This is a great place to visit when you have children varying in ages. I visited with 1.5, 5, and 10 year olds and all of them left giving it two thumbs up. For the youngest, there is a substantial size soft play area with a couple of slides. My littlest one liked the big kid multi level climbing area more than the toddler one. The older kids loved the different slides and the mini arcade. We also liked the trampolines, although the one person rule means there's often a wait. The little town area is a cool idea but they definitely need more toys and toys in working order. They had the pizza and said it was pretty good. There is plenty of parking at the mall. For $19 all day, I felt the value was good too. read more

PLEASE LOOK INTO OTHER OPTIONS FOR PARTIES OR OTHER LOCATIONS We have been to multiple BB locations and the kids have always had a blast. However, the Manassas Virginia location has consistently disappointed in almost every way. There is almost never anyone in the food area and you have to walk around to find anyone to help. There is frequently only one person at the front desk so the check in time can be excruciating with dozens of people spilling out into the mall. Most recently we scheduled a birthday party for two months from now and when circumstances changed, they have indicated they are unable to cancel reservations or provide a refund under any circumstances. It is entirely unreasonable that any business cannot allow cancellations and provide refunds for functions two months out. read more

This place is ran by little kids who are very disrespectful and do not fulfill the duties of what is paid for by a customer. I had a birthday party there for my niece and we paid for a hostess and we seen no one the entire time. I was the host of the party. The lady that came in she made it very clear that she didn't want to be at work and it was voiced in front of my guest. Then she thought she was doing us a favor by giving us goodie bags even though we paid for them...lol. This place is a joke! They cleaned up and swept the trash in front of our room and left it there then proceeded to say that..."that's how we clean up". I packed up the grandchildren since it's a school holiday and headed to Manassas. When we arrived at 10, it was all dark. I tried to call but nobody picked up. Un Sunday the 20th i held i party at this place had the worst experience ever. Employees are rude and the manager doesn't hold her employees accountable. She said she would refund us for the inconvenience and to please write her an email with what happened. She never replied to the email I have called the place many times they always tell me she is busy. I feel like my guess and family where mistreated here. We were the first ones in on Monday, August 28, 2023. The place was filthy. The floors had garbage on them, old water bottles left in the play areas & the bathrooms were dirty. None of the rooms with toys were picked up, so probably not sanitized. The chairs were still stacked up around the tables. For a place for young children it was disgusting. I can't even image what the kitchen was like. I would never order food here. read more

I would give this place a MASSIVE ZERO! It's practically jail! You are not allowed to bring outside food or drinks and there is never an attendant at the food area so prepare to dehydrate and starve! You have to give them all of your information as soon as you step in. They call it a "waiver" I call it a way to get customers information. Completely disorganized and chaotic! Amazing! I'm a stickler for clean and neat places. There are hand sanitizers just about everywhere, different things to do, kid friendly, spacious.. yes this is perfect. I needed to take my son somewhere fun, that's not at the playground mall - where germs are infested (yes, I'm that Mom).. saw lots people who suggested this place and it's fairly new. I took my son for a mommy and son play day. He loved it! - the balls area is where he struck first. He didn't want to leave after 15 mins. I got him to go around in the slide tunnel area maze for a good 10 mins, another 5 mins on the trampoline. Then into the baby zone for 5-7 mins, back to the ball area for another 5-10. This place is good to tire them out. Cons: - it's pricey per kid! But for my son's happiness, fine, I took it. We went early in the morning, left about an hour. We came back in the evening and made use of our paid entrance! - cost money for trampoline, just make it for free please! We will be back... someday! read more

