pizza out before the scheduled jump time was over, letting it sit for 10 minutes, so by the time we ate it, it was cold. She mishandled the cake so badly it nearly folded in half instead of holding it from the bottom She mostly stood by without engaging or helping This made the "hosted party" feel completely unstaffed. Policies & Concerns Holding the presents hostage until the bill is paid is a terrible policy, especially considering the poor experience and the fact that the gifts are from party guests who have no involvement with payment. Based on what we saw taking place and the hot environment, asking for a tip during payment was inappropriate. Even more concerning, some guests were allowed to jump without signing waivers, which is a major safety oversight. Overall Between the heat, lack of supervision, untrained staff, and questionable policies, this location needs serious improvements. I definetly don't recommend this sky zone!! I went 5/2 on a Saturday night for glow night? I don't know what stick the manager had up her butt, but she's not a fit to work with kids. Constantly yelling provoking making up lies I was trying to complete the ladder challenge for yelled at for using it as a hammock and continued to scream at me threatened to kick me out I really don't pray on anyone's downfall but she shouldn't work for kids she's not the tifht fit whatsoever. And i personally would not converse with her bc other than yelling at me she was on her phone. So really is employed for no reason. Also to be exact the manager had dark hair. We went to Sky Zone in Chalfont for a birthday party. The facility was clean, the music was not blaringly loud, and the kids seemed to be well supervised. They had a dedicated toddler section that was well away from the other areas, which meant the big kids stayed out of it. I would give the jumping experience a 4.5/5 The birthday party part was a different story. Not bad, just unprepared. The party "rooms" are all in an elevated loft space above the bounce floor. They take all the kids up 2 flights of stairs to get them to the space, which is a hike depending on the age of your children. They provide pizza, but it's terrible. The drink choices are fruit punch, lemonade, and iced tea. No water to be found, oddly. They didn't provide enough cups, plates, or napkins, so we ended up having to go through their cabinets to get what we needed. I was a guest at a birthday party at Sky Zone and left honestly shocked by how things were handled. At one point during the party, a table in the party area collapse unexpectedly. It was clearly unstable beforehand and could have seriously hurt one of the kids nearby. It was one of those moments where you expect staff to jump in, take responsibility, and make sure everyone is safe--but that's not what happened. Instead, the managers on duty (one of them Haley) immediately went on the offensive. They started blaming the family hosting the party and even threatened to charge them for the damaged table. As someone standing right there, it was obvious the table was already in bad condition. Watching them speak to the parents that way was uncomfortable and completely unnecessary. The situation escalated way more than it should have, and the tone they used--especially in front of kids--was inappropriate. One child nearby ended up in tears after witnessing the exchange, which really says everything. Staff members were largely disengaged and on their phones rather than supervising, and the facility itself didn't feel clean--especially odd considering everyone is required to take their shoes. STAY AWAY! I am beyond disappointed with our experience at Sky Zone. What should have been a fun kids' party turned into a stressful and frankly dangerous situation. A broken table at our party suddenly flipped over and nearly injured my 7-year-old child. This was not a minor issue--it was a clear safety hazard that should have been addressed long before guests arrived. Instead of taking accountability, the two managers on duty (one named Haley) were shockingly rude, unprofessional, and completely out of line. They actually accused the hosting parents of causing the damage and went so far as to threaten to charge THEM for the broken table. It was absurd. Another parent and I had to step in and advocate for the hosts because we witnessed firsthand that the table was already broken. I was especially upset given how close my child came to getting hurt. Rather than de-escalating, both managers became even more hostile and confrontational--to the point where their behavior made my 7-year-old cry. Completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, staff throughout the facility were glued to their phones instead of supervising the kids. The place was visibly dirty--even though guests are required to remove their shoes, which makes the lack of cleanliness even more concerning. It honestly explains why the place was nearly empty on a Friday night. Between the safety risks, poor management, lack of supervision, and overall unclean environment, I would strongly urge others to stay away. We have been visiting this trampoline park every year for the last 4 years, the park is located inside of what's looks like an industrial park. The parking is limited, and we have to walk a little if you park around the sides. As you enter, you have options to play by paying for a pass, and you can purchase memberships/all dY playtime as well. If you are part of a party, there is a party check-in area with clearly marked bins to indicate which party you are attending. You can keep shoes in the bin. You can do online waiver forms to save time, or you can do at the counter. As you check in and join the party, kids will have the play time. The play areas are well maintained and neatly maintained. the crowd is normal , the variety of plays are good too. There is a place to purchase food and water/beverages and a few tables to sit. Once the paly time ends, kids are asked to join a party area to cut the cake, pizza, and drinks. Kids are having nice time and overall a good place to have a party for kids. Hello there I am a fellow kid and a lover for sky zone and I love this play great food drinks trampolines, and