    Rock climbing wall

This was the first time at this place and to me it was a rip off. My husband and step daughter wanted to jump and climb the walls and that was 56 dollars. I wanted to play at the arcade, which only had 3 playable games.. the rest of them were having technical difficulties and we paid 35 dollars for that. I got to play a shooting game, a driving game and a claw machine... the other 10-15 games were out of order. Food was super expensive and cheap bottled water cost 3 dollars. Will not return.. Also, all of our "play cards" stopped working halfway through and we had to go to the front to get them working again.

Wow what a fun time for little ones! (and also older teens, I've heard. apparently they have DJ nites) There's a lot of different areas to jump and play around in, so little kids won't get bored of just jumping up and down. The dodgeball area would be soo much fun, even for adults! But it does wear you out pretty fast so it's a good workout for sure. For older adults (*ahem*) it may be hard on your lower back to be jumping around for a while. I'd say take it easy on the jumps and crash landings ;) The obstacle course is Very Challenging! And beware of walking on the tight rope - my dad fell onto it with split legs! Oops. Just fall over to one side. I really liked the music too - it was fun and upbeat, and not too loud. They probably turn it up on those DJ nites though. I went in the morning.

Very fun the staff is very nice and I recommend doing the mega bounce pads because it's the best thing there.

The staff is what makes this place! Their customer service is amazing and they go above and beyond every time we are there.

Ask the Community - Launch Family Entertainment

Can someone tell me what the difference is for the premium party options (deck, mezzanine and party table 3)? There is no detail on the website on what each of those options mean. Are they all indoors?

The distance is quite a ways so can you please tell me what the prices are for jumping on the trampoline and the other prices? We're trying to plan a fun day for a grandchildren and this sounds like the best. Thank you

3 hours for $20 or one hour for $16. Thank you.

I like that they've got music playing but the volume can be obscene and I leave when a pounding headache and my ears ringing.

They're currently building a Super Slide, which looks pretty cool. They also have a small arcade and a little cafe where they sell pizza in case you need to feed a gaggle of little monsters. It's very affordable and a nice place to catch a breather while your kiddo burns off some energy.

I was reassured countless times I could jump WITH my daughter because she was not able to jump by herself yet. I called three times to clarify, overly thorough one would think, NOT the case. First off, they explained to me we all three, husband, daughter whom is 1 and myself had to have full price tickets. Then I was informed of a parent pass AFTER they made me purchase the other tickets and refused to refund me. Secondly, you are NOT able to jump with your children, you have to stand beside them and you can not be touching the trampoline itself. Third and final, when I asked to speak to someone, I waited 45 minutes and when she did come she said it was not her problem that I couldn't read the website. I read the website to her and anyone else whom was present and it says kid friendly, all ages. I called corporate and still have yet to hear back, but this location was less than helpful and the employees were extremely rude and lazy to say the least. The place was trashed, food all over the floor, pop someone spilled but no one picked up, just placed a caution sign over it and it had been there for some time because it was sticky and not just wet. There was a line of at least 10 adults and the two people behind the counter were talking about their weekend. The woman whom was doing the concession stand was texting and didn't even acknowledge the mom with three kids whom had been standing there for at the very least 10 minutes.

Kids and adults of all ages will have fun, and generally get your moneys worth. I've seen plenty of grownups having a good time. So far they haven't started strictly enforcing time blocks yet. A few times I've been here, we were able to spend more than a couple hours without anyone bugging us about it. Where they fall short is the concession area. I don't want to blame the kids who are running the area at all. It seems to me like it comes directly from the lack of direction and training. In fact, the whole place seems to be run by high school aged kids and I don't see anyone who seems older than 20. (I'm writing this review while supervising my daughter's party) This is a lot more apparent in the cafe area, but it's relatively the same in the registration area, too. I'm currently seeing about 15 people standing in line, having to wait 20-30 minutes to reach the counter. I had to go thru the line twice. Apparently they couldn't serve me a whole pizza until 1pm first time around because they were too busy. I can definitely see they were busy, probably because of the number of birthday parties they were catering to. But what's not acceptable was the way they were running the whole thing. They've had one cash register open this whole time they were running the lunch rush. One girl is ringing one customer up, grabbing buzzers, pouring drinks, grabbing pizza slices, and running back to the kitchen to grab whatever things were missing from the order, e.g. dipping sauces. Meanwhile, there seems to be a bunch of other kids running back and forth between the kitchen and the birthday setup area, presumably dealing with refills and such. It's definitely packed and busy here, which I expect it to be especially during the cold months where there are limited amounts of outdoor activities. But part of management's job is to properly assess the amount of traffic they're expecting and be ready. I don't feel like that's the case at all. Concession lone is getting longer by the minute as I'm typing.. My tip for everyone is to avoid meal hours. They open around 10am so if you can help it, be here first thing in the morning then leave for lunch, or be here between lunch and dinner. Also, if you're okay to eat a little earlier than usual lunch time, I've found it to be less wait.

The employees spend more time BSing with each other rather than doing their job here. It's too bad because it's a cool place that my kids like to visit but could be so much better if the employees actually did their job. Most outdoor go, kart places the employees hustle their butts off to keep people moving, here everything seems to be a bother.