I'd rate 0 stars if it was possible. I'm going to start off with how unorganized this place is when it comes to party room to celebrate a birthday. SAVE YOUR MONEY. We had a birthday party scheduled on a weekend we were told to get there a little early to check in and do our final payment before our room time started. We did as we were told and got there early. Our party room was booked for 5:45pm - 7:45pm we arrived to start check in around 5pm-5:15pm. There was a huge line going through the mall went to ask if that was the line for parties or just a regular check in line. They told us to wait at the computer all the way to the left because that was the party check in for anyone that is in your party to go to the LEFT CORNER COMPUTER. We waited and waited. Nobody came up to help in the "Party line" till 5:40pm to start the process - mind you were already supposed to be in our party room AT 5:45PM to get our full two hours. We did not get into our party room till 6:10pm. I spoke to one of the ladies in the front who I believe is the "Party Coordinator" to talk about how we were waiting in the "party line" for about 35-40 minutes for somebody to actually come up and help with our check in process and we lost time for our party room because of it I asked if we'd get the party room time extended all she did was look at me and said "we close at 8pm" with attitude and no apologies what so ever about having us wait so long and they had it cut into our party room time. You can tell she just didn't care about it at all. I mean at least apologize for the inconvenience, but no nothing she just didn't care. There was no point arriving SO early for nobody to help us and just made us wait while the other person checking in people in the regular line just watched us wait for 35-40 minutes knowing we were waiting to get checked in for our party room. As people for our party came to get checked in for the party they were waiting 15 minutes or more just to get checked in because AGAIN nobody was at the party check in line and this happened WITH EVERY ONE OF OUR GUEST FOR THE BIRTHDAY PARTY. Just waiting. I had to ask multiple people to try to get someone to get to the front to help my guest in the party line because that also had them miss the time in the party room and play time for the kids that we paid for. Instead our guest just spent most of the time waiting for someone to show up at the "party line" to get checked in. This is the most unorganized place to have a party, so save your money and go somewhere else. Some where they will actually take care of you and be organized. This was so disappointing and frustrating just knowing they didn't care at all and how they really have party rooms when they can't get it together to have things run smoothly. If you can't have things organized well enough for a party to go well for us that pay for it don't offer party rooms. If you can't handle how busy it gets and don't have enough people don't offer party rooms to just have people pay for crap service. So at the end of all this just book your parties somewhere else trust me don't waste your money here for a party room. read more

Ummmm, just ok. Nothing to really write home about, so I decided that I would write yelp instead. I have this indoor playground 2 stars, but it's more like 2.5 stars, because it was halfway decent. I will start with the good news, and then move on to where things can improve. Pros: - LARGE, colorful, and engaging play equipment, lots of space to play. - Smaller toddler play area; though the town play area was a disheveled mess. - Concessions with kid favs (chicken tenders, pizza, etc) - Bright and clean Cons: - SUPER slow staff, paying the admission took almost 25 minutes. We only had two families in front of us. I am not sure why it took so long, there are no waivers to sign or any extra steps that one could expect at other indoor playgrounds. - Super stank bathrooms! not necessarily dirty, but maybe a sewage problem or racks on racks of dirty diapers in the trash...which brings me to the next point. - Trash was consistently overflowing or absolutely STUFFED to the point one could not put anything in it. So trash piled up on top or around the trash. Ewwww - Tables were yucky too. My family was there for close to 4 hours and I never saw one person come to wipe down the tables or sweep around the table areas. So be ready for grease stains, rouge French fries, and a cornucopia of germs on or around your table. - EXPENSIVE!! the fee to get in is about $17/1 adult free per paying child. $7 for any extra adults. This price would be reasonable if they had staff periodically cleaning and attending to the patrons to ensure safety and proper use of space/equipment. When you have 12 year old running around full blast with 4 year olds...what could go wrong?! One thing was clear to me, the management was no where in sight, if they were they did not appear managerial. The place seem to run by teenagers, which is not entirely terrible, but it was clear their management lacks organization and executive functioning. AT&T 4G reception is terrible in here, so be prepared to not receive phone calls for a while. Free Wi-Fi helps make up for it though. Great location, inside the Manassas Mall. Some think $15 for all day fun with in-and-out privileges is a bit too expensive but I think its pretty fair especially considering that $15 anywhere else probably wouldn't be adequate to keep your kids sufficiently entertained for hours on end much less the whole day. No outside food, since they have their own snack bar. If you are looking for other options, you can use you in-and-out privilege to eat a snack or meal at another place at the mall or even nearby area. You get a wristband and a Billy Beez card to get back in. Come to think of it...they made us relinquish the wristband when we left...so that doesn't make sense. Best to clarify that before actually doing that. 2nd adult price is for additional adults per kid. So if you have 2 kids, 2 adults pay the lower adult rate. 2 adults and 1 kid, then the second adult pays the higher rate. The Ballistics Area with the air cannons didn't work properly. The tubes that feed the foam balls from the 1st to 2nd floor weren't working so the 2nd floor was pretty useless. Still a lot of fun though. The trampoline area which is supposed to be an additional charge was a free for all though so that made up for it. My son was completely tired out afterwards. Totally worth it! I was apart of a party that was treated horribly. The part was let into the establishment 45 minutes late. The food that the host requested was brought out 30 mins late the manager and other staff members expect 3-4 year old to eat their food within 15. Security was called ro ask us to leave. The manager Sasha wouldn't even explain to us what the issue was. She was calling members of our party racial slurs. It was horrible. One of the cleaning staff hit another member of the party. It was ok - Not great for toddlers. They toted a toddler area for younger kids, but didn't monitor or put any limit on what age was allowed in. Lots of older kids (8+) kept coming into the area, they were taking all the blocks from the toddlers and running up the slides, overall making it difficult for the little ones to play safely. Not worth the money for my toddler to be knocked over or scared in the only section that was supposed to be safe for him. We won't be back. read more

