While visiting the area, we decided to check out Flight Adventure Park after finding out about their Tuesday family night deal--and let me tell you, it was a steal! Four kids jumping for $40, and each additional kid is only $5? Yes please! The kids had a great time overall. They especially enjoyed the basketball area, the slide, and the obstacle course. Those were definitely the highlights. Now, I will say--this location is a lot smaller than the Flight park we're used to back home. There weren't as many activity options, and once you hit the main attractions, the rest was mostly standard trampolines. They also had a small arcade, and it was a hit with the kiddos! But honestly, for the price and it being a random Tuesday outing, it was still a solid experience. The kids had fun, and that's what matters most. Great deal, good time--worth the visit! read more

Fun, relatively large trampoline venue where kids can explore different jumping adventures in a safe, controlled, environment.

Brought my grandkids here the week when school started because they're homeschooled and we had an amazing time!! I can understand people being upset because some of the attractions are closed, but all you have to do is get one of the attendance from somewhere else to come and help you and they will open it up for you so we had zero complaints not that many people there the place was surprisingly very, very, very clean and we always felt safe. They have hand sanitizers everywhere and the staff was very nice. Highly recommend and definitely come back next time we have our grandkids and want to burn energy !! read more

It could be a great place if it were run well. Good ideas for fun, for teens and kids. However, staff appear to hate their jobs and just have a crap look on their faces, several of them just talking about how long until they can get out of there. Also many times things are not available because you have to wait for staff to come from another area ( meaning they then have to close that area or device down). I took my 4 year old here on a Friday night prior to Night Flight. It was not really crowded and some elements were closed or only briefly open. The zip line was never open. The slides near the shuttle climb were only open briefly. Under 5 can do very little at Flight-many of the slides have a 5+age restriction. There's also an arcade. read more

Had an amazing time with my family at flight! We had a family party to attend here, I have a toddler and I was not sure if he would be able to jump. When we arrived the staff informed me of the jumping age as well as a place in the Park meant for kids his age. Just knowing that alone made it so worth coming! Great customer service upon walking in. They also offer military discount, first responder or teacher discount. The facility is clean and there is plenty of staff available & slowly increased as the day progressed and extra children poured in. There is plenty of seating & benches for parents with an additional observation deck near the slides. Our wristbands had an error although we weren't aware of that, just slightly confused on what color we had. Turns out they were misprinted and the attendant gave us new ones with an additional 30 minutes. They were great and we would definitely return read more

Came here for a birthday party and was pleased with how they have a lounge area near the arcade with massage chairs and vending machines. Wish the cafe were closer, or that they at least have signs for it. There were a couple of activities that were halted because of staffing issues, as staff had step aside to handle parties, they could no longer man the stations and they were closed, which is sad. The party hosting itself was really not hosting so much as catering (pizza from the cafe). There wasn't much coordination or pep. What was really disappointing and worthy of 3 stars is the wristband for a 2 hour party was only valid for the first hour. This was very disappointing for the kids. read more

Would recommend for younger kids, older kids might feel that it's hard to avoid all the young kids. 4 stars, a fun experience. The trampolines and bull rider machine was my favorite. Definitely crowded with younger children, with a lack of spatial awareness. But what can I say, most of them were under 5. My son had a birthday party there on 11/17 with ten boys. There is NO soap in the boys/mens bathroom. I immediately reported this. Then I had to rate my party where I also mentioned no soap. Now it is 11/30. My son has a 1 hour pass to jump for free so we are back. There is STILL NO SOAP. Go to the dollar tree and get soap. Kids are pooping and then touching the materials at Flight. Hand sanitizer does not kill norovirus. There is no excuse for an establishment that serves food not to have soap! read more

if I could give more stars I WOULD!! We celebrated our son's 6th birthday party here and I'm SO glad we did!!!! Check-In was smooth and easy, there was so much staff on the floor I never had to look for someone if I needed anything, they had 2 managers on the floor the whole time do you know how rare that is?? I mean they might as well be a chick-fil-a they ran that place like a well oiled machine!! All the party supplies were included we only brought cupcakes they provided the pizza drinks socks for the kids AND at the end my son got a month pass to go back for free! It was a really nice surprise for all of us! My son said this was the best birthday he's had and I agree!!! I have to give a shoutout to our host Nathan and the managers Fantasia and Marcus for everything!! I'm usually very hands on with his parties and they made me feel completely at ease! My son was afraid to do the zip line and she was super patient with him and he would go us and hold the handle and think about it and then go back to the back of the line. If you offer a promotion then you and your staff should be ON time to open the facility and honor your promotions that YOU have posted on your website. I held my daughter's birthday here earlier this month after a parent friend recommended it over the other chain nearby and it was a great choice! We haven't visited this location in years but the facilities have improved so much!! There are a bunch of different sections/attractions such as blow up/bounce house, zip line, slides, basketball/soccer court, interactive video games and a couple arcade games as well. Our party was seamless - aside from the party room not being ready on time (but our lovely party host India gave the kids extra jump time to compensate to everyone's delight)! It was pretty busy in almost every party room so we were understanding and this did not put a damper on our party whatsoever, just mentioning it in case someone is reading and considering a weekend party - give these guys some grace and have a little patience with them :)! Smaller kid friendly. Lots of changes. It's been a while since we were here ....Flight has updated their entire park and they are trying to stay relevant. The trampoline space has been cut in half. There is now a mini-zip line, a rocket ship slide, two big slides, and an inflatable area. The upgrades seem more little kid friendly and would (and did) bore (two) teenagers and two 12 year olds. Had we known about the changes, we likely would not have come and definitely would not have paid for two hours of time. The boys were mostly sad to see the dodgeball court had been removed. All in all, it is cool that they are changing it up, but unfortunately we will not be back, we have outgrown the updates. We would recommend it for smaller children ages 8 and under. Lastly, since I always like to address cleanliness in a place like this, the play area is 100 times cleaner than SkyZone on Port Royal; however, the bathrooms were still gross! read more

