I am in shock at the price I paid for a 5 year old & 2 8yr olds. almost $80 for 90 minutes of jump time. My mistake for going on a Saturday. Way too many kids for the space. Then, the staff plays games which blocks different areas for those that went to jump, not play games. I will not be returning anytime soon. My business will go to get air or urban air where there are discounts online if you buy your passes. Sky zone does not offer any discounts for the Toledo area, but if you live in Lima, you get $6 off. read more

Horrible experience. I bought membership for 3 people. When I cancelled it , the staff put some imaginary names and cancelled them and never cancelled my memberships , when I asked her that it showing pending on my app, she told me it will take some time. They so far charged me for 3 months for the membership I cancelled way earlier . I am not a young child, but one year away from being a teen. I was jumping around with my friends and we were on trampolines facing each other. I was having fun, but there is a designated section for kids and the kids were all on the older people jumping area. as a result, me and my friends were constantly being tripped and shoved by little kids. They would always run in front of us when we were doing some thing and they are little kids, but their parents were not present. Plus, the guard wasn't doing anything after they were shoving us out of the way. Then me and my friends were minding our business In the corner jumping when I landed weird and sprained my ankle. I was in the plain open and cried out in pain. My friends all came to me and sat in a circle around me. The person standing guard didn't even look at me even though I was crying and in very obvious pain. They don't hire people who care. read more

Worst customer service around. There is no consistency when it comes to rules. The employees will let certain people do whatever they want but then yell at others for doing the same exact things. They stand there giving paying customers dirty looks and talk badly about the customers to each other on their walkie-talkies. Tried talking to a manager and got nothing but excuses and eye rolls. We held our toddlers birthday party here and you get a good bang for your buck! Your guests have 30 minutes to check-in, sign the waiver, pick up parent passes and change into jump socks. Then the kids get to jump for an hour in a variety of environments. During the jump time, your "host" sets up the party room. I checked on them once and it looked exactly as I imagined. Lunch was pizza and a drink. The pizza was cardboardish, otherwise, they would have gotten 5 stars. An ice cream cake is also included! The birthday boy was given a shirt and a gift card to return to skyzone! The packages are great! read more

Took the kids for a fun afternoon and wanting something different than our normal outings. Several friends recommended it and we have to say our experience was great. While the staff was all younger they were very helpful with us and our little ones (both under 9) and explained everything and helped the girls to their "zone" the first time. Yes, they are strict on the time window you are there but we felt like our hour was enough. My wife and I even jumped and did the foam pits and will be doing this again soon right alongside our kids. :) They have lockers for valuables, $0.25 for a small or $0.50 for a large. Snack and beverages are expensive but in line with other similar places. Facilities were very clean and enough spaces for people to relax and take a breather. read more

Saturday's s are by far the busiest days. If you want to go on a Saturday I recommend buying tickets ahead of time because they do hit capacity. I normally go on weekdays where you can have the whole place to your self. Some employees are better than others of enforcing or remembering the rules. Some also have better people skills. The place is great for birthday party's and they have plenty of food. Great place to go when it's bad weather. I just became a member and it is worth it:))))) read more

We've been to two other skyzone a in different states, and this one provided a frustrating experience because it is run differently than the others I have been to. The other two skyzones did not make you buy socks, and especially did not make parents buy socks just so they could supervise their toddlers. $36 for 2 kids age 4 and 2 to jump for an hour?!?!?!! At the other two skyzones, patents were allowed to walk on the trampolines with their toddlers, here we were instructed to stay on the foam. Additionally, while the place was empty, or had one or two other jumpers the staff kept telling my kids to stay in one small section, a quarter of the area. You're asking a 2 year old who sees a wide open space to stay in a section 1/4 size of the space available on a very slow afternoon. That is not something they easily understand and resulted in a few crying episodes - not what I'm looking for in a fun afternoon. read more

NEVER have parties here. We brought decorations in and asked them to put them up, nothing was put up. The pizza was made incorrectly AND had no sauce, they only gave us 40 minutes, and 30 minutes was used to tell the managers what was wrong. They could give no refunds and only gave us free 30 minutes jump passes. The people act like they don't understand what is going on, or how to fix it. Waste of time and a HUGE waste of money! read more

Sky zone is a fun place to go for an hour or so, but i am writing this specifically for a bday party experience. I paid for the top level package for 25 children. My cost was over $700. I was told my party wpuld go from 11 to 1:15 and our jump time was 11:30 to 1:15. We asked everyone to get there 10 minutes early, only to be informed we could not be in the room until after our jump time. Good thing we were there early though because it took the staff 40 minutes to check us in. By staff, I mean the one girl that they had working the party register. I would not have been upset by this but they have 3 birthday parties going on at the same time, and behind the general counter there were four employees standing back there laughing waiting on nobody. The party counter had a second machine somebody could have used but they chose not to. Finally about a half hour into jump time the children started saying that they were thirsty. I paid for unlimited beverages to come with our package. I asked if I would be able to have a pitcher of water and some cups and was told absolutely not you had to wait until your jump Was over. If I want water I would have to go up to the counter and pay $3 per bottle of water. After speaking to the manager she did permit me one piture of water to split among 25 very thirsty children. The attendant in our room actually was counting down and will not allow any of the children to touch the pitcher of Pop or the pizza until 12:30 on the dot, not 12:29, 12:30. We had the room until 1:15. At 1pm the staff came in and started throwing out all the pizza and pop. I said we had the room until 1:15, they said sorry, continued taking our stuff and left. Finally we gave up and left. Since we were not allowed in the room ahead of time, we had 45 minutes for cake and pizza. My son wasnt even able to open his gifts in front of his friends. And technically since they threw all our stuff out, we only had 30 minutes in the room. On the way out the manager could tell i was upset about the whole experience and gave us passes to come back. I will be calling to discuss my issues on monday, i didn't want to ruin my sons bday further by discussing it then, but i hope this review warns enough people to not waste your money here until they can make some major changes. read more

We had a birthday party there and my son was only 3 and they said that he could not be in there when they were playing dodgeball. So we went to the TOLDER ZONE for 5 mins then they said "can you go to the other one" so we did and the had a net up for like 10 mins. I was getting dirty looks from the girl that was in the court. They expected me to go out there and get my son out of the court. So they took the net down and expected a 3 year old to stay on on side of the court. So this why we will never go to this awful money wasting place. read more

One word: AWFUL. My experience at sky zone was everything but pleasant. If I were to grade the management I would give them an 11/100. Workers were rude. You have to buy socks as an additional charge, total scam. 15 dollars for one hour. NO THANK YOU! The manager was absolutely dreadful. After getting in my friends face and yelling at him she gave us 5 minutes to leave and within those 5 minutes we were harassed with insults. She then began to take a picture of our license plate for some odd reason as if we committed a crime. It was completely unconstitutional for us to be treated this way. I can't believe anybody would allow an establishment to be run in such a manner. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place. Save yourself the time and money and spend time elsewhere.
