This place was packed with activities for children to have fun and enjoy themselves. Our experience was a very good one from the fun my son and family had jumping around to the enjoyable pizza and Gatorade. Even though the place was packed we still were able to find a table. The staff was pretty friendly . The bathrooms are not clean and had no soap in the dispensers was my biggest con. But does have sanitizer dispensers throughout the airtime park. I took my two-year old in today. The whole place smelled like weed and fart. I took my daughter over to the 5 and under trampolines and held her hand because there are kids clearly 6 and up jumping everywhere, wrestling and knocking each other over. An employee tells me if I want to jump with her, we need to go to the big trampoline area. So we take all our stuff and go to the big ones. I hold her hand and jump a couple of times with her, and the employee monitoring those trampolines tells me only one person to a trampoline. So I guess this isn't the place to take a two year old; ok, sure, that's on me. So not even 30 minutes into being there (we bought the all-day passes in case it was fun), we go to leave and politely ask for a refund since there's nowhere we can jump with our two-year old - we joke that we'll try again and come back here next year. The manager, MARWAN HACHEM, just says "no." My wife says, "well look, we didn't even get to jump - there isn't anywhere we can jump with our two year old. Can we please just get our money back? We haven't been here 30 minutes." Marwan says "no. You jump. We have cameras." My wife says, "we need a refund, this place is disgusting anyway." (Referring to the odors) Marwan says, "oh so you say the people in here are disgusting?!" My wife says, "don't even go there. It's disgusting because it's filthy and smells like weed. I don't see anyone cleaning off trampolines, either." He says, "what, you expect us to be cleaning trampolines after each use?" My wife says, "I'm sorry I didn't pursue a career in trampolines but it seems like you should be wiping them down every 30 minutes or so - there's food and crud and god knows what else on them." So we've left an email and voicemail (of course, no answer) with corporate to try and get our $45 back. It was definitely a 1-star experience. From one manager to another, MARWAN HACHEM, you are an abhorrent, lazy, rude excuse for a supervisor. I feel very sorry for your employees to have to work in such a s***hole run by you. read more

We had a great time here tonight! We reserved a table (for a fee) and therefore were allowed to bring in some food for my daughters party. Since it was a beautiful, hot summer Friday evening, it was not that busy when we got there at 4, so it was perfect for our young kids. Definitely started to pick up closer to us leaving at 7. We appreciated how helpful the staff were, it was great having a table and space and some options to bring in food although they had items to order there too. Kids had a blast, parents stayed cool in the AC and of course some dads had a blast jumping too. read more

My six year old only jumped for three minutes and he came to me screaming in pain with his hands to his mouth/teeth that was bleeding uncontrollably. Come to find out, he jumped and hit an exposed metal frame holding up the trampolines. Major safety hazard and very surprised this business met basic safety inspections. Apparently all the trampoline walls have exposed metal framework. Serious neglect to safety and equally worse was the staff response (or lack of) to my kid's emergency which is unacceptable read more

On a completely deserted Tuesday afternoon, we were not allowed to sit at the tables overlooking the trampoline area because they are "reserved for parties" (but there was no party and wasn't going to be.) This trampoline park is just about every kids dream. I went here a few weeks ago for a birthday party and everyone was so excited. Birthday parties are kind of the hot thing here as they supply the food and drinks (which is very cool) and let the birthday kid spin a prize wheel (added bonus). For an adult? It was a little overwhelming. Kids runnings around, yelling and screaming. I don't know how the people that work there haven't lost their minds to be completely honest. They should have a separate adult jump so you don't have to worry about potentially crushing a child. The only thing I really didn't like was their food court options. Every single thing on that menu is loaded with sugar, carbs, and grease. A physical activity like this should provide some sort of healthy snack for a child other than pizza chips and candy but that's just my opinion. read more

It was our first time visiting this location. We paid $14 for one hour, only to find out it's only $15 for 3. I wish the cashier would've told me that when asking if I wanted 1 or 3 hours, like they do at most places. Alas, this place beats Skyzone any day. Open jump is literally the entire facility open, instead of just one tiny arena. The place is adequately staffed - although my son did emerge from the block pit with orange residue all over his black pants and when I alerted the staff, they were pretty non-responsive. At previous parks, the response has been to jump in, find the disintegrating block, and remove it. The staff was all friendly, the guy in the open arena kept high diving my kid and was engaging when he doesn't have to be, and they didn't blow their whistles a second earlier than they were supposed to - so that "greater than sign" the residue issue, for me. read more