Hmmmmm nope! I gave 3 stars because yes you can have fun and get in a good workout. It's something different. Went with a couple of friends for a open house - today. Completed the waiver, short wait time.... all is well. The initial direction was good but it started going down hill. This was for the 9a.m Saturday morning class. Again it started off good but then it became confusing and unorganized. When I went to one of the instructors to ask for direction....... sorry to bother you while you are in your phone. Oh and another thing don't jump here because the spring is broken..... gee you think they would have caution tape on the broken Area, but you sign a waiver so big whoop to them it's a family friendly place, however kids were in the same area as the workout- dangerous- again waiver signed. My biggest issue is that yes they show you a move and modifications but there was not a safety briefing just start jumping. I'm fit and almost hurt my knee....waiver! I won't get a membership but I would go just for open jump and do my own thang. read more

My family came to this park for a night of enjoyment and family time. We wanted to buy the kids some pizza and sodas. To our surprise the young lady manager told us that we couldn't buy any 2 litter sodas due to us not being a party. After spending over six hundred dollars. Then she said we could buy 16oz sodas for $4.50. This is the worst experience I have ever had dealing with parks like this. However I will say the park it self is great for kids. I would give it 0 starts if I could. Terrible customer service. It's a trampoline park and pump it up mixture but everything is 5 years old and up other than a tiny area for 4 and under. If you have appropriate socks from another place they will not let you in unless you buy their brand which we had originally asked Keyshawn when we purchased our tickets if it was okay and he said yes. When going back to buy socks, line was insanely long and by the time we got to play 30 min of our hour was already up. If I didn't have a 2 year old excited to play and jump I would have demanded a refund and left. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. read more

Flight is a go to for my children when they need to burn energy! So while I had my nephew this weekend it just made sense! He loved the basketball area! My only complaint would be they don't have a smaller one for younger kids. The toddler section could have way more. We stopped at this park because we were in the area. It got the job done. It cost $16 per to jump 60 mins. You have to purchase their socks, we came with our Skyzone socks and we were told that they would not work we had to trade them in for their socks. I organized a field trip to Flight for my students which, including children and chaperones was nearly 80 people large. The staff here at flight were nothing short of amazing from booking all the way up until our exit. They quickly got us checked in, socked and informed of the rules before it was time to jump. We had a 1 1/2 hour session and that was MORE than enough. My first graders loved the dodgeball and laser areas. The battle and basketball areas were a hit too. What stood out to me the most was an employee named Emma who took special care of one of our students who got injured. She handled the situation so gracefully and really made that child feel better. My only suggestion would be to ensure that employees are at their various posts around the facility at all times to ensure that jumpers are always being safe and adhering to the rules. read more

DO NOT HAVE BIRTHDAY PARTIES THERE! Giving a low rating because of the birthday party experience we had. I would give 1 star but my son loved jumping so giving 2. 1) They LOST some of our 6 year old gifts. This is the biggest issue. They delivered some of our gifts to the wrong room 2) The help/assistant they assigned to us was nice but no help. 3) It was so crowded on a Saturday that some of our birthday guests lost about 15 minutes of jump time. The turn around time to get into and out of the space is ridiculous. There's no time to set up or clean up. They line up these parties so close together that it does not make for an enjoyable experience. It was chaotic and stressful. 4) the front desk was no help when I had questions about the procedure. And some jumpers were added to our jump list and we had to pay for jumpers that we did not intend on paying for Overall - this was the first birthday party we had for our son and it was a terrible experience. We have 3 children and I will never do this again. We were given passes to make up for the debacle but honestly, that is not enough. For $500 we should've received a bit more than 3 free jump passes. Great place to take your kids, adopted kids, best friends kids, nieces or nephews. I'm a big kid and I had a blast here. The prices are on the high side but it definitely beats having kids run around your house tearing stuff up. I do wish the space was a little larger. It was hard to maneuver around the toddler section with all the parents, kids and wheelchairs blocking the aisle. I also don't like how the smaller kids cant go in the general jumping area even when supervised by the adult they came with. That's really lame but... what can you do but write a yelp review. 5/29/22 6PM: hub and me took the kiddos. first off, it smells like feet. it was not packed at all. i felt there was lots of space to jump around and i got my own square to do some jumping too. it was a mix of teens, big kids, and little kids. there was a lot of staff today walking around and they were def enforcing rules. like there was one space where it's one person a time and they came to tell people so. for 60 minutes and new socks, 2 adults, 2 kids, it was $71.00 with a military discount. it was fine. we'll come back! read more