a lot of other fun activity. It's my favorite is the foam pit and dodgeball and basketball. They also have a dunk session I love sky zone because of the people you get to meet and the services that they give you and it's pretty cheap to be honest anyways hope you come check out sky zone. Came here for a birthday party and the way they have things set up is weird. We play first and then the room is ready. So all of our waters and etc for the kids we have to linger around with us.. the toddler area was full of all age group kids and no staff were supervising. All the foams in the pit were old and def need replaced. Barely any staff around to watch the place. The ac is off and it's hot and humid inside. Kinda smell like a dirty gym bag. This place is absolutely a disgrace!!! The staff needs to be fired and management needs to be trained because this is a reflection of them! They were not helpful or attentive! Kids pizza was late. I ordered the highest package btw. No one came to serve the pizza. No one cut the cake. They just left a knife on top of the cake. Had to find the lighter on my own. No utensils were provided. There was no one around for anything. They butchered my child's name. Shoes were missing. My bill was added up completely wrong. Party favors werent given and the birthday child did not get a tee shirt! What is even the point of this establishment once the kids enter the party rooms? The parents should be paid instead! First time here!! My husband and I brought my cousins who are 7 and 4 years old here and it was a blast! Can't wait to come back! There was so much more to do here. There was a foam pit, obstacle course thing, dodge ball, rock climbing and just regular trampoline to just jump around and do flips. My favorite part was the obstacle there were so many different levels for different ages. Socks are $2 each Checking in was easy. Lockers are 75 cents. Can't wait to come back!! I take my grandson here to burn off some energy and spend some time together. He enjoys the basketball hoops and dodge ball. There's a small snack bar and a dining area, plenty of lockers and seating. Staff are friendly and helpful and the facility is well kept. You must sign a waiver each time you come which is available at the entrance on computers. Very easy to do. Overall, a nice place to bring the littles for some exercise. read more

The management at the Chalfont location is not capable to handle any kind of incident. My daughter was verbally harassed from an employee and the manager on site did nothing to reprimand or make him apologize for his hurtful words and curse words. An email to corporate will be sent. Had the most frustrating experience ever. I had checked the website within the last 2 weeks to make a plan for a group of friends to meet for a $10 Tuesday. All of us get there to find that $10 Tuesday doesn't exist in 2023! We were 3/4 of the people in the building and told by the manager there is nothing she could do. It's Jan 3! We had almost 30 children between all of us and she made us all buy Groupon to get a discount to get in or else we would have paid $25 a kid. The most help she would offer was $16 a child which was more than the Groupon we ended up purchasing. All of this spent a half hour of our time figuring out how to get in to jump. Karis greeted me as I walked up to the front desk and I wasn't very sure how everything worked here so I asked and she very rudely told me to go fill out a wavier or I cant jump with my kids so i said okay. I had to wait in a line to fill out my waivers because only two screens worked. Once I came back Karis was staring at her phone then when she noticed me again she was rude yet again. I decided to come here last night with a few friends and I have never gotten such terrible service from a manager in my entire life. The entire time the manager was death staring me and giving me dirty looks. I later tried to speak to her and tell her that there was somebody injured and she wouldn't speak or listen to me. Eventually, she went and took care of the injured person when she got a call on from another worker. Horrible treatment of customer. We paid for the jumping time between 6-7pm. When we come in half of the place was closed for cleaning. When I went to see supervisor and asked why they charged us full price and we cannot use most of the place he answered why his employees must to stay extra time after closing. They had no note anywhere that they plan to close anything so people could choose if they want to spent they money and get only partial excess. When I asked to get refund supervisor Andro said only gift card, they do not provide credit back. After I got their gift card I suppose to rebook other place for my kids because they were very upset for what happened, when I was staying on the phone 5 minutes booking other place so we can leave Andro come to me and said you have to leave immediately because I just refund you. If I could give zero stars, I would! The service was terrible! The rock climbing isn't even done so you don't have access to it. The workers are demanding and rude to their customers. The food is far worse! Their food was tasteless and the fries were stale. The fries took forever to make for something so bland and flavorless. The chicken nuggets tasted like sweaty rubber. The pizza was like eating tree bark and would be a great boomerang substitute. The food took 40 minutes and their version of a refund was unacceptable. Quick summary: my son received two 90 minute gift passes for his birthday. Upon arrival I was told that unless I used them both at once I would lose one of the 90 minute passes. Not cool, but ok. Then I asked if we had to pay for socks or if they were included. The 16 year old girl behind the register explained that they were included. She then noticed that my son was wearing Altitude socks (Altitude is another trampoline place). So she told my son to take them off and she would give him Skyzone socks. He did and curiously she took the socks and set them next to the register. Then she gave me my socks and proceeded to charge me for them. Not cool, but ok, I don't like confrontation, but I'm still staring at the socks next to the register. I