I will never come back to this Airtime! As a parent of a toddler I wanted to be able to visually keep an eye on my son but I was told I couldn't sit in the decking seating area with a closed or open beverage . Westland Airtime is the one that enforces this rule. I would completely understand if it was in the bounce areas . Yet they allow jumpers to bounce barefoot. Kids rave about indoor trampoline spots, so we checked out AirTime on a couple of occasions. The staff has been consistently pleasant to deal with and the lines haven't been long. You pay $14.00 on the weekend to "jump" for one hour. Basically, you have several different courts to play and spring up and down until you get dizzy on the trampolines. There is a Staff EMT that walks around to make sure the kids are okay. I don't like that you can play barefoot for hygiene reasons. They offer jump socks with grip for $3/pair. They are pretty sturdy. I bought a pair to use for yoga practice, since I haven't found any my size in stores. Overall, it is a cool concept and location. They offer a evening where a live DJ is there after 9pm. AirTime also has a concession stand and free wifi (it can be sketchy though). read more

AirTime in Westland is clean, spacious and smells like bubblegum. We have been SkyZone Canton regulars since we moved here two years ago. But since AirTime was a smidge closer, we decided to give it a try. In comparison to SkyZone, AirTime holds it's own. The layout is nice because as a parent you can sit on bleachers or chairs which are centrally located and watch all of the action as it takes place 360 degrees around you. At SkyZone you have to travel with your kid to each section to keep an eye on them because it is a multi-layered facility. Also, as I mentioned AirTime is clean and smells nice. Where AirTime falls short is the monitoring. At SkyZone there are multiple monitors at each station watching the kids and making sure the rules are being followed and everyone is being safe. AirTime definitely needs more qualified, conscientious people watching their jumpers. Also on the main floor their is no age or size separation - anybody of any size can travel and jump on the entire space. That makes me nervous. And even though they have a great separate space for little ones, I saw many toddlers on the main floor and that should not be allowed, for their own safety. You have the option of jumping barefoot or buying socks for $3.00, but after initially trying barefoot, my son complained of sore feet. So on our second visit I was very pleasantly surprised when I asked if we could jump in our SkyZone socks which I had brought, they took them in trade with no fuss and extreme kindness and handed me two pairs of AirTime socks, no charge. That saved my $6.00 and that was awesome.. The jump times at AirTime aren't as strictly enforced as SkyZone either. They say that the times begin on the half hour, but I didn't have to wait either time. They just said, "Your time technically starts at 1:00, but just go ahead now and enjoy your extra 15 minutes." Which is really nice when you have antsy children. All in all, AirTime is a nice place to go and it's worth checking out. read more

It was OK. Staff were definitely not loving their job. Most of them moped around and even played on their cell phone when they supposed to be watching the mats. My daughter has been several times and said that the laser room is always closed. ??? The lockers cost $1, the video games cost $5 each. The floor was full of papers and looked gross cuz they serve food. But most of us are walking around in the airtime socks!! Yuck!! Someone was vaping pot right in the middle of the place. ??? Except with the manager Marwan. Each time while I was there waiting for the rest of the crew to join me I would see Marwan being a complete jerk to his staff. He's always yelling at them, forcing them to do things. Most of these employees are under 18 being bossed around like slaves. He needs to learn to respect his employees. I've asked several of the employees whether or not he was just having a bad day. They told me that he is normally just a jerk. Each time we are there he looks for a reason to get us kicked out. Rather then doing it himself, he forces the other employees to tell us to leave. This time I took my wristband off. As soon as I took it off he told one of the employees to kick us out. There was literally 10 minutes left. We will never be going again. We spend at least $100 or more a week every week. That's $5200 a year and multiple times we would come in more then once a week. I understand we are kind of loud, but this is a trampoline park with music way louder then us. We just wanted to have fun but Marwan makes it difficult. This is an AMAZING concept, and it really is fun to jump around on trampolines! I went on a Tuesday afternoon with a friend and the place was pretty empty, which is actually a good thing since you don't have to worry about accidentally getting in someone's way. However, most of the staff there that day looked like they were still in high school - which isn't bad in and of itself, I mean kids gotta work too, but follow me here - so anyway, most of the other people there seemed to be the obnoxious friends of the staff. And by "obnoxious" I mean yelling at us and making fun of us (I happened to have the misfortune of getting stuck in the foam cube pit - not a good place if you have no upper body strength!). I really do want to keep an open mind about this place. I'd try it again but I hope to find a better day and time to visit. read more