My grandkids LOVE this place. We came ALL the time before the pandemic. However, service is WAY down and I doubt it will stay open. I watched two families just walk away as no one was manning the front desk. They are holed up in the back somewhere and we were yelled at when we searched for someone in the office to help us at the concessions. Check before you come. If this is standard procedure, I do not expect them to stay open. This was spring break, so they should anticipate people coming. We plan to go to the similar activity at Fair Lakes Mall next time. SUCH a disappointment as they LOVE this place, but management of it is awful. I sure would like to come back but am very cautious about doing so---may try one more time‍ Also make sure you check re-entry. There was a sign, but I guess I was oblivious and just remembered what we did before. We ALWAYS left and came back but you can do that any longer. Went for a visit today. It was $76 for my family of 6. The girls were rude behind the desk. I had to fill out a waiver because of COVID which asked for my driver's license. Totally ridiculous and long. The bathroom had no toilet paper. We told them it needed to be attended to. They were walking around telling people to keep their masks on even though the mall says fully vaccinated people didn't have to wear one. Stop worrying about people wearing masks and keep your facility running without invasions of privacy and keeping the bathroom stocked with toilet paper. I just returned home and am so frustrated with the lack of service. $400. For a birthday party and one very slow getting us in, once in no one greeted us and showed us our party room. I had to ask for the socks then ask about the free shirt, I was told would be given in the room and we never received the shirt. I was told the other kids, did not come due to an illness in the family, were not going to get their socks because they did not come to the party. We never received the free admission for my granddaughter to come back, I had to ask for the gift bags and now I'm told I can drive the 35 min back to get the shirt I asked for. This should have already been in the party room. If I paid for ten pairs of socks and 10 gift bags I should get all 10. Not sure about everyone else but $400. Fun place for the family. Reminds me of Discovery Zone, from when I was a kid, just not as overwhelming. The tunnels are pretty simple, so it's good for the kids. Billy Beez has 3 faults (1) the imagination town area is never organized(2) there are sprinklers in areas accessible to the children(3) the games in the arcade are mostly out of order. Hands down this has to be the best indoor play for children. BillyBeez may be a bit pricey for entry ($18.95+tax) but the price is worth it when you have numerous attractions under one roof and there is no re-entry fee. Attractions includes several slides, trampolines, ball blaster arena, cafe, toddler soft play area, mini arcades games, basketball hoops, and party rooms. But the thing that struck me the most, was how clean they keep the place. From the restrooms, to the floors, to the countless benches and cafe tables/chairs. The two young men who where on cleaning duty took their jobs very serious, by ensuring trash was never over flowing, sanitizing tables/chairs/benches immediately after guest leave (that was very comforting), constantly picking up balls, toys, trash to ensure the floor were always clear and hand sanitizer stations were full; and doing all of this with urgency and a smile. Now that is very rare these days. I commend the supervisor on duty because this is a testament of her leadership. All of the young kids working here were very welcoming, attentive, professional and worked as a team at the registers. That speaks volume . Therefore, I highly recommend BillyBeez Manassas, VA for their outstanding staff, stellar customer service, & exceptional cleaning crew/standards. read more

