I had the worst experience ever! We arrived 20 minutes early to check in, after waiting 20 min and 1 girl checking people in, no one had been successfully checked in and the line was at least 30 people long. Numerous people asked to get her help and the manager told us he could not get help for her because he was there for the kids safety. It took over 45 min to get checked in and had I not been there with my sons friends I wound have left, as did many people in like. I WILL NOT BE BACK! read more

Great place early in the day, well managed. Late in the day (weekends at least) it's a disaster. Staff is non-existent. None of the staffed attractions are open. We made the 40 minute drive out here after my sister raved and raved about it. I made sure to fill out the waiver online ahead of time, but because of traffic, figured I'd just buy tickets when we got there to ensure we didn't miss our time. We went on a Friday at 1pm during winter break and it was packed. The place is huge though, so really, it had no impact on our experience, outside of the very first thing you have to do - check-in/buy tickets. There are two separate lines - one for people that have already purchased tickets online and one for walk-in ticket purchasing. Both were tremendously long, with only 3 people working the registers, all who seemed to be doing their best to expedite the process. Personally, if I had bought our tickets online, standing in a huge line would have been aggravating (and defeats the process of buying ahead). The online line did not move a significant amount more than the walk-in line and we were in line for 25 minutes. The check-in process takes awhile, especially when one party has multiple children and took us (with 3 kids) another 10 minutes. By the time we had our wristbands on and were ready to actually enter the place, we had been here 35 minutes. Thankfully, I have a super patient 6 year old...but there has to be a better process. We've frequent Airtime go-ers and I've never waited, on the busiest of days, more than 10 minutes in line. Once you're past the check-in, it's smooth sailing. There are free lockers, with a huge space to get settled/get out afterwards. There is NOT a cafe or a snack stand or any overpriced fried crap at a stand which I LOVED. The arena, if that's what you want to call it, was huge and there was more than enough to do - and far more than Airtime. I could not even list all the different things there is to do if I wanted to. One thing that really stood out to me is that the employees in the arena do NOT play around - which was really appreciated. Because there are a lot of American Ninja Warrior type obstacles here, there are a lot of older teenagers - some who are courteous, some who obviously are not. The employees, although most of them are teenagers themselves, do not hesitate to keep the lines in fair order, ensure each trampoline has one kid, and that the smaller kids are staying off of the stunt trampolines. There are also a ton of employees and you will constantly hear whistles blowing, which keeps my kid safe, so blow away. Overall, we paid $21 and $3 for socks for 2 hours, which is pretty comparable to what we pay at Airtime, for a much larger space and more activities. We will be back - but please do something about the check-in process! read more

If I can be honest, the idea seems pretty good about organizing a birthday party here but the assistance was minimal. The party host tried to help out initially but in the middle and end of the party was non existent. While we were trying to scramble to serve the guests/kids, we ended up doing all the work. He was right there to tell us when to wrap up the party. And in the end, while we are struggling, the "cleaning crew" is right there to clean up for the next party. It was chaotic and disturbing. This was supposed to be a special event for my child but the experience was so bad that I don't intend to have any more birthday parties here. The whole point was for the kids to have fun, which they did coz they are kids. But the experience for the families and the hosts is less than ideal. They made us feel like something out of a factory. They promised to take pictures but when the moment was there, the host was non-existent. All he cared about was the survey. I don't want to be the one to tell people that they sucked at their job, but in this case they totally did. It is what it is. Lesson learned. read more

The park is a lot of fun. The one star rating is solely due to the cleanliness of the facility. There's garbage all over the floors and the trampolines. The women's bathroom had toilet paper all over the floor, urine on the seats, no toilet paper in one of the stalls and this was during the entire 2 hour duration me and my family was there. For the amount of money it costs for the park they could at least have a consistent cleaning crew. read more

Superfun place. I went on a rainy Friday after. There was a decent crowd but not overly crowded. There was a ton of spots to jump, flip and climb. The obstacles looked like something from American Ninja Warrior. I dont think ive ever seen a trampoline park quite like this. It was just okay. Some of the areas were closed, and I was told that during the week they don't schedule enough workers to open them because they aren't that busy. Well, the price wasn't less and there was no sign saying that areas would be closed. There were a few young female employees on the floor that seemed completely annoyed that they were working. They don't offer refunds so pay by credit card or cash in person once you know you'll actually get in ONLY. I've tried calling twice over the last 2 weeks to plan a birthday party for my son. I cannot reach a live person, and am only sent to the sales department where I am instructed to leave a message by the automated system. I leave detailed messages with info on dates of interest and how to reach me. I have some flexibility, so am able to work within DEFY's availability. As of yet, I cannot get anyone to return my calls. Completely frustrating. Given the recent reviews about poor staff assistance/interaction as well as the lack of response to our calls, we'll choose another location for our event. read more

I have been being over charged for over a year! I can't get anyone to contact me, I have called, emailed, and gone to the location all with no response. Kids love coming to Defy and it is great exercise. However, they need to work out some kinks and it is a bit pricey. First, the check-in process is a MESS. I have waited nearly 30 minutes, a very slow process and not enough staff. Second, they are constantly shutting down some of the areas due to lack of staff. Which is terrible! I have been there three times and every.single.time the free fall jump is closed down! Frustrating! Or there is no staff to assist with the swing for the small children. Get it together, please! They have an area roped off that needs to be removed and replaced. For a new establishment, it just looks bad. If they could adjust the price some and have enough staff to get us checked in and keep everything open for use it would awesome. Please Defy work out your kinks. read more