fish some money out of my pocket and pay for my "complimentary" socks. Then it happened. I asked the girl if I could have my sons favorite socks back. She said no. She said it's their policy to confiscate their competitors socks. Meanwhile my son is overhearing this and I'm realizing now even as I'm writing this I should've just grabbed the socks from her before she threw them in the trash underneath the counter right in front of us. So my son is now upset that this girl has stolen his favorite socks. I mean he's a kindergartener, so he says "Dad did they take your socks too?" And I said no buddy, I'm sorry they did that to you. So he says super loud "So this place only steals socks for little kids not big guys like you?" And I say yep. The place smelled as if I was in the bottom of the hamper of a teenage soccer player. I took three of my grandkids here for a 90 Minute Session (ages 7, 9 & 13) and they all had a blast. The facility is very clean and orderely. The staff was friendly. The Rock Climing Walls were a lot of fun and not too intimidating while still being challenging. The Virtual Reality Booths, with each session lasting 4 minutes, were exciting for the kids. The trampoline areas, foam pits, obstacle courses and dodge ball area were also very neat, clean and the staff was pleasant and attentive to the jumping participants. $22.00/ea for 90 minutes was a bit pricey, but the fun that the kids had was well worth it. The Dip-N-Dots at the concession stand were a big hit at the end of our session, very refreshing and reasonably priced. read more

My kids were so excited to come here. We've been to the Oaks location many times and had a great experience. Unfortunately, the employees at the Chalfont location ruined this time for everyone. The employees were rude and inconsistent. Some paid absolutely no attention to the kids while others followed them around as if they had done something wrong. Dylan and Alicia were especially rude. I do not plan coming back here, and nobody in my party seemed to enjoy it here. They should just let kids be kids and my children all wanted to leave after the first 30 minutes. This place is not safe as well, in fact my daughter fell all the way through to the bottom of one of the trampolines in the obstacles and she was in pain yet no staff even bother to help. I have taken my grandchildren here many times and they have always enjoyed it very much. We went Friday for Glow night and went to by them some refreshments. For myself I ordered a Diet Pepsi which was flat so the young man went to the back with another gentleman and tried to fix it. He gave me another one which was just as flat. I asked for an ice cream instead and there was something wrong because it came out too soft. I asked to just have a refund and he told me they have a no refund policy, so I was forced to take a drink I didn't want. So today myself and my son went to sky zone to have a good time and jump together, we have been here a million times and have spent a good amount of money here! So today we came I spend 36 dollars on an hour jump for myself and my son, when it came to our jump time we went in the toddler area where we have jumped and played before with no issues! I'm not sure why today was any different but I have someone come over to me when we began to jump and they told me I couldn't jump with my son and I asked why they said my manager said you wouldn't fine I stopped, then I just sat in the area so I could at least see him and spend time with him she cane over again and told me I couldn't sit in the area now! At this time I was frustrated and asked to speak with the manager. I told her I paid to jump with my son and since I'm not able to can you refund my money back to me just for myself they could keep the half for my son since he was still jumping they told me NO they don't do refunds! I said where does that say you don't and why wasn't I told I wasn't going to be able to jump with my son when I purchased my jump time! And then another woman came over as I was speaking to the manager and told her the same issues happened with her she didn't say anything! So I got my son changed and before leaving I asked to speak with her again she told me they will not refund my money and they would just give me the jump time for another day I told then NO I don't want that I just want my money back! So I didn't take the jump time and they didn't give me my money back! They pretty much stole my money from me and got free money and that is 36 dollars I'm out! That is bad business and that is not how you handle a situation like that and the fact it happened to two people and you did nothing about it that's wrong! I will never be going back again, so just be carful because they like to steal your money!!!!! Also 36 dollars may not see like a lot of money but I'm a single mother so being able to treat my son to a fun day is something special to me but they of course took that away along with my money. My kids were just at a party there and it was the most unorganized event. The party was suppose to start with a private jumping session which the parents paid extra for. The girl lead the kids up the stairs and just disappeared. Parent went to front desk to ask where the kids should go & who should help them. The were going to find the girl - 10 mins later nothing. I went to a "manager" gave us a new person who came up and then disappeared. No one that works there seems to know what the other person is doing. Not one person is assigned to the party. Very little supervision on the trampolines. Not enough party favors. Two of the kids got suited up for the rock wall the guy said he would be right back and 10 mins later never came. These parties are not cheap and the lack of organization was mind blowing. The check in process alone is a cluster. You have a wait 10-15 mins just to get the socks. The kids could very easily get hurt. Would not recommend to have a party there and if you do take your kids I would supervise them the entire time as we saw bigger kids being walked out with 2 adults on each side b/c they hurt their leg. read more

They have screwed over my birthday, the level of miscommunication between the staff was awful.