Terrible birthday party experience. I forgot to write this review a year ago. This year as I was planning my little ones birthday party I can"t help but remember the terrible experience I had here. 1. When entering I went to the side table as directed on the phone with the planner stood there for 20 minutes without being acknowledged. I had minor set up to do and was told to come 30 minutes early. 2. once told my assigned party room. upon going into the assigned party room it was filthy and still had the peoples from before shoes and trash on the floor. It took 10 minutes to track someone down to see if someone could take care of this, then i was informed that my party was moved to another room. By this time it was time for me to greet my guest so i had no time to make sure the room was ready. 3. Guest started showing up and they was stuck in the line that was out the door and wrapping around the corner. Since the guy at the table went missing again no one was there to give them bands and let them in. Mind you there's a fee for every 15 minutes the party goes over and the party was suppose to be started 20minutes ago. 4. The party coordinator who was suppose to keep everything on time was no where to be found So I couldn't notify her that my people were stuck outside and the guy with my folder with the bands in it was not at the table. 5. I suffer from anxiety so i normally pay for party room events so it's less stress for me and I can just focus on enjoying my sons birthday. I ended up having a full panic attack and had to go out to the car and cry so I didn't do it in front of my guest. Needless to say if you're looking for a stress free party this is not the place to plan a birthday at. With all the chaos I'm literately terrified for this years birthday party and scarred for life. At first, I was excited for my 3 year old twins and 1.5 yr old niece to come here. We are from out of town, and this place seemed great. Prices were a little steep, especially paying extra for other areas to play in. I lost all faith as the high school kids started filling into the space after school hours. They were big kids to be running at full sprints through the toddler area, mazes, slides and open areas. Best part is, none of them seemed to have wrist bands. Just a group of 8-10 high school kids hanging out, running full speed trying to catch each other and nearly hitting my daughters. It got even more fun when they went into the toddler area and started throwing blocks at each other and across the room. My 9 month old and 1.5 year old niece were quickly evacuated. The singular employee never checked anyone's wrist bands, so my advice is to buy the basic package and let your kids go anywhere in the space. I think my kids are the only ones running around with 3 different wrist bands, next to a bunch of other kids in the "extra" areas. Thought it'd be family friendly, but it was not! Avoid it, or have your lawyer on speed dial. Owners may want to re-consider hiring high schoolers who will just let their friends in to terrorize the place. Terrible experience. We took our two kids here, our almost three year old wouldn't stop crying the moment we paid and entered ... she refused to go on any of the slides. Within 3 minutes of entering we came back out and told the person who took our payment that our daughter wont stop crying because she is scared... we asked for a refund as it was not even 5 minutes since we entered. He said il speak to the manager, manager came and said he wasn't going to give us a refund because we had already entered. Whaaaat? It was hardly THREE MINUTES SINCE WE ENTERED!! He instead gave us free passes to come back before december 31st. I will never come back here. I gave the passes to the family who were about to enter.