Overall experience has been good. Staff seems nice. Only problem is the overpowering smell (I thought was cologne, but after asking was told its air freshener) was so over powering the second we walked in the door. I brought my two nephews and was going to watch with my 5 month old son. He was loving watching all the kids jump around. The smell was so strong he was sneezing and his eyes were watering. My throat hurt from the strong smell. It was awful. I spoke to the staff and they said it's the air fresher that sprays from the ceiling. First time ever being here. Spent $250 for my son and 4 of his friends. Literally brought some cupcakes in while I was paying for the jump times and not one employee said anything to me until almost 2 hours in. I don't mind following rules, but I was here for two hours with it and no one said anything, even the employee who came to tell me didn't know that they couldn't have outside food. On top of that they burned our pizza and didn't bother letting us know, so we wait 45 min for our pizza. Very disappointed. Although Skyzone was my first trampoline park I have ever been to out of all existing trampoline parks, AirTime may barely hold any differences, such as the types of recreational activities in the bounce rooms, and offers Jet's Pizza, which I highly argue to be the greatest pizza chain in the whole world. However AirTime can still be even more of a blast than Skyzone can be, since they're just more common jump joints than ones less often known of, unless you live closely nearby it! My dad is good friends with the owner and let me and my brother test out the American Ninja Warrior like obstacles course, which seemed dangerous, but good enough to differentiate it than Skyzone, he even let us hang out in the upstairs section of the park. It holds a much more valuable choice of spot if you wanna go jumping and have celebrate birthdays there than you normally would at Skyzone. read more

Nice place. Alot of things todo there for sure. Seemed very clean to me. Restrooms was cleaned for the most part, just smelled pissy. I actually liked this place more then skyzone. Only reason for 4 star is because, I didn't see the long trampolines like skyzone has for gymnast like my daughter to practice multiple stunts. I mean she can do 10 or more backflips in a row on the little ones without traveling no problem. But, being there all the smaller ones it leaves very little room for travel. My daughter LOVES this place!! If you have a toddler you can get special pricing if you come during Junior Jam. It is every Saturday and Sunday at 9a. It is only kids aged six and younger, Disney music, cartoons on the tvs, and is only $10 for me and her to jump for the hour!! She also got a reusable water bottle (bpa free - I'm impressed!), a juice box, and a bag of snacks all for free. Never crowded during that time and we made a few other parent and toddler friends :) I'm so glad that the girl on the phone (Kierra I think) told me about it. Not to mention they always have great deals and if there isn't a deal going on that week, you can always get a Groupon. It's definitely cheaper than other trampoline places. My daughters friends mother took them there tonight and signed the online registry form. The Manager said that she didn't register them. The manager was extremely rude to my daughter and her friend and told them that they were "Wasting his time". I was called to go up and Re-register them. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was informed that it was he who was rude to my daughter and her friend and he didn't have time to take a complaint. Another employee told me to go to the website to contact corporate, there is no way to contact corporate on the website. If you can't be polite to kids, then don't work in a kid oriented business. Rude managers get bad reviews. Hope no one else has to deal with that guy. read more

The location in Westland Michigan was horrible. My sister had paid online for a Saturday at 3pm reservation for my neice's birthday. She did this a month ahead of time. Her credit card ended up getting compromised and she was sent a new debit card. When we arrived on the Saturday with her email confirmation and I. D. The manager would not accept that because she did not have the old card that had been compromised with her. She then asked to be refunded as she had been charged already and he refused stating it was a policy that she needed the credit card. Nowhere in the email confirmation did it state this nor does it say this online. He asked us to leave without refunding. We refused and he called the police. The police came and agreed with us but because that was his establishment they said we had to leave. We had to call corporate to get the refund but they also gave a BS excuse stating that was his policy at this particular location. Needless to say, we will never be going there again. read more

Music is so offensive. Even if it was family friendly it still is way too loud. I'm 29 and don't listen to that junk...you better believe my children are too young to hear that. Would not go back again because of the music primarily. Thought we were visiting a family friendly establishment. ..not a night club. Have to walk very far for a drink at the fountain...dragging both kids off the trampoline area because you don't want to leave them alone. Kind of a pain and not very well thought out. Considering the majority of the kids are so young that were in attendance they should take into consideration things that are more appropriate for that age range. read more

I recently took my nephew and two of his friends (ages 8-10) and we had an absolute blast! Their favorite part was the dodge ball. The staff was extremely attentive and focused. Event Manager, Marcel Johnson, was helpful to me at check in and answered all of my questions. They also donated some passes to an upcoming fundraiser auction that I'm helping with and I can't wait to recommend this place to other families in the area! My family (who recently moved to the area) will definitely be regular attendees. read more