In comparison to the other trampoline parks we have been to, this one is definitely superior! Many different activities such as scarves, "the wall", basketball hoops, and ninja obstacles. Unfortunately when the lights went down so did the number of refs/ staff.... dangerous for a few kids who weren't being properly supervised by parents. Clean. Well maintained. Our checkin was lengthy but the staff extended our timed ticket to compensate. read more

I arrived at 9:30 PM, bought my tickets online ahead of time, and still waited in line for two hours. I don't understand why it took the workers two hours to check everyone in if they were not purchasing anything except the required socks. Everyone in the same line as me bought the tickets ahead of time as well, so it should've been a quick minute to scan people in and give them the wrist band. By the time they checked me in, it was 11:20, and the place closes at midnight. I paid for a full hour but only got 40 minutes remaining. On top of that the place was filthy, smelt terrible, and just had very rude staff members there. This place is extremely overrated and I do not recommend this place to anyone. You are better off going to sky zone or air time and having a better experience. read more

I really enjoyed Defy! It's very different and a lot better than sky zone and airtime! I really like how it's better for adults, and there's so many things you'll never get bored! The only downside is pricing, it's pretty expensive! Only did it for an hour and a half, the price with socks was $27 dollars. read more

Omg, I take my 16 year old son and his friend , whom happens to be a girl. They approach the check in stand, I'm standing back, letting him take care of things. The employee working the check in stand , takes her phone to scans the online ticket, he proceeds to hold her phone in a joking fashion, playing like he won't give it back. He then gives my son the two finger eye point. You know like meet the fockers, like he's watching my son. I hurry to the front , and ask him why would he joke or play like that. By the time I get to them, my son had to snatch her phone from him. And my son was pissed, and frustrated. I talked to the manger, he stated he would review the cameras and handle the situation. I understand he's a young man as well, but be professional. Your at work, every doesn't play like that. Understand everyone you deal with, you have to treat with respect. The back story is , and I'm not assumed, my son is on probation for fighting, he really struggled for two years dealing with this. He's worked really hard in school and is doing better. His next day in court is in January, what would've happened if my son would have done what he normally would've did in the past. Give respect and be professional read more

This place is phenomenal! I had the most amazing time here. The color scheme is amazing, green and purple. The graphics are aesthetically pleasing. I was there for 2 hours and got the zebra socks... the sock selection is incredible too! About 5 or so different options. The bounce pits are very clean and soft. There are a few different obstacle courses with ropes, different ways to propel yourself, and trampolines! The staff is very friendly and not micromanaging like other trampoline/obstacle businesses. I was able to take a few breaks (to catch my breath) and start back up again. If you go early in the day, it is less crowded and more enjoyable. Visitors can come and watch free of charge (I had a friend taking videos for me that didn't want to jump around). Great for all ages and interest levels. Awesome workout too! read more

Defy is a fun place for people of all ages. I went there during club night a couple weeks ago. The music and staff create a great environment and will always go the extra mile to make you happy. The facility is very clean, and the color scheme on the wall is super cool. The staff take safety very seriously and are super attentive, I feel good about letting my kids jump here! Also it's great excercise. The socks are an extra 3 dollars, but they're great quality and glow in the dark, which was a big hit with the kids. read more

My daughters went for the first time tonight, as the person who was paying wayyyy too expensive for a Sunday Funday. 1.5 hours = 24.00 x3 = 72.00. I embarrassed my girls a bit but it paid off. When asked if I had socks, I said yes. Then I was asked if I had THEIR socks, I said no it's our first time here and we have AirTime socks. I was then told the girls could NOT participate UNLESS we purchased their socks and their socks ONLY. I said so this extortion; if you want to play you MUST buy our socks. Cashier's response: sorry that's corporate policy. I then replied so it's corporate policy to extort people. No ma'am it's not; but you can not enter the area without our socks, sorry. Thankfully another cashier walked by and asked what was wrong. I had both sets of socks on the counter and asked what is the difference between the sets of socks and why do I have to pay 3x3= 9 additional dollars. He was like no, no, no ma'am we offer a trade in program, you give us these socks and our socks are only 1.00 a pair. I said wasn't told that, I was told pay the 3.00 per pair or less they can't enter the area. We exchanged the socks for a 1.00 a pair and the cashier threw in some blue rubber wristbands for all the girls (had my niece with me too) Had I not thrown my little fit, I would not have been informed of this trade in policy. I know you're thinking it's just 3.00 dollars - but this was a clear case of pay to play and there was 3 of us. At 24X3=72+9=81 that's a whole lot of $$ for a 1.5 hour of play. My suggestion is make your sock trade-in policy public as 81.00 does NOT = Sunday Funday! I would like to apologize as I used the words BS only because I felt was pushed in to a corner by our first cashier - Mr. pay to play, I said this is BS I have perfectly good socks and his reply was sorry corporate policy. And yes I know I was the perfect "I want to speak to your manager" meme in the making; but it's stuff like this that will make or break your business.